[[abstract]]The study discussed the operational situation of aboriginal community college in Tao-Yuan County from idea, vision, administrational planning, teaching planning, development and deterrent points, and issued further practical suggestions for reference of other aboriginal-related institutes. The process of study corrected data through deep interview and documentary analysis to understand thoroughly most part of Tao-Yuan aboriginal community college’s operational planning and development situation and analysis aboriginal community college. Finally according to the conclusion of study to suggest the following eight events: I. Central governmental institutes should define the aboriginal community college correctly and legalize it. II. Using the aboriginal community college for the educational integration platform to construct the system of aboriginal people’s learning resources. III. Central governmental institutes should develop the flexible evaluation mechanism of aboriginal points of view continuingly. In order to consist idea and quality of managing the aboriginal community college. IV. Expand practical seminars for communication between the aboriginal bureau and aboriginal community college directed. V. Build the facilitated association for the whole nation to integrate aboriginal community college affairs for horizontal resource connection. VI. Inspire all aboriginal community collage for designing fine curriculums and make the aboriginal community colleges connected with regular education through “the mechanism of Non-formal curriculums”. VII. Cultivate teachers of aboriginal community college and establish the complete aboriginal human resource database. VIII. Establish nice system of aboriginal network and broadcast digital and systematic aboriginal curriculums.
