In honor of Harvard University Press\u27 release of Associate Professor Mehrsa Baradaran\u27s book \u22How the Other Half Banks,\u22 there was a breakfast discussion on America\u27s banking system held at the National Press Club in Washington, D.C., that featured: Simon Johnson, professor at the MIT Sloan School of Management; Lisa Donner, the executive director of Americans for Financial Reform; David Dayen, journalist; and Baradaran. Discussions centered on the complexities of the American banking system and the potential solution of postal banking
