Perlindungan Hak Cipta Atas Tindakan Bocoran Film Di Tiktok

Spoiler atau bocoran film di TikTok yang dilakukan tanpa seizin pencipta dan/atau pemegang hak cipta masih sering ditemukan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui perlindungan hak cipta atas tindakan bocoran film di TikTok dan mengetahui upaya perusahaan aplikasi TikTok sebagai penyelenggara sistem elektronik dalam memberikan perlindungan hak cipta atas tindakan spoiler. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode pendekatan yuridis normatif dan menggunakan data sekunder yang terdiri dari bahan hukum primer dan sekunder. Analisis data berpedoman pada metode kualitatif untuk menghasilkan informasi yang bersifat deskriptif dan analitis. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa tindakan spoiler di TikTok yang dilakukan tanpa seizin pencipta dan/atau pemegang hak cipta melanggar hak moral dan hak ekonomi dari pencipta dan/atau pemegang hak cipta. Spoiler atau bocoran film di TikTok dilakukan dengan cara mutilasi ciptaan yang dilakukan tanpa seizin pencipta dan/atau pemegang hak cipta dan melanggar Pasal 5 Undang-Undang No. 28 Tahun 2014 Tentang Hak Cipta (UUHC). Spoiler atau bocoran film di TikTok yang dilakukan tanpa seizin pencipta dan/atau pemegang hak cipta dikategorikan memenuhi unsur penggandaan ciptaan sebagaimana dimaksud dalam Pasal 9 ayat (1) huruf (b) dan ayat (2) UUHC. Perusahaan aplikasi TikTok sebagai penyelenggara sistem elektronik telah memiliki kebijakan yang termuat dalam Panduan Komunitas dan telah memberikan ruang aduan pelanggaran hak cipta, tetapi pelaksanaan dari kebijakan tersebut belum sempurna karena masih ditemukan banyak pelanggaran hak cipta berupa tindakan spoiler film di aplikasi TikTok

Efikasi Diri Dan Dukungan Sosial Teman Sebaya Dengan Work Life Balance Mahasiswa Universitas Muhammadiyah Surakarta Yang Bekerja

Work life balance is trying to a balance of satisfaction in all parts of life, including work and personal life. Factors affecting work life balance include self-efficacy and peer social support. This study aims to find out the relationship between self- efficacy and peer social support with work life balance. The research method used in this research is the quantitative method. The research population is a student of the Muhammadiyah University of Surakarta who works. Sampling technique used purposive sampling with characteristics of active student S1 Muhammadiyah University of Surakarta, aged 18-25 years, male or female, working while in college, working at least 6 hours a day, having worked for at least 1 month, working in Surakarta area, and unmarried. The sample of the study consisted of 94 students. The study used three scales: work life balance, self- efficacy, and peer social support. Data analysis using double linear regression test analysis. Data analysis shows that there is a significant relationship between self- efficacy and peer social support with work life balance (F = 40,073; p=0,000 p<0,01) which proves that the research hypothesis is the relationship between self-efficacy and peer social support and work life balance is accepted. There is a positive correlation between self-efficacy and work life balance for working students at Muhammadiyah University of Surakarta and there is a positive correlation between social support from peers and work life balance for working students at Muhammadiyah University of Surakarta. The effective contribution in this research was 45.2% with details of the self-efficacy variable being 31.5%, the peer social support variable being 13.7%

Senam Modifikasi Melalui Gerakan Poco Poco Untuk Meningkatkan Kemampuan Motorik Kasar Siswa Kelas IV SD Negeri Gembong 03

Jenis penelitian yang di gunakan peneliti adalah Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK), yang di laksanakan dua siklus. Pada setiap siklus berisi empat kegiatan utama, yakni 1) perencanaan, 2) pelaksanaan, 3) obeservasi, 4) refleksi. Penelitian ini dilakukan di SD Negeri Gembong 03, Kec. Gembong, Kab. Pati. Pada siswa kelas IV dengan jumlah siswa 25 anak yang terdiri dari 16 anak laki laki dan 9 anak perempuan. pada dasarnya ke 8 anak tersebut sudah mengetahui senam, namun pada saat prakteknya anak-anak tersebut belum sesuai dalam melakukan Gerakan senam terutama dalam senam poco poco. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan tes dan observasi serta instrumen penelitian yang digunakan berupa penilaian tindakan kelas ini sangat efisien dan efektif bila peneliti memahami apa yang akan diukur dan yang diharapkan responden. Metode analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian berlangsung selama pengumpulan data dan setelah pengumpulan data. Dari hasil rangkuman deskriptif data siklus II yang telah diperoleh menunjukkan aspek bahwa hasil belajar siswa tentang senam modifikasi melalui gerakan poco-poco meningkat sesuai target capaian pada data sebelum penelitia

