The creative industry in Pontianak City is actually quite developed, especially in the culinary, fashion, and craft sub-sectors. However, the lack of availability of creative ecosystems as well as limited space and equipment for creative actors who have ideas but do not have the capital have caused the creative industry to be unable to develop rapidly. Therefore, it is necessary to have a creative hub that functions as a place to gather, interact, collaborate, innovate, and introduce products for creative actors. In addition, this creative hub is also a forum to improve the quality of community human resources through educational events and trainings or workshops that are very useful as a provision to navigate the world of work. The design of a creative hub in Pontianak City combines three creative hub concepts, namely creative space, makerspace, and coworking space with a Contemporary Architecture approach which is expected to be able to be a solution to various design problems considering the function of the building in addition to providing a decent space, it also demands design trends that reflect the creative industry, namely always innovative and up to date

Madu Sari Village is a village in Sungai Raya District that has a large area of land in the form of peat, with the potential to become a village that produces horticultural commodities. Madu Sari Village can supply ±600 pineapples per week when it is not in season and ±2,000 pineapples per week when it is in season. This village can be further developed to become an agrotourism destination. The formulation of the problem for this final assignment is "What are the facilities needed and their design to realize pineapple agrotourism in Madu Sari Village, Kubu Raya Regency, as an agrotourism-based tourism destination?" The aim of designing this final project is to develop a design concept that can be used as a reference for the development of effective and efficient agrotourism to accommodate activities and provide tourist facilities. The design method used in solving problems in agrotourism design uses the five-step design process method in the book "Introduction to Architecture" (Snyder and Catanese, 1984). Referring to the potential and existing conditions of the area, the site concept was developed through the Open Space concept, which resulted in a building design consisting of three regional zones, namely the reception zone, recreation zone, and education zone. The results of this design are expected to have an impact on the community, especially pineapple farmers in Madu Sari Village, as well as improving the economy and pineapple cultivation as a tourism development in Kubu Raya Regency in the form of a design reference based on human potential, site potential, and natural potential

The National Search and Rescue Agency (Badan Nasional Pencarian dan Pertolongan or BNPP) is an institution responsible for conducting search and rescue operations related to disasters in a particular area. This institution is also obligated to prepare human resources who are experts in the field of search and rescue. The quality of its human resources is built through regular training. This requires a facility or container that meets the standard educational and training needs of BNPP personnel. Thus, the quality of BNPP personnel, especially in the Kalimantan region, can be maintained. The design method used is the Richard Whitaker design method. This method includes stages, starting from the introduction of the BNPP institution, collecting planning issues for the BNPP Education and Training Center, collecting theories related to the BNPP Education and Training Center, analyzing design standards, formulating design concepts and solutions to be used, as well as creating and technical drawings. Through this method, a design concept is obtained with a theme of good spatial comfort that can make the function of the BNPP Education and Training Center area more effective. This will then serve as the basis for producing the design of the BNPP Education and Training Center in Kubu Raya Regency.
