Road side equipment

Abstract

Diploma discusses road side equipment without wich it would be hard to imagine undisturbed activity of road traffic, especially if we take into account a large number of participants. At the beginning there is a description of variety of roads which we devide according to administrative and technical classification. Follows a chapter about types and elements of road draining in which I introduce details of trenches, water channels, shafts, opennings, drainages ... In continuation there is a description of vertical road signalling (road signs, traffic lights ...) and of road equipment (safety barrriers, protective barriers ...). Introduced are types, ways of installation and details. In the last chapter I wrote a few words about street lightning (types, ways of installation, equipment ...) with wich we assure safe flow of traffic during night time
