The lack of nearby residents to Campus Gustavo Galindo-ESPOL is a reality for students from provinces, it is for this reason was the need to conduct a feasibility study to assess whether the construction of a Residence at The Citadel Ceibos is economically viable. The target population of this project is approximately 35.80% of the total students, therefore it was determined that the project has a potential demand. Unlike other sites that offer this type of service, the proposal of this project is to provide a suitable environment to enable students to develop better curricular activities accessing study rooms equipped with the tools necessary, will also with recreation room for students to have a moment of leisure. Besides these amenities, security and economics are some of the qualities that will live.
