Abstract

Here is a confession. I am not a theorist, I am not a philosopher. From time to time, I think about and write about the Constitution. I suppose if someone asked me, \u22What is your constitutional philosophy?\u22 I might say that I am a constitutionalist, a textualist, and a populist. Now, I am, from time to time, more than those things, but let me explain those three words and their triangular interrelation
