Abstract — In this paper we present the stability analysis of one memristor oscillator mathematical model, given by four-dimensional five-parameter cubic system of ordinary differential equations. Through the Routh-Hurwitz stability criteria, we prove that the equilibrium points are stable for a fixed set of parameters
