HUMAN RESOURCES THAT MUST BE PREPARED IN EDUCATIONAL ENTREPRENEURSHIP
The scarcity of labor among entrepreneurs is influenced by various factors, ranging from financial management, marketing, to the difficulty of finding raw materials for a company's products. The Industrial Revolution 4.0 also brings unique challenges to society, especially entrepreneurs in the field of education. Ease of access to information and knowledge indirectly impacts some businesses that are run offline and manually. The biggest challenge of entrepreneurship in the Society 5.0 era is to improve the ability and skills to adapt to various rapid changes in the business environment and society. This research aims to develop human resource management in educational institutions and human resource entrepreneurship in Islamic educational institutions. From the results of this study, human resource management in education includes all policies, activities, and considerations aimed at utilizing human resources (in this case educators and training staff) to achieve goals. understand that this includes efforts. RECENT MOTIVATIONAL TRENDS IN IMPROVING THE HUMAN RESOURCE MANAGEMENT OF EDUCATIONAL INSTITUTIONS: TREN MOTIVASI TERKINI DALAM PENINGKATAN MANAJEMEN SDM LEMBAGA PENDIDIKAN
Recent motivational trends in human resource management (HRM) of educational institutions and their implementation strategies. The focus on work flexibility, continuous career development, work-life balance, and employee engagement and participation are highlighted. The implementation of hybrid work models, use of technology to enhance flexibility, holistic career development programs, learning approaches that support career growth, focus on employee well-being, and implementation of work-life balance policies are explained in depth. Employee engagement mechanisms through collective decisions and the development of participation in the decision-making process are also detailed. The research method uses a library research approach to analyze current motivational trends in human resource management (HRM) of educational institutions. This research method is based on literature study and analysis of relevant documents from sources such as scientific journals, books, and related research reports. The research concludes that a holistic approach to HR management can create an adaptive, motivating and growth-oriented work environment, bringing significant benefits to employees and the educational institution as a whole
STUDY LITERATURE: BIOPSYCHOLOGICAL REVIEW IN IMPROVING CHILDREN'S CONCENTRATION
Concentration is very important and needed for children in following the learning process. learning concentration can be seen from an increase in the presence of neurotransmitters. Neurotransmitters function as chemical messengers that play an important role in information processing throughout the nervous system. The purpose of this research is to describe the Literature Study: A Biopsychological Review in Improving Children's Concentration. This research uses library research with a qualitative descriptive approach. Based on the results of the review of 25 (twenty-five) journals examined by the author, there are various effectiveness of neurotransmitter performance involved in various brain functions, such as sleep, mood, emotion, attention, and learning and memory. The conclusions of this study include: 1) Neurotransmitter metabolites include biogenic amines (catecholamines norepinephrine, epinephrine, and dopamine and serotonin) and amino acids (glycine, glutamate, and γ-aminobutyric acid [GABA]), 2) Serotonin is useful for neurotransmitters and concentration, 3) Neurotransmitters including acetylcholine play an important role in the development of brain nerve structures and cells. Acetylcholine (ACh) is the first identified cholinergic neurotransmitter, and changes in its content can fully reflect the growth and development of the body as well as learning ability and memory, 4) Students who are able to concentrate during lessons will have higher memory and easily understand what is learned and 5) The researcher suggests that future studies examine the effect of one of the various types of neurotransmitters on children's concentration and motivation to learn
HUMAN RESOURCE MANAGEMENT STRATEGIES IN THE DEVELOPMENT OF EDUCATIONAL ENTREPRENEURSHIP AT MUHAMMADIYAH 3 PANDAAN ELEMENTARY SCHOOL
