The System of Criteria for Labour Resourse Evaluation in the Craft Business

Abstract

The authors of the article believe that precisely carried out quantitative and qualitative criteria must be the basis of the system for labor resource evaluation. These criteria must fit the aims and needs of the labor resource utilization in the craft business. The topmost qualitative criteria of the craft business are: creative potential, flexibility, team work and loyalty. The most important quantitative criteria are: productivity, quality, innovations and discipline. The article suggests methodology which allows identical evaluation for both groups using net number of points. Due to this employees might be assessed by all criteria. Thereby, the manager of the company is able to see the potential of each employee and can assign him/her to the most appropriate work operation as well as to achieve maximum cooperation of the employees
