Carlson has been selected to participate in West Publishing\u27s Author\u27s Inside Look program, which brings together a small group of legal authors from around the nation to discuss how West can improve its publishing process as well as the future of law school publishing in general. Walter Hellerstein was quoted in Business Week regarding whether or not states can charge taxes on out-of-state companies if they have customers in that state but no physical presence. Lori A.
