[[abstract]]The main purpose of this research is to explore Lao Zi’s philosophy about XU-JING-GUAN- FU(虛靜觀復) and its implications on education in order to clarify its significance grasping ideas of Tao Te(道德) and offer moral education some revealing perspectives. Firstly, this study used literature review and hermeneutics to investigates the important interpretation and viewpoint of Lao Zi’s philosophy in history. Then, based on Lao Zi’s perspective, this study clarified the significances of XU-JING-GUAN- FU. Thirdly, this study explained educational and moral significance and fulfillments contained in Lao Zi’s XU-JING-GUAN- FU. Finally, based on the results above, this essay will present the conclusion and give some advises to the future educational practice and researches. The results of this study can be summarized as followings： 1.The illustration and viewpoint in this research is through life wich is a comprehensive study of the subject and the object . 2. XU-JING-GUAN- FU is the principle of realization of Tao and Te from the life of every one. 3. XU-JING-GUAN- FU inspires educators to concern about their consciousness,educational practices, visions,and the predicament of life. 4.The educators liberate themselves from the inflexibility of consciousness and stabilize the restlessness of practice by the self cultivation of their heart.Then, through the vision of XU-JING-GUAN-FU, developing and recovering the nature and innocence of educators and their students.
