The Effectiveness Of The School Principal's Managerial Supervision On The Quality Of School Education At The Junior High School Level
This study aims to determine the effectiveness of principal supervision on the quality of school education in SMP Negeri 1 Sigli and SMP YPPU Sigli. This study uses a quantitative method using 2 variables, namely the principal's managerial supervision variable (X), and the quality of education (Y). The participants consisted of 4 people, including 1 Principal of SMP Negeri 1 Sigli and SMP YPPU Sigli, as well as 2 supervisors, and the Head of Curriculum as a teacher selected by purposive sampling technique. Data collection techniques used consist of two kinds, namely interview techniques, and questionnaire techniques. Data analysis techniques use prerequisite tests and hypothesis tests. The results showed that the correlation coefficient (R) of 0.644 showed a high relationship between principals' managerial supervision and education quality. The principal's managerial supervision variable affects the education quality variable by 41.4%. The implication of this research shows that principals' management supervision is effective in improving the quality of school education
Exploring Dawet Ayu Banjarnegara as Local Wisdom in Primary School: Integrating Cultural Education Through Local Content Learning
Globalization has influenced students' consumption patterns, leading to a preference for soft drinks over traditional beverages such as dawet ayu. As a result, students often consume dawet ayu without understanding its cultural significance, production process, or historical context rooted in local wisdom. This study aims to analyze the form, role, and urgency of integrating Dawet Ayu Banjarnegara as local content in education, focusing on its cultural value, economic potential, and relevance in entrepreneurship. A qualitative research approach was employed, utilizing triangulation techniques to ensure data validity, and analyzed through the Miles and Huberman model. The findings reveal that educational efforts involving dawet ayu—through careful planning, implementation, and evaluation—can significantly enhance student engagement and learning outcomes in local content education. Moreover, this integration is vital as it supports the preservation of cultural heritage, strengthens economic awareness, fosters entrepreneurial spirit, and cultivates a sense of national identity among students
Leveraging Augmented Reality For Environmental Vocabulary Acquisition In Efl Contexts: Aligning With Sdgs In The Era Of Education 5.0
This study investigates the application of Augmented Reality (AR) to improve environmental vocabulary acquisition in English as a Foreign Language (EFL) context, aligning with the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) and Education 5.0. The objectives are to evaluate the effectiveness of AR in enhancing vocabulary acquisition and to explore students’ perceptions of AR-based learning. The study involved 72 eighth-grade students from SMP Negeri 4 Labuhan Badas, Sumbawa, Indonesia. A mixed-methods approach was employed, integrating quantitative analysis of vocabulary test scores and qualitative insights from open questionnaires. Students interacted with a 3D AR application that visualized environmental vocabulary categories, including beach terms, marine life, and fishing gear. Quantitative results revealed a statistically significant improvement in vocabulary scores (mean difference = 9.903, p < 0.001, Cohen’s d = 1.69), indicating the substantial impact of AR intervention. Qualitative findings highlighted increased motivation, comprehension, and retention due to AR’s immersive and interactive learning features, though technical barriers such as unstable internet were noted. The study implies that AR fosters experiential and contextualized learning, addressing gaps in traditional EFL vocabulary instruction. Beyond educational enhancements, AR supports SDG 4 by advancing quality education and SDG 14 by raising environmental awareness. These findings underscore AR’s ability to create engaging learning environments that bridge theoretical knowledge and practical application. Further research should explore AR's applicability across diverse subjects, regions, and student populations to maximize its interdisciplinary potential and address technical challenges for effective integration in global educational systems
Global Research Trends on Student Moral Intelligence: A Bibliometric Review (2003-2023)
Educational institutions have a responsibility to provide students with moral understanding to be able to face moral problems in society. Researchers worldwide make various efforts to discover the best strategies and formulate them into a framework for building the moral intelligence of students. This study provides a bibliometric overview of articles published in the Scopus database with the keywords 'moral intelligence' and 'students.'The bibliometric review was conducted using data processing tools, VOSviewer and Publish or Perish (PoP). The obtained data consisted of 17 articles, following five stages of the bibliometric review process: defining search keywords, determining initial search results, refining search results, compiling statistical data, and conducting analysis. The results of the bibliometric review indicate that the publication trends related to the moral intelligence of students globally tend to fluctuate. Iran is the country with the highest number of Scopus-indexed articles on the theme of students' moral intelligence, totaling ten articles. Meanwhile, the most significant citation trend for articles occurred in 2010, with a total of 26 citations. The limited amount of research conducted on the theme of students' moral intelligence presents an opportunity for researchers to explore novelty aspects

Digital Literacy in Matrilineal Family
The study aims to reveal the efforts that can be made to avoid the undesirable impact of digital technology by growing digital literacy in the matrilineal family. The development of digital information technology does not entirely have a positive impact on family social life. Reduced time with family members, increased individualism, and minimal interaction within the family are some of the negative impacts that must be anticipated. To solve this problem, a comprehensive review of the literature on matrilineal family settings is performed. Several relevant articles are collected and organized into categories. Based on the analysis, to improve digital literacy in the family, there are a few things that should be done. First, increase the parents' knowledge (father, mother, and mamak), commit to using healthy digital technology, provide a variety of fun activities, understand the norms and ethics that apply in utilizing digital technology and involve all family members to play a part in controlling the use of technology
Supporting Child Growth from an Early Age: A Review of Ten Key Parenting Roles for Young Parents
The high rate of early marriage in recent years is a phenomenon that must be taken seriously by various parties. This problem will continue due to young parents' low readiness level to fulfil their role. Many young parents today lack an understanding of their role in being responsible for the growth and development of their children after marriage. This study uses a literature review, searching through various relevant offline and online references. The results of this study indicate that non-formal education programs, such as parenting programs, can provide a platform for young parents to enhance their readiness to fulfil their roles in addressing issues related to early childhood growth and development stimulation. Parenting programs can provide the knowledge, attitudes, and skills necessary to become effective parents, and they can play a crucial role in supporting the growth and development of children from an early age
The Impact of the Implementation of the Tai Type Cooperative Learning Model on Mathematics Learning Outcomes at SMKN 2 Bukit Batu Flight
The low learning outcomes of mathematics at the Vocational High School (SMK) level is still a crucial problem in the world of education, especially in the context of conventional learning that does not involve optimal student activity. This study aims to analyze the influence of the Team Assisted Individualization (TAI) type cooperative learning model on the mathematics learning outcomes of class X students at SMKN 2 Aviation Bukit Batu. The approach used is a quantitative approach with a quasi experimental design method, using a Nonequivalent Control Group Design design. The study involved two classes of 30 students each, which were divided into an experimental group and a control group. The experimental group received a learning treatment using the TAI model for 12 meetings, while the control group followed conventional learning. The results showed that the average post-test score of the experimental group was 82.7, higher than the control group which only reached 72.5. The increase in scores from pre-test to post-test in the experimental group reached 20.3 points, while in the control group it was only 10.8 points. In addition, the level of learning completeness of students in the experimental group reached 90%, while in the control group it was only 60%. These findings show that the TAI learning model has a positive and significant influence on improving students' mathematics learning outcomes. The conclusion of this study is that the implementation of the TAI type cooperative learning model is effective in improving the mathematics learning outcomes of vocational school students, both in terms of increasing the average score and the percentage of learning completenes
