Abstract

This view from a roof top shows the railroad station on the right and a railroad intersection with tracks heading in different directions. A locomotive is pushing a freight car towards others in the background. The image is damaged along the bottom.Oliver Frank “Trixie” Kelly was a Methodist preacher who operated his own photographic gallery as a hobby on State Street in downtown South Whitley, Indiana from the 1890’s until the 1940’s. As a local photographer, Kelly did most of his own work in and around South Whitley and the nearby town of Collamer in Whitley County