The purpose of this study was to determine the challenges faced in developing educational entrepreneurship at SD Muhammadiyah 3 Pandaan and to find out the strategies used to align human resources (HR) with the vision and mission of SD Muhammadiyah 3 Pandaan. This type of research uses a descriptive qualitative approach and data collection interviews, observation. The research location is SD Muhammadiyah 3 Pandaan. The results of the study stated that SD Muhammadiyah 3 Pandaan took strategic steps in the development of the industrial revolution 4.0 by developing entrepreneurship in the field of education, namely TPQ Madin, but challenges arose such as human resource management at TPQ Madin Al Jauharah which had not run in harmony with SD Muhammadiyah 3 Pandaan and the school responded by carrying out effective strategies. The positive impact is not only limited to TPQ Madin but also felt by the school, and the existence of TPQ Madin creates new jobs for the surrounding youth
TRANSFORMATION OF EDUCATIONAL SUPERVISION WITH DIGITAL TECHNOLOGY: IMPLEMENTATION, OPPORTUNITIES AND CHALLENGES
Technological developments in the field of education pose challenges for teachers and school leaders. Rapid adaptation to change and increased professionalism and commitment are the keys to the success of education. Digital academic supervision emerged as a solution to overcome the weaknesses of conventional supervisors, that are often time-controlled and effective. This article aims to study the implementation of the use of digital technology in education supervision as well as identify opportunities and challenges. The study uses the Systematic Literature Review (SLR) to examine the implementation of digital technology in the supervision of education by analyzing 12 articles published between 2020-2023. The results show that digital supervisors can facilitate supervisory implementation and effectively improve teacher competence. The challenges faced by digital supervision include limited internet access, minimal technology mastery by senior teachers, and the need for adequate support. Implementation of digital academic supervision is an important step towards improving the professionalism of teachers and the quality of education as a whole, on the condition of adequate training, improved access to technology, and support from all stakeholders. 
HUMAN RESOURCE MANAGEMENT IN ISLAMIC SCHOOLS: MANAJEMEN SUMBER DAYA MANUSIA DI SEKOLAH ISLAM
The purpose of this research is to provide feedback to improve work performance and self-development in educating at Islamic schools. The career development and promotion system is implemented to improve employee skills and achievements so that they can increase self-improvement within an Islamic school institution. This research method is based on library research and collected from various written sources, including magazines, scientific publications, journals and other sources relevant to the research discussed by the author. The research results state that qualifications, recruitment strategies, staff orientation, salary policies, employee regulations, coaching and development, employee evaluation, employee careers and ranks, and welfare are just some of the tasks that make up human resource management in Islamic schools. As well as employee coaching and development is carried out to improve Islamic understanding, personality, pedagogical, professional and social competencies. And employee performance evaluation is carried out based on individual achievements and participation in Islamic school activities so that each educator or teacher can develop and increase the potential of human resources in Islamic school institutions
Pengaruh Model Pembelajaran Kooperatif Tipe STAD Berbantuan Media Big Book Terhadap Hasil Belajar IPA Kelas IV SD
Learning is an activity carried out by educators in a programmed manner which can create a process of interaction between students and other students, educators and students and students and learning resources. In this study, researchers used Probability Sampling with a simple random sampling type, which means it is the simplest sample determining technique with a sample of 30 students. Data collection techniques use pretest and posttest test methods. The type of design used is One Group Pretest – Posttest Design and uses a quantitative approach. The population used was 30 students in class IV at SD Negeri Candiharjo. In the N-Gain test, the average result from the pretest was 46.667, while the posttest mean was 81.967 with a total of N or samples of 30, 16 male students and 14 female students. Based on the test data for the validity of the question items, normal data was also obtained with a total of 0.158, then entered into the Eta Square Test formula to get a final calculation result of 0.875, which indicates an increase in the use of the STAD type cooperative learning model assisted by Big Book media. It can be concluded that the use of the STAD type cooperative learning model assisted by Big Book media at Candiharjo State Elementary School has a great influence on students' learning outcomes
