Establishment of a company STROJÍRNY MORAVIA, s.r.o.

Abstract

Bakalářská práce se zabývá založení společnosti STROJÍRNY MORAVIA, s.r.o.. V první části je uveden teoretický popis činností před založením obchodních společností. Jsou popsány jednotlivé právní formy obchodních společností, podnikatelský plán, zakladatelský rozpočet a významné právní předpisy. V praktické části je charakterizována společnost STROJÍRNY MORAVIA, s.r.o. a uvedeny činnosti, které předcházely jejímu založení. Následně je popsán celý proces zakládání společnosti až po její vznik.This bachelor work focuses on the establishment of the company STROJÍRNY MORAVIA, s.r.o.. In the first part there is mentioned a theoretical description of activities preceding the establishment of the business organizations. Individual legal forms of business organizations, business plan, founder budget and important legal regulations are described. In the practical part a characterization of the company STROJÍRNY MORAVIA, s.r.o. is made and are mentioned activities which preceded its establishment.
