Julia Forchheimer-Keiner Collection 1930-1982

Abstract

The largest item in this collection is a proposal for a Julia and Leo Forchheimer Department for Jewish Ethnography at the Israel Museum in Jerusalem. This proposal includes photographs of several possible inclusions into such a department, and there is a small amount of correspondence related to the proposal as well. The remaining materials in the collection consist of some of Forchheimer-Keiner's personal papers, including some family photographs dating back to the 1930s, a card for Ephraim Forchheimer's 90th birthday in 1937, and some personal correspondence.Rudolph ForchheimerProcessed for digitizationSent for digitizationReturned from digitizationdigitize
