The Study of the Management Competence Gap Analysis: Top and Middle Managers of Taipei 101

Abstract

[[abstract]]Business has managerial talent showing great foresight. High quality human resources management is the way to attain high performance and a competitive advantage. This study uses documents, interviews, expert opinions and questionnaires to discuss management competence of the Taipei 101. Finally, we propose ways to supply Taipei 101 T&D, and improve managers' competence.
