Analysis of the Differential Rental Components as a Reserve of Natural-Resource Potential Renewal in a Region

Abstract

В статье проведен анализ теоретико-методических подходов к оценке природно-ресурсного потенциала территории на основе дифференциальной ренты, в частности ее сельскохозяйственной составляющей. Также были исследованы компоненты дифференциальной ренты и методики их изучения. Данные исследования позволяют судить о влиянии коэффициента рентабельности, затрат, цены реализации, урожайности культивируемых культур на дифференциальную ренту как резерва возобновления природно-ресурсного потенциала региона.In the article «Analysis of the Differential Rental Components as a Reserve of Natural-Resource Potential Renewal in a Region» the working out of the theoretical-methodical approaches to the valuation of natural-resource potential of the territory, its agricultural component is given. The method of expediency determination of main agricultural crops growing, received on the territory of the given region, on the basis of rental approach is characterized.
