    Analisis Usahatani Tanaman Sela Pada Lahan Perkebunan Kelapa Di Desa Tontalete Kecamatan Kema Kabupaten Minahasa Utara

    This research aims to analyze the income of farmers who cultivate land under coconut trees with intercropping. This research uses primary data and secondary data. Primary data is a source of data obtained directly from original sources or not through intermediaries. Meanwhile, secondary data is data sourced from the Tontalete Village office, Kema District, North Minahasa Regency and the Central Statistics Agency (BPS). Sampling was carried out randomly (Simple Random Sampling). The total research sample was 13 corn farmers and 2 chili farmers. The research results were analyzed using farming income analysis. The results of this study show that farmers utilizing coconut plantation land with intercropping in Tontalete Village, Kema District, North Minahasa Regency, obtained an average production cost of corn intercropping respondents amounting to IDR8.445.822,00 per hectare, with revenue of IDR21.868.750,00 per hectare, resulting in an income of IDR13.422.929,00 per hectare. Meanwhile, respondents growing intercropped chili had an average production cost of IDR10.865.342,00 per hectare, with revenue of IDR69.307.857,00 per hectare, and income of IDR58.442.515,00 per hectare over 8 harvesting periods

    The aim of the research is to analyze red bean farming income based on land ownership status in Tempok Village, Tompaso District, Minahasa Regency. The research took place from June to August 2023. The data used in the research were primary data obtained from direct interviews with red bean farmers using questionnaires, and secondary data obtained from research results and journals. Sampling used a purposive sampling method, namely farmers were selected based on the last harvest in May and June, and the samples were divided into three categories, namely farmers who own their own land, farmers who rent land, and sharecroppers who work on other people's land. The number of respondents was 12 red bean farmers consisting of 4 owner farmers, 4 tenant farmers and 4 sharecroppers. The data collected was analyzed descriptively using farming income analysis. The results of the research show that red bean farming income is based on land ownership status, namely: owner farmers amounting to IDR49.129.667, tenant farmers amounting to IDR41.991.500, and sharecroppers amounting to IDR25.925.000 per planting season

    This research aims to identify internal and external factors in the development of cocoa farming and formulate appropriate strategies for developing cocoa plants in Mayakeli Village, Pamona Puselemba District, Poso Regency, Central Sulawesi Province. This research was carried out in Mayakeli Village, Pamona Puselemba District, Poso Regency, Central Sulawesi from June to August 2023. The method used in sampling was purposive sampling with the consideration that this area is one of the cocoa producing areas in Pamona Puselemba District. The data obtained from the interviews and questionnaires were then analyzed using SWOT analysis. The results of the research show that cocoa development in Mayakeli Village, Pamona Puselemba District, Poso Regency, Central Sulawesi is at the point (0.98 : 1.74) which is located in the Growth I quadrant.

    This study aims to describe the marketing mix of Jessivar shanghai beans in Talikuran Barat Village, Kawangkoan Utara District, Minahasa Regency. This research was conducted from May to July 2023. The selection of respondents was done intentionally. The data used are primary data and secondary data. Primary data was obtained from respondents through direct interviews using a prepared questionnaire. Secondary data was obtained from other information data related to the research. The sampling method used purposive sampling, and the samples taken were 1 Jessivar shanghai bean business owner as a producer and 17 kiosk owners in the Kawangkoan area as consumers who bought shanghai beans at the Jessivar shanghai bean business. The results showed that the Jessivar shanghai bean marketing mix has a good assessment by consumers as seen from the total overall score of 540 with an interpretation of 88.23 percent being in an agreed assessment based on aspects of product, price, place, promotion, and there are several variables that must be considered and improved such as the use of promotional media and business locations that are easily accessible to consumers

    This research aims to analyze the factors influencing customer loyalty at Kopi Kenangan Bahu Kota Manado. The study was conducted from May to June 2023, and respondent selection was done randomly. Both primary and secondary data were utilized in the research. Primary data were collected through interviews based on questionnaires from 58 consumers at Kopi Kenangan Bahu Kota Manado. Secondary data were obtained from Kopi Kenangan Bahu and through relevant journal articles and theses related to the research topic, which is Factors Affecting Customer Loyalty. The research findings indicate that the quality of products and services at Kopi Kenangan Bahu does not significantly affect customer loyalty. On the other hand, promotions through social media, such as discount offers and loyalty programs, play a significant role in building and maintaining customer loyalty. The analysis results reveal that promotions have the highest coefficient value, indicating that this promotional strategy is a key factor that Kopi Kenangan Bahu should pay attention to in order to maintain a positive relationship with customers

