Analysis of exogenous and endogenous factors of development of the region

Abstract

Práce je zaměřena na současný přístup k regionálním rozvoji. Zahrnuje analýzu vědy a výzkumu (jakožto endogenního faktoru rozvoje regionu) a přímých zahraničních investic (jakožto exogenního faktoru) v regionu NUTS II Severovýchod. Oba faktory jsou analyzovány pomocí korelační a regresní analýzy, kterými se zjišťuje, zda existuje korelační vztah (závislost) mezi každým faktorem a HDP na jednoho obyvatele rozloženého pomocí řetězového indexu.The work is focused on the current approach to regional development. It includes analysis of science and research (as an endogenous factor in the development of the region) and foreign direct investment (as an exogenous factor) in the NUTS II Northeast.