Pembelajaran Daring Pada Mata Pelajaran PAI Dan Budi Pekerti Di SMP Muhammadiyah 1 Kartasura

Pembelajaran daring merupakan pola pembelajaran yang dilakukan dengan tidak bertatap muka secara langsung antara guru dan murid namun memanfaatkan telekomunikasi interaktif yang dapat menghubungkan keduanya dan berbagai sumber daya yang diperlukan sehingga mengefisienkan proses belajar mengajar. Penelitian ini berusaha memahami pelaksanaan pembelajaran daring pada mata pelajaran PAI dan Budi Pekerti di SMP Muhammadiyah 1 Kartasura. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah obsevasi, wawancara, serta dokumentasi. Analisis dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis data kualitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pelaksanaan pembelajaran daring di SMP Muhammadiyah 1 Kartasura menggunakan LMS (Learning Management System) Schoology, media sosial Youtube, video conference melalui Zoom Meeting dan evaluasi menggunakan Google Form. Sedangkan hambatan yang ditemui selama pembelajaran daring terdapat kendala yang berasal dari internal berupa kurang konsentrasi, malas, kendala pengerjaan tugas, serta persiapan materi dan perangkat pembelajaran yang benar-benar matang dan efisiensi waktu belajar . Hambatan lainnya berasal dari eksternal berupa suasana belajar mengajar yang kurang kondusif, dan kendala jaringan yang memakan kuota besar

Perencanaan Strategi Pemasaran Di UMKM(Studi Kasus ; CV. SR Bakery)

This research is about marketing strategy planning in MSMEs which aims to design the right marketing strategy to be implemented in order to increase sales and the company's competitiveness with competitors. This research was conducted at CV SR Bakery. CV SR Bakery is one of the MSMEs which operates in the field of food production of various types of bread located in Cirebon Regency, West Java. The sample used in this research was 73 people. The methods used in this research are the competitive profile matrix (CPM), IE Matrix (Internal-External), SWOT Matrix (Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, Threats) and Quantitative Strategic Planning Matrix (QSPM). The research results show that the CPM CV SR Bakery has a score of 2.59. In the IE matrix, CV SR Bakery occupies quadrant V so that the appropriate strategy to implement is the hold and maintain strategy. In the SWOT matrix, there are 7 alternative strategies that can be chosen by CV SR Bakery. Based on the QSPM matrix, it was found that the most suitable strategy for CV SR Bakery to implement was optimizing production, product quality and use of technology to meet consumer satisfaction with the highest TAS score, namely 6.13. Analisis Yuridis Pertimbangan Hakim Dalam Putusan Tindak Pidana Perdagangan Orang (Studi Putusan Pengadilan Negeri Ruteng Nomor 32/Pid.Sus/2020/PN. Rtg)

The purpose of writing this thesis is to find out the judge's consideration in imposing punishment on the perpetrator in Decision Number 32/Pid.Sus/2020/PN. Rtg. Various backgrounds can be associated with the rise of trafficking in persons, such as the main factor causing the rise of trafficking in persons (Hukam Trafikking), namely economic factors due to the large number of people while limited employment opportunities, therefore many experience debt bondage, unemployment, and poverty. The problem of this research is: How is the Judge's Consideration for the perpetrators of the crime of Trafficking in Persons in Decision Number 32/Pid.Sus/2020/PN. Rtg. and what is the perspective of Islamic Criminal Law regarding the crime of Human Trafficking. The normative juridical approach method is the method used by the author, so that the research approach with a literature legal study that examines legal events using legislation and other legal regulations as a juridical basis that has to do with the object of study. The results of this research and discussion show that the Basic Considerations of the Judges in the verdict in Case Number 32/Pid.Sus/2020/PN.Rtg are divided into Juridical Considerations which include the elements of the crime committed by the defendant in accordance with the charges of the Public Prosecutor which are reinforced by witness testimony, as well as Non-Juridical Considerations in the form of variables that surround the imposition of punishment as well as matters that alleviate and aggravate the imposition of punishment. In this decision, the judge sentenced the defendant to 5 (five) years of imprisonment and a fine of Rp. 250,000,000,- (two hundred and fifty million rupiah) with the provision that if the fine is not paid, it will be replaced by imprisonment for 6 (six) months. Based on the perspective of Islamic law, the crime of trafficking in persons is included in jarimah ta'zir, which in this case is an act that is prohibited and forbidden in Islam because it is a religious offense which has traded people for the benefit of other groups of people. There is no justification for the existence of a slavery system and no one is called a slave because all Indonesian citizens are free and free to act according to their rights