PERAN KEPEMIMPINAN KEPALA SEKOLAH SEBAGAI UPAYA MENINGKATKAN DISIPLIN KERJA GURU DAN STAFF DI SEKOLAH
Due to the era of globalization and the ever-increasing level of competition in the education sector, the leadership of the principal plays a crucial role in maintaining effective teacher work discipline. The principal ought to pay more attention to the teacher's labor discipline because this is an ongoing issue. The principal must possess a strong spirit of leadership in order to effectively discipline teachers who fail to perform their duties. The goals of the study that was done are as follows: 1) comprehending the principal's leadership role in enhancing teacher and employee work discipline; 2) being aware of the challenges the principal faces in enhancing teacher and employee work discipline. This study employs a subjective engagement methodology and a writing survey technique to select information from books, journals, and articles related to the subject under investigation. The review reveals that the principal's responsibility for further developing the work discipline of educators and education personnel consistently fosters a sense of responsibility, particularly as a pioneer, superintendent, and inspiration in the school climate. The principal's role in enhancing teacher discipline is determined by the leadership style and strategy they employ. The inability to communicate effectively with teachers and other staff members presents a challenge that principals frequently encounter when attempting to enhance teacher and staff work disciplin
Urgensi Analisis Jabatan dan Desain Pekerjaan

Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Systematic Literature Review (SLR), yaitu peneliti melakukan review dan identifikasi jurnal-jurnal sesuai dengan prosedur yang ada. Metode pengumpulan artikel jurnal ini bersumber dari Google Scholar, Garba Rujukan Digital (GARUDA), dan Publish or Perish. Pengumpulan data artikel memakai metode Population, Intervention, Comparison, and Outcome (PICO). Hasil dan pembahasan menunjukkan bahwa analisis jabatan dan desain pekerjaan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap perencanaan sumber daya manusia. Analisis jabatan berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan dan kompetensi organisasi. Kemudian analisis jabatan juga berperan penting dalam penentuan isi dari jabatan yang terdiri dari tugas yang akan dikerjakan, tanggung jawab, keterkaitan antara jabatan satu dengan yang lain, dan syarat yang harus dipenuhi. Selain itu analisis jabatan diperlukan untuk memahami spesifikasi jabatan, deskripsi kerja, lama waktu kerja, dan gaji karyawan. Dengan pelaksanaan analisis jabatan yang sesuai maka akan menjadi basis data ketika melaksanakan perencanaan karyawan baik sekarang maupun masa yang akan datang. Pengaruh Kompensasi Terhadap Kinerja Guru : Systematic Literature Review (SLR)
Guru memegang peranan penting dalam dunia pendidikan, di antara tugas-tugasnya yaitu mendidik dan mencerdaskan anak bangsa untuk menjadi generasi yang unggul dalam menghadapi tantangan hidup di masa depannya nanti. Dalam menjalankan tugas-tugasnya sebagai guru tersebut, sudah selayaknya para guru mendapatkan imbalan atas jasa-jasa yang telah mereka berikan bagi dunia pendidikan. Imbalan bagi para guru ini biasanya tertuang dalam sistem kompensasi yang telah diatur oleh lembaga pendidikan baik itu kompensasi yang sifatnya material seperti gaji, tunjangan, insentif, dan sebagainya maupun yang bersifat non material seperti asuransi kesehatan, lingkungan kerja yang kondusif, fasilitas kerja yang menunjang, dan sebagainya. Hal ini dilakukan dengan maksud agar para guru tersebut mendapatkan imbalan yang layak dan dapat mencukupi kebutuhan hidupnya. Pemberian kompensasi yang sesuai ini diharapkan mampu menunjang kinerja guru pada lembaga pendidikan tempat mereka bernaung. Adapun penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengkaji pengaruh kompensasi terhadap kinerja guru yang dilakukan dengan metode SLR (Systematic Literature Review) yaitu dengan mengidentifikasi, mengkaji, mengevaluasi, serta menafsirkan semua penelitian terdahulu yang berkaitan erat dengan kompensasi dan kinerja guru