    This study aims to determinate the effect of the interaction between water hyacinth (Eichhornia crassipes) liquid organic fertilizer on mustard greens (Brassica juncea) fertilizer that affects the yield of mustard greens and determine the dose of inorganic fertilizer that affects crop yield mustard greens. This research was conducted in the village of Motoling, Kec. Motoling, south Minahasa Regency, North Sulawesi. The design of this study used a factorial randomized block design (RBD) with factor I, namely the dose of water hyacinth liquid organic fertilizer, and factor II, namely the dose of inorganic fertilizer. The variables observed were: plant height, number of leaves, leaf lenght, leaf width and wet weight. The results showed that the interaction between water hyacinth liquid organic fertilizer and inorganic fertilizers had an effect on the fresh weight of mustard green plants and had no effect on plant height, number of leaves, leaf length dan leaf width of mustard green plants

    This research aims to describe the marketing mix at the Cake and Bakery "Hari-hari" business in Manado City. This research was conducted for 1 month, from June to July 2023. The sampling method used in the study was accidental sampling. Primary data was collected through interviews guided by a list of questions that had been prepared previously and the results of direct observations at the research site. Secondary data is obtained from the library, namely written sources and books obtained from local books and the internet through google scholar in the form of books, articles, journals and theses related to the research topic, namely the marketing mix in business. The data analysis method used in the research is descriptive. The results of the study explain that the marketing mix in the Cake and Bakery "Hari-hari" business has not fully implemented the marketing mix perfectly where the seven elements of the product marketing mix, price, promotion, place, people, process, physical appearance have been implemented properly but there is one element that has not been maximized, namely promotion. The current promotion is not maximized

    This study aims to determine the internal and external factors and marketing strategies of the Cousin Coffee shop business in Walian Village, Tomohon Selatan District, Tomohon City. Determination of informants in this coffee shop is using purposive sampling technique. Informants in this study were coffee shop owners, employees and customers. The data collected are primary data and secondary data using SWOT analysis. The results of this study indicate that Cousin Coffee coffee shop has internal strategic factors, namely strengths including strategic location, spacious place, there are many varied menu choices, and raw materials such as quality coffee. Weaknesses, namely social media related to promotional activities that have not been maximized, (private rooms) that are not yet available, lack of facilities such as wifi and other supporting facilities, and parking lots that are less spacious. And external strategic factors, namely opportunities including many residents around, building relationships with customers, attracting consumers with special offers, many relationships with people, and safe environmental conditions. Threats are the number of competitors, prices from competitors, unsatisfied consumer demand, the emergence of new coffee shops and offering promos and a better atmosphere, and unstable prices for basic commodities. The matrix of internal and external strategic factors shows a total value of 3.10 and 2.76, respectively. With the total value of the internal and external strategic factor matrix, it shows that this coffee shop is in quadrant 1, namely an aggressive strategy

    This research aims to determine the added value and profitability of ecoenzymes when used to make dish soap and bath soap. The study was conducted over a period of three months, from January to March 2024, covering everything from preparation to the writing of the research report. The research took place at the DSY Monastery in Kawatak Village, Langowan Selatan District, Minahasa Regency. Data were collected through primary sources, including observations, interviews, and documentation related to the soap-making process, costs incurred, product pricing, and raw materials used. Secondary data were obtained from supporting sources, including information about waste products and relevant institutions providing necessary data. The data analysis involved identifying issues using value-added analysis. The results indicate that the production of dish soap yields an added value of IDR10,116 per production cycle, while bath soap production yields an added value of IDR79,539 per cycle. The profit margin for dish soap production is 6.316%, whereas for bath soap production, it is 73.20%. The highest profit margin is achieved in bath soap production at 73.20%

    The purpose of this study was to analyze and describe the copra supply chain in Cio Gerong Village, South West Morotai District, Morotai Island Regency. The research was conducted for 3 months, from August to November 2023. The research was conducted in Cio Gerong Village, South West Morotai District, Morotai Island Regency. This research uses primary data taken by conducting surveys, interviews, questionnaires, and documentation to respondents directly. The secondary data were taken through relevant agencies, such as the Central Bureau of Statistics, literature books, literature, journals from the internet. Sampling of farmers was done purposively (purposive sampling), the number of samples selected was 10 samples from 50 copra farmers, while the sample for copra traders was 5 people from 10 copra collectors. The data analysis used is descriptive method to identify product flow, financial flow and information flow. The results showed that the supply chain in Cio Gerong Village, West South Morotai Subdistrict, Morotai Island Regency, based on the flow of products from upstream to downstream starting from copra farmers, small collectors, and large copra collectors. The financial flow from downstream to upstream starts from large collecting traders buying copra from small collecting traders with a cash payment system and small collecting traders buying copra from farmers with a cash payment system. The flow of information flows from two directions, namely the first direction of large collectors to small collectors then to farmers, the second direction is farmers to small collectors then to large collectors
