Quality Human Resource (HR) is the main component that must be considered. Human Resources must continue to be developed and be able to keep up with the times. Today's technological sophistication requires everyone involved in educational institutions to be ready to transform in order to achieve school progress and personal quality. To analyze more deeply, research was conducted using the library research method. This research method is an activity of collecting library data with literacy, reading, recording, and interpreting into research data. This method is done by making literature or previous research as the main data source. Human resource development in educational institutions must involve all elements involved in the organization. SYSTEM LITERATURE REVIEW (SLR) ANALYSIS OF THE WORK ENVIRONMENT ON TEACHER AND EMPLOYEE PERFORMANCE: SYSTEM LITERATUR RIVIEW (SLR) ANALISIS LINKUNGAN KERJA TERHADAP KINERJA GURU DAN KARYAWAN
Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui sejauh mana lingkungan kerja dapat meningkatkan kinerja guru dan karyawan. Untuk mencapai tujuan ini, penulis melakukan penelitian dengan menggunakan metode penelitian Systematic Literature Review (SLR) terhadap berbagai artikel ilmiah yang disajikan. Hasil dari 15 tinjauan artikel menekankan bahwa lingkungan kerja yang aman dan menyenangkan berdampak pada peningkatan etos kerja Gukar. Selanjutnya, dari 15 artikel yang diperiksa, penulis menghubungkannya dengan fakta tentang analisis lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja guru dan karyawan. Penelitian LSR ini dapat digunakan sebagai referensi bagi lembaga pendidikan untuk memperbaiki lingkungan kerja agar guru dan karyawan lebih baik. peningkatan kinerja guru dan karyawan tidak hanya bergantung pada faktor lingkungan kerja; ada banyak faktor lain yang mempengaruhi kinerja guru dan karyawan di berbagai Lembaga.selain itu lingkungan kerja, dan kepuasan kerja tentu berpengaruh secara parsial terhadap kinerja karyawan disamping itu dapat menciptakan iklim yang kondusif dan kenyaman bekerja, baik langsung maupun tidaklangsung bagi masing – masing orang
EVALUATION OF SUPERVISION TEACHER PERFORMANCE IN EARLY CHILDHOOD EDUCATION: EVALUASI KINERJA GURU SUPERVISI DI PENDIDIKAN ANAK USIA DINI
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memberikan penguatan kepada guru agar dapat melakukan pengembangan diri sehingga menjadi lebih profesional dan akan meningkatkan kualitas pendidikan yang berfokus pada evaluasi kinerja guru Pendidikan Anak Usia Dini di PAUD Islam dalam perencanaan dan pelaksanaan kegiatan pembelajaran. Dalam penelitian ini metode yang digunakan adalah kualitatif dengan teknik pengambilan data melalui wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian ini terhadap perencanaan dan pelaksanaan pembelajaran menunjukkan bahwa guru memiliki kemampuan baik dalam perencanaan, namun masih diperlukan peningkatan dalam memilih strategi pembelajaran dan menyusun komponen penilaian. Dalam pelaksanaan pembelajaran, guru telah dinilai baik, meskipun terdapat beberapa aspek yang memerlukan perhatian lebih lanjut. Adapun cara untuk meningkatkan kinerja guru, seperti pendekatan religius, memberikan teladan melalui kepala sekolah, penghargaan, dan penerapan teguran serta hukuman, dapat menjadi panduan dalam mengatasi tantangan tersebut. . PRINCIPALS' TRANSFORMATIONAL LEADERSHIP ON THE IMPLEMENTATION OF THE INDEPENDENT CURRICULUM IN ELEMENTARY SCHOOLS
Abstract
In building the growth of a nation, education is very important. As a school principal, it is the principal's responsibility to ensure that students learn well so that the country can achieve its goals and advance its culture. Principals do not only function as administrative officials who sign off on policies, but also play an important role in building the ethos of the institution and planning its future direction. The purpose of this study is to provide school principals with some ideas and insights into the different types of leadership and communication patterns they can use to achieve their set learning goals in order to adapt to the current state of education, taking into account all the points from the description given above. This investigation utilized a literature review methodology, which falls under the category of qualitative research. Based on the discussion given, it can be concluded that a principal's social communication skills have a significant effect on leadership effectiveness and problem solving in the classroom.

