Authors underline conceptual differences about “dangerousness”, “violent behaviour” and “aggressiveness”. They illustrate clinic aspects of dangerousness, that is prognosis of violent behaviour (generic, imminent, conditional prognosis). Particular attention is attribute to the clinic valuation, diagnosis (anamnestic collection of the criminological, victimological and anamnestical data), to the analysis of potential factors involved on the violent behaviour’s genesis (statics, situational, dynamics factors), as well as to the biological and psychiatric aspects. Furthermore, authors describe psychiatrist’s countertransferal reactions in violent’s patient treatment and their probable clinical and terapeutical implications