Analisis Program Wirausaha Merdeka Dalam Meningkatkan Minat Dan Kompetensi Wirausahawan Muda Pada Mahasiswa Program Wirausaha Merdeka UMS 2022 (MBKM)

Undergraduate level education at universities, whether private or state managed, not only provides learning and knowledge to students, but also provides degrees attached to their names. However, granting this degree does not guarantee that 2 students will easily get a job in accordance with the field of study they are studying. There are many college graduates who face difficulties in finding work, which causes unemployment to rise. Regarding this problem, the Indonesian government, through the Ministry of Education and Culture, developed a policy for the Independent Entrepreneur training program as part of the Independent Campus Learning Students (MBKM). One implementation of this empowerment occurs through the Independent Entrepreneurship program at the Muhammadiyah University of Surakarta in 2022. This program aims to stimulate students' interests and talents, as well as assist them in creating jobs according to their abilities and competencies. Entrepreneurship education is considered important to reduce the unemployment rate in Indonesia. This program lasts for four months and involves a number of activities, ranging from workshops with experienced entrepreneurs, internships in small and medium enterprise (UKM) units, pitching activities, to making prototypes or innovative products by students. The final stage involves marketing student products to the public. The results of this program are in line with expectations, showing that these activities can help students become active entrepreneurs. Funding support and field guidance from supervisors also play a role in increasing the entrepreneurial spirit of students at Muhammadiyah University of Surakarta. This program provides concrete solutions to the challenge of unemployment by developing students' entrepreneurial skills and encouraging them to create jobs in the futur

Nilai-Nilai Pendidikan Islam Dalam Surah Al-Hijr Ayat 57-65 Menurut Tafsir Al-Misbah Dan Tafsir Al-Azhar

This study raises the values of Islamic education contained in Surah Al-Hijr verses 57-65 as a response to the decline in Islamic values in this era. The Qur'an is used as the main source of guidance for humans, including values such as faith, morals, and worship. This research is focused on these educational values by using tafsir Al-Mishbah by Quraish Shihab and tafsir Al-Azhar by Buya Hamka. The research method used is library research with a descriptive approach and content analysis,and uses the documentation method to collect and analyze data. The results show that the value of Islamic education in these verses includes Akidah education that emphasizes patience, faith in angels, and faith in Allah; Ibadah (ghairu mahdah) education that highlights justice, responsibility, and leadership; and Akhlak education that describes the consequences of actions, morality, honesty, and the importance of avoiding negative influences. The study also compared the analytical approach of tafsir Al-Mishbah with the narrative approach of tafsir Al-Azhar. Recommendations for future research include further exploration of Islamic works related to education and the cultivation of moral values from an early age to support the formation of quality Muslim characters

Al-Awqāf Al-Muntijah Wa Ta'ṡiruhā 'Alā At-Tanmiyah Al-Istiṣādiyah Fī Indunisiya (Idāratu Waqfi An-Nuqūd Fī Bank Mega Syariah Unmūdajan)

The present research is aimed at investigating the productive waqf (endowment) and its impact to Indonesia’s economic growth. This qualitative research uses an inductive analysis approach, which comprises discussions on the position of productive waqf within the sharia law, the reality of productive waqf in Indonesia, and the description of productive waqf management at Mega Syariah Bank. At least there are three most important results of the research. First, the productive waqf has become one of the key driving forces of Indonesia’s economic growth, mainly because Indonesia is the largest muslim-populous country in the world. Next, sharia financial institutions in Indonesia, amongst them is Mega Syariah Bank, play a strategic role in developing the cash waqf management that later earned the best Sharia Financial Institution – Recipient of Cash Waqf (LKS-PWU) award from the Indonesian Endowment Authority in 2023. Further, the potential benefits of cash waqf through the Cash Waqf Linked Sukuk (CWLS) program at Mega Syariah Bank are considered large enough with a revenue of about IDR372.016.125 a month
