Pengaruh Beban Kerja Dan Dukungan Supervisor Terhadap Stress Kerja Pada PT. Panglima Artamara di Surabaya
Tuntutan dan tugas-tugas sangat berpotensi menimbulkan terjadinya kecemasan
dan ketegangan dari dalam diri karyawan. Selain tuntutan dari dalam organisasi
serta pekerjaan, tuntutan yang berasal dari luar organisasi seperti lingkungan
keluarga atau lingkungan sosial juga berpotensi untuk menimbulkan suatu tekanan
terhadap karyawan. Jika tekanan tersebut terus terjadi pada karyawan maka akan
menimbulkan stres kerja pada karyawan. Tujuan yang hendak di capai dalam
penelitian ini adalah: untuk mengetahui pengaruh Beban Kerja dan Dukungan
Supervisor Terhadap Stress Kerja pada PT. Panglima Artamara di Surabaya.
Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh karyawan yang mendapatkan target
tiap bulan dari perusahaan yaitu karyawan bagian penjualan PT. Panglima
Artamara di Surabaya sebanyak 35 responden. Teknik pengambilan sampel dalam
penelitihan ini adalah dengan menggunakan teknik sampel jenuh yaitu teknik
penentuan sampel bila anggota populasi digunakan sebagai sampel. Jadi sampel
pada penelitian ini 35 responden. Uji yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah
Partial Least Square (PLS)
Berdasarkan analisis data dan pembahasan hasil penelitian yang telah
dikemukakan, dapat disimpulkan hal-hal untuk menjawab permasalahan sebagai
berikut : Beban Kerja memiliki kontribusi terhadap terhadap Stres Kerja, artinya
semakin meningkatnya beban kerja yang dirasakan karyawan, maka stres kerja
karyawan yang dirasakan juga semakin meningkat. Dukungan Supervisor
memiliki kontribusi terhadap Stres Kerja, yang menunjukkan bahwa dukungan
Supervisor yang tinggi akan mengurangi stres kerja karyawan.

Evaluation of Land Capability in Critical Land Das Welang, Pasuruan Regency, Indonesia
Nowadays the watershed in Indonesia continues to experience degradation caused by the
management of natural resources in it which is quite aggressive, exploitative, and expansive that
exceeds the carrying capacity and capabilities. The objective of this research is the mechanism of
land capability in describing the distribution of critical land agriculture in the Welang watershed
in a comprehensive and integrated manner. Analysis of soil samples after being dried is carried
out in the laboratory so as to obtain quantitative figures both physical, chemical, and biological
soil properties. Determination of research survey points taken at the critical critical level level,
somewhat critical to critical with the land use unit (SPL) of plantations, mixed gardens and fields
on medium plains. The results of the study can be concluded that the coffee and mango plants
become the dominant plants to be cultivated in the moderate land area, and for the moor, corn
plants become the mainstay for cultivation even though based on the ability of the land to have
classes that vary from III to VIII according to the characteristics of landforms ranging from sloping
to steep also viewed from the actualization of the land showing the land in critical condition. The
ability of the land produced from dai III to VII is in accordance with the characteristics of the
landform from the sloping to steep. So that corn plants can still be planted for upland fields even
though the level of soil fertility is low to moderate with limiting factors ranging from temperature,
root media, nutrient retention, erosion hazards and land preparation. Provision of minimal organic
matter and land management for land, making terraces is more recommended because to reduce
the level of erosion even though some upland areas are not critical while those that are more critical
require integrated handling in land management.

Strategi Ketenagakerjaan Jawa Timur 2019 ( Studi Kasus Desain Dan Rekomendasi Kebijakan Pada Dinas Tenaga Kerja Dan Transmigrasi Provinsi Jawa Timur )
The research is based on the peak of demographic dividend and industry 4.0 which has
an impact on labor dynamics in East Java. The purpose of this study is 1) to find out how the
policy strategy that has been done by the East Java government 2) To conduct a study and
analysis of design strategies and recommendations on employment policies in the peak
demographic dividend and industrial era 4.0 East Java. The research method uses qualitative
descriptive and snowball sampling. Data collection techniques used observation,
documentation and interviews, the focus of the research was using Hanger and Wheeln's
strategies, William Dunn's public policies, and Cochran and Malone's designs.
The results of this study are 1) that the performance is quite good in terms of improving
performance and reducing the number of unemployed but in this decade the increase in
performance in several points has decreased, for example unemployment is around 0.1% and
an increase in cases of industrial relations requires innovation in institutions and program 2)
have made recommendations and design policies that are based on the formulation and
strategies made with the following results 1) Increasing the competence and productivity of
workers in synergies maximizing demographic dividendes; 2) Protection of migrant and labor
workers; and 3) Increasing the chaos of industrial relations and the employment climate in
creating a sense of justice in the business world and 1 supporting policy package increases
the effectiveness of demographic dividendes
