AITPM national newsletter October 2008 president's report

By Jonathan M. Bunker

It’s a pleasure for me to be penning my first President’s Message for the\ud AITPM Newsletter. I am eagerly looking forward to serving the Institute and\ud members over the coming couple of years. First though, I’d like to congratulate\ud Andrew Hulse for steering the good ship AITPM over the past two years,\ud bringing so many initiatives to the fore, including the Certified Transport\ud Planner (CTP), stronger ties with other organisations and agencies such as\ud IPENZ and Austroads, mutually beneficial sponsorship arrangements, and\ud sharing his enthusiasm towards the Thunderbirds. Personally and largely\ud thanks to my kids’ domination of the TV I’m a bit keener on the other great British sixties sci-fi classic,\ud Doctor Who. Maybe we can generate a “favourite Doctor” dialogue in the Newsletter
