Objective : Lungs Physiological changes can both occur pathologiccally or physiologically. The phatological changes could happen because of the chronic obstructive lung disease while physiological changes could happen because of aging process. Both of the factors have influences in the reduction of lungs physiological score. The study aim is to know comparation of lungs physiological score between stable chronic obstructive lung disease patient and healthy people. Method :The type of the study is observasional analytic with cross sectional approach. The subject of the study taken from Public District hospital dr. Moewardi, Surakarta in November 2009 until February 2010. The amount of this study sample is 60 people (Consist of 30 chronic obstructive Lung disease Patient and 30 health people). Each sample measured by mini wright peak flow metre. The analysis of the data was using t independent test. Result :With t independent test, observer gets sig 0,000 score or probability below 0,05 (p<0,05). This result shows that physiological score in the chronic obstructive lung disease patient different from healthy people physiological score. Conclusion :There is differences in the chronic obstructive lung disease patients have lower result than healthy people.
