桃園縣特殊偏遠地區學校教育資源共享之研究

Abstract

[[abstract]]The purpose of this study is to understand the requirements and concept of educational resources of the far away elementary schools in Taoyuan county. We are concerned about the content of educational resources of these schools. Further, we propose the way to combined these schools and the necessity of the combination. We made our conclusions by reviewing references, survey, and interviewing some specific persons. The conclusions about the requirements and concept of educational resources are as follows: 1. It is quite necessary to share educational resources with other schools. 2. The staff are with high interest in taking share with educational resources. 3. We promote the concrete modal for combing the 12 schools of Fuxing county into four schools. 4. The schools have to hire the same employees to improve the education. 5. The schools have to cooperate to improve the shortage of educational resources. 6. The key to combine the schools are policy and supplement methods. 7. It is necessary to issue laws to protect the benefit of combining schools. 8. The process of combining schools should be proceeded by proper procedure and be proceeded step by step. According to our study, we provide some advice for central educational government and Taoyuan county. They can follow our suggestions in organizing educational resources for the far away schools. A、The advice for central educational government: 1. The central government should issue methods for local government to follow when it is necessary to combine schools. Thus, the benefit of students and teachers can be protected. 2. It is suggested that the four schools which located in the high mountain are combined into one school and the six schools which located in the middle of the mountain are combined into one school. As for the two schools which located in the low mountain can be kept the same way. The schools located in the high mountain are Bulon Elementary School, Kuan-Hua Elementary School, San-Kuang Elementary School. These four schools should be combined into San-Kuang Elementary School. The schools located in the middle of the mountain are Chang-Sing Elementary School, Gaoyi Elementary School, Kaupo Elementary School, Yisheng Elementary School, Hsia Yun Elementary School, Kuihui Elementary School, and LUO-FU Elementary School. These six schools should be combined into LUO-FU Elementary School. The two schools located in the low mountain are Jeso Elementary School and Sanmin Elementary School. They can keep the same way as present. 3. The budge and staff should be increased. There might have some ways to provide boarding students and help students in doing homework. 4. The process of combining schools should be proceeded by proper procedure. 5. The process of combining schools should be proceeded step by step. 6. The law of human resource should be loosen to encourage hiring the same employees among schools. B. The advice for schools: 1. In order to solve the shortage of educational resources problems, the schools should take share in educational resources and play a leading role in combining schools. 2. The schools should cooperated in promoting sharing educational resources. They are encouraged to promote the activities with the neighboring schools.
