土肉桂苗木大量繁殖體系之建立(III)

Abstract

[[abstract]]土肉桂是臺灣珍貴樹種,在市場有供不應求之趨勢,本試驗將測試出合適之培養基成分及目的細胞株之大量繁殖條件,以期能將含有高含量肉桂醛之細胞株系大量生產,提高其經濟價值。 上一年度已完成試驗結果將土肉桂培植體播種在WPM培養基添加0-5mg/l IBA及0-5mg/l BA,在黑暗中培養。經過1個月後,誘導出黃白色、濕軟之癒合組織,進行細胞懸浮培養,經過生長曲線測試及光學顯微鏡觀察後取得生長最旺盛之細胞0.5g放入含WPM培養液50ml之125ml 三角錐形瓶放大培養,經過1個月後可得到100g/l鮮重之培養細胞
