Evaluation of concrete properties in the structure
The work deals with a completely new standard, non-destructive testing of concrete strength using ultrasonic and rebound hammers such as the Original Schmidt and SilverSchmidt. Regression relationships obtained from measurements with relationships reported in the literature are utilized
The Issue of Tax-deductible Costs
The line between tax deductible and non-deductible costs is in some cases very thin. The aim of the paper is to show in the practical part, using concrete examples, how a taxpayer can proceed in proving the costs incurred in order to avoid possible problems with proving these costs
New Technologies in Travelling and Tourism
Proposal to Improve the Remuneration System of Employees in the Selected Company
This bachelor thesis deals with a proposal for improvement of the current remuneration system in a selected company. The bachelor thesis is divided into 3 parts. In the first part the concepts related to the remuneration system are introduced. In the second part, an analysis of the remuneration system and an analysis of the external and internal factors influencing the remuneration system is made. The last part presents suggestions for improving the remuneration system based on the shortcomings identified in the second part
Analysis of Modal Shapes and Natural Frequencies of Real-Shaped Vocal Fold
This bachelor's thesis deals with the modal analysis of a model based on a 3D scan of the human vocal cords. This is a model solved by the finite element method, where the value of the first natural frequency roughly corresponds to the value of the fundamental frequency of female vocal folds. The research part of the thesis is devoted to an overview of finite element models of the geometry of the vocal cords, which is followed by a brief description of the anatomy and physiology of the human speech system together with the theory of the formation of the human voice. The finite element model is created using a 3D scan of the vocal folds in the commercial program ANSYS Workbench, in which it is solved by the finite element method
Application of the Sinumerik 840D / SinuTrain 4.95 control system in machining
This bachelor thesis is focused on the creation of a program for the production of a robot effector using the external software SinuTrain 4.95. The first part of the thesis deals with the description and possibilities of creating NC programs and tool materials. The next part is focused on the design of the workpiece material, the selection of the machine, suitable tools and the determination of cutting conditions. This is followed by the creation of the program
Information System Design
The main objective of this thesis is to design an information system for the automatic creation of digital invoices, their accounting, archiving and delivery to the client. In the first part of this diploma thesis, basic theoretical concepts and starting points are being described. In the second, analytical part, an analysis of the current state is worked out. The results of the analytical part are subsequently used in the design of the system itself, in the third, design part of this diploma thesis
Energy efficient family house
My bachelor's thesis aims to design documentation for building permission of an Energy efficient family house. The thesis is divided into two parts. The first part includes architectural, structural, and fire safety designs and daylighting, acoustic, and thermal assessment. The building is designed on a sloping plot in Předklášteří. It has three-stories with a gable roof and is designed for a family of five. The floor plan of the building is a simple rectangle with an unusual layout. In the basement, there is the private part, and the social part is on the first floor. The foundations are designed from cast-in-placed concrete, vertical load-bearing walls are designed from sand-lime blocks. The floor structure is from prestressed hollow core slabs. The roof structure is designed from timber trusses. Developed designs of building services and energy certificate are elaborated in the second part of the thesis. I design water supply, wastewater management, rainwater management, electric installation, and heat systems. The rainwater will be stored in underground tanks, placed outside of the house, and will be used for flushing toilets and irrigation. The main source of heating is an air-water heat pump, and the supplementary heat source is a stove. There is floor heating in the building. I designed photovoltaic panels on the south-facing roof to use renewable resources. This ventilation system is designed as mechanical heat ventilation recovery, to reduce heat losses. The house is designed to have an A-class rating in energy performance certification
Tax optimisation of an entrepreneur operating a pet shop
The bachelor's thesis deals with optimizing personal income tax in connection with tax record keeping. The significance of this thesis is to evaluate the current tax situation of a selected taxpayer based on a thorough analysis of income and expenses, assets, and debts and to propose appropriate optimization methods to reduce his tax liability. The theoretical part of the thesis explains the basic concepts related to the issue and are necessary for the practical part of the bachelor thesis. The result of the analytical part of the thesis is the selection of appropriate tax optimization methods, which were consulted with the selected taxpayer
Two-generation family house
The content of the bachelor thesis involves the design of project documentation for a family house at the stage of building permit. The house is designed as a two-generation house for grandparents and a family of four. The building is situated on a flat plot in a newly developed residential area. In the structure is consists one underground and two above-ground floors. The family house is founded on strip foundations and a slab. The structural system is wall-based. The basement is made of reinforced concrete masonry, while the above-ground floors are constructed using a timber frame made of DEK wooden panels. Horizontal structures are reinforced concrete above the basement and wooden above the first and second floors. The roof consists of layers resting on these wooden structures. The roof assembly is flat with a final layer of shingles. The drawing section was processed using the Revit and AutoCAD software from AutoDesk
