[[abstract]]The need of sport has been increasing in recent years. Taipei Municipal Stadium was upgraded as Taipei Sports Office (TSO) in August 2004 for improving sport service in Taipei city. This study investigated people’s perception of Taipei Sport Office after upgrade and consumer satisfaction of sport facilities under Taipei Sport Office. 581 subjects were selected to answer the questionnaire. After the data was analyzed by the descriptive statistics, one way ANOVA and Scheff’e method, conclusions were that： 1.There were 54.7% people ever heard about Taipei Sport Office, and very few people knew TSO of it; Only 18.4% people knew its official website; 58.7% people never contact any advertisement about sport from TSO; And there were even 72.8% people never participate any sport activities offered by TSO. 2.People feel satisfied with design and plan of sport facilities, but they are unsatisfied with management and personnel service. 3.People whose income is over $30,001 NTD and Middle-ager are more satisfied in environment and convenience of sport facilities; People exercise 4-5 time a week feel satisfied with management and service but environment and convenience of sport facilities; Operate Transfer Administration Model of sport center is better than others in management and service, signage and clean, subordinate facilities and maintenance.
