Abstract

Abstract As the development of today's youth association and an increase in AIDS in Bali is very alarming. Media Visual Communication Design is to promote or disseminate goods / services and when it is necessary to urge the public and youth in particular to the HIV AIDS awareness and understand the distribution process in order to prevent its spread to a minimum. So far there has been a lot of public service media, but less effective in mesosialisasikannya and for that, through the design of social communication media, expected to be able to socialize the danger and prevention of AIDS in Bali. The method used in this design using the method of data collection, which consists of observation methods, interviews, bibliography, documentation and the internet. Media made to socialize the danger of AIDS is the Poster, T Shirt, Pin, Folders, Packaging, X-Banners, Bags, Stickers, Advertising Magazine and Catalog. The basic concept of the design used is "Post Modern" which is the inovation for public service media, and its visual concept is "Simplicity".
