Formation of a hybrid coordination-molecular complex.

Abstract

noThe synthesis and crystal structure of the lithium hydrate salt of the\ud charge transfer complex between 3,5-dinitrobenzoic acid and\ud 4-(dimethylamino) benzoic acid is reported. It is the first crystal\ud structure reported for such a class of hybrid inorganic/organic\ud material. The design principles may have utility in the future creation\ud of new ternary and higher complexes
