維修服務業微型創業管理模式之研究

Abstract

[[abstract]]This study is aimed constructing contents of micro-entrepreneurship management model in repair and maintenance services industry. First of all, this study was implemented by reviewing related literatures and researches to understand repair and maintenance services industry, micro-enterprise, and entrepreneurship management model. Then, document analysis, depth interview, and expert meetings will be constructing contents of micro-entrepreneurship management model in repair and maintenance services industry Based on the concept of entrepreneurship management and strategic management process, this study is planned to divide the dynamic capabilities contents into four component factors which are the market-based sensing capability, the organizational learning absorptive capacity, the social network relationship capability, and the coordinating integrative capability. The entrepreneurial eenvironments contents are divided into three component factors, the entrepreneur (the entrepreneurial group), the entrepreneurial opportunity and the entrepreneurial resource, and the entrepreneurial performance contents into three component factors, the entrepreneurial goal, the entrepreneurial expectation and the entrepreneurial satisfaction. Then, the research data will be collected by questionnaires investigation. Structural equation analysis will be applied to empirically testify the relationships and the path model among dynamic capabilities, entrepreneurial eenvironments and performance on micro-enterprise of repair and maintenance services industry.