POLITICAL KNOWLEDGE AMONGST STUDENTS: A CASE STUDY OF PRIMARY SCHOOL STUDENTS: PENGETAHUAN POLITIK DI KALANGAN SISWA: STUDI KASUS PADA SISWA SEKOLAH DASAR
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi pemahaman dan persepsi anak-anak usia sekolah dasar mengenai konsep-konsep politik di lingkungan sekitar mereka, khususnya di SD Negeri 2 Petuk Katimpun. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode studi kasus. Data dikumpulkan melalui observasi partisipatif di lingkungan sekolah, wawancara mendalam dengan 20 siswa kelas 4, 5, dan 6, serta 5 guru dan 10 orang tua, dan analisis dokumen terkait kurikulum dan kegiatan pembelajaran. Temuan penelitian menunjukkan bahwa anak-anak di SD Negeri 2 Petuk Katimpun memiliki pemahaman yang bervariasi tentang konsep-konsep politik, seperti pemilihan umum, pemerintahan, dan partai politik. Sebagian besar pengetahuan mereka diperoleh dari lingkungan keluarga, media massa, dan kegiatan pembelajaran di sekolah. Namun, masih terdapat miskonsepsi dan kesalahpahaman dalam memaknai istilah-istilah politik. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa pengetahuan politik pada anak-anak usia sekolah dasar di SD Negeri 2 Petuk Katimpun masih perlu ditingkatkan melalui pendidikan dan sosialisasi yang lebih efektif. Diharapkan temuan penelitian ini dapat memberikan masukan bagi perbaikan kurikulum dan metode pembelajaran yang sesuai dengan tingkat perkembangan dan kebutuhan anak-anak
THE DEVELOPMENT OF TPACK FOR ELEMENTARY SCHOOL TEACHERS IN USING CANVA APPLICATION
The purpose of this study was to determine the development of TPACK competencies in elementary school teachers in using Canva application. To achieve this goal, this study used a library research method by studying and analyzing various scientific articles, especially those related to TPACK competencies in elementary school teachers using the Canva application. All cited scientific articles were retrieved from Mendeley and Google Scholar. This study found that the development of TPACK competencies in elementary school teachers through the use of Canva can have a positive impact in creating a more dynamic, innovative learning environment that supports the optimal development of students in this digital era and can meet students' learning needs visually

The Industrial Revolution 4.0 also brings unique challenges to society, especially entrepreneurs in the field of education. Ease of access to information and knowledge indirectly impacts some businesses that are run offline and manually. The biggest challenge of entrepreneurship in the Society 5.0 era is to improve the ability and skills to adapt to various rapid changes in the business environment and society. This research aims to develop human resource management in educational institutions and human resource entrepreneurship in Islamic educational institutions. From the results of this study, human resource management in education includes all policies, activities, and considerations aimed at utilizing human resources (in this case educators and training staff) to achieve goals. understand that this includes efforts. The goals and strategies of human resource development education in Islamic educational institutions are best achieved by developing a vision/mission, promoting innovation, and building an entrepreneurial culture
STUDY LITERATURE: BIOPSYCHOLOGICAL REVIEW IN IMPROVING CHILDREN'S CONCENTRATION
Concentration is very important and needed for children in following the learning process. learning concentration can be seen from an increase in the presence of neurotransmitters. Neurotransmitters function as chemical messengers that play an important role in information processing throughout the nervous system. The purpose of this research is to describe the Literature Study: A Biopsychological Review in Improving Children's Concentration. This research uses library research with a qualitative descriptive approach. Based on the results of the review of 25 (twenty-five) journals examined by the author, there are various effectiveness of neurotransmitter performance involved in various brain functions, such as sleep, mood, emotion, attention, and learning and memory. The conclusions of this study include: 1) Neurotransmitter metabolites include biogenic amines (catecholamines norepinephrine, epinephrine, and dopamine and serotonin) and amino acids (glycine, glutamate, and γ-aminobutyric acid [GABA]), 2) Serotonin is useful for neurotransmitters and concentration, 3) Neurotransmitters including acetylcholine play an important role in the development of brain nerve structures and cells. Acetylcholine (ACh) is the first identified cholinergic neurotransmitter, and changes in its content can fully reflect the growth and development of the body as well as learning ability and memory, 4) Students who are able to concentrate during lessons will have higher memory and easily understand what is learned and 5) The researcher suggests that future studies examine the effect of one of the various types of neurotransmitters on children's concentration and motivation to learn
RECENT MOTIVATIONAL TRENDS IN IMPROVING THE HUMAN RESOURCE MANAGEMENT OF EDUCATIONAL INSTITUTIONS: TREN MOTIVASI TERKINI DALAM PENINGKATAN MANAJEMEN SDM LEMBAGA PENDIDIKAN
Recent motivational trends in human resource management (HRM) of educational institutions and their implementation strategies. The focus on work flexibility, continuous career development, work-life balance, and employee engagement and participation are highlighted. The implementation of hybrid work models, use of technology to enhance flexibility, holistic career development programs, learning approaches that support career growth, focus on employee well-being, and implementation of work-life balance policies are explained in depth. Employee engagement mechanisms through collective decisions and the development of participation in the decision-making process are also detailed. The research method uses a library research approach to analyze current motivational trends in human resource management (HRM) of educational institutions. This research method is based on literature study and analysis of relevant documents from sources such as scientific journals, books, and related research reports. The research concludes that a holistic approach to HR management can create an adaptive, motivating and growth-oriented work environment, bringing significant benefits to employees and the educational institution as a whole
HUMAN RESOURCE MANAGEMENT STRATEGIES IN THE DEVELOPMENT OF EDUCATIONAL ENTREPRENEURSHIP AT MUHAMMADIYAH 3 PANDAAN ELEMENTARY SCHOOL
The purpose of this study was to determine the challenges faced in developing educational entrepreneurship at SD Muhammadiyah 3 Pandaan and to find out the strategies used to align human resources (HR) with the vision and mission of SD Muhammadiyah 3 Pandaan. This type of research uses a descriptive qualitative approach and data collection interviews, observation. The research location is SD Muhammadiyah 3 Pandaan. The results of the study stated that SD Muhammadiyah 3 Pandaan took strategic steps in the development of the industrial revolution 4.0 by developing entrepreneurship in the field of education, namely TPQ Madin, but challenges arose such as human resource management at TPQ Madin Al Jauharah which had not run in harmony with SD Muhammadiyah 3 Pandaan and the school responded by carrying out effective strategies. The positive impact is not only limited to TPQ Madin but also felt by the school, and the existence of TPQ Madin creates new jobs for the surrounding youth
