Excel Tutorial

Excel Easy originally started as a project at the University of Amsterdam in 2010. It has been reviewed by professionals over the last years. We have done several Excel projects in the Netherlands and the United Kingdom. Some of the companies we have worked for are Reuters money real time, Hewitt Associates and Ortec logistics. Our goal for 2014 is to help Excel beginners all over the world master Excel quickly and easily. Comment on Rock Formation (title provided or enhanced by cataloger)

I have issue with this one part: "Explain that igneous rocks are those that are fire-made or volcanic rocks. They have small mineral pieces because they cooled quickly. Display trays of graphite so the students can see the large crystals in obsidian and explain that this looks like it contains pieces of glass. " As you know some igneous rocks are plutonic and have large crystals. Offer an example of a plutonic rock, too. Obsidian IS glass, not pieces of glass. Use obsidian without any impurities. What are the large crystals in it?? What is the graphite about?

There's No Such Thing As a Free Megawatt: The Marcellus Shale as a gateway drug to energy literacy

The goal of this presentation is to introduce effective questions and provide evidence-based information to build an understanding of science related to the Marcellus Shale, a black shale formation extending deep underground from Ohio and West Virginia northeast into Pennsylvania and southern New York. Recent technological advances and elevated natural gas pricing has made extraction very attractive to natural gas companies. By exploring and discussing changes in the current energy system discussion is encouraged to become aware of the environmental and financial impact of increased natural gas extraction process.
