High altitude related bilateral subconjunctival hemorrhage

Abstract

Subconjunctival hemorrhage (SCH) is an easily detectableexamination finding for an ophthalmologist. It is abenign disorder with good visual prognosis. Herein, a18-year-old male reported bilateral SCH. When the patientwas reexamined, it has been observed in his historythat patient climbed the mountain for the purpose of huntingthe day before.
