EVALUATION OF SUPERVISION TEACHER PERFORMANCE IN EARLY CHILDHOOD EDUCATION: EVALUASI KINERJA GURU SUPERVISI DI PENDIDIKAN ANAK USIA DINI
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memberikan penguatan kepada guru agar dapat melakukan pengembangan diri sehingga menjadi lebih profesional dan akan meningkatkan kualitas pendidikan yang berfokus pada evaluasi kinerja guru Pendidikan Anak Usia Dini di PAUD Islam dalam perencanaan dan pelaksanaan kegiatan pembelajaran. Dalam penelitian ini metode yang digunakan adalah kualitatif dengan teknik pengambilan data melalui wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian ini terhadap perencanaan dan pelaksanaan pembelajaran menunjukkan bahwa guru memiliki kemampuan baik dalam perencanaan, namun masih diperlukan peningkatan dalam memilih strategi pembelajaran dan menyusun komponen penilaian. Dalam pelaksanaan pembelajaran, guru telah dinilai baik, meskipun terdapat beberapa aspek yang memerlukan perhatian lebih lanjut. Adapun cara untuk meningkatkan kinerja guru, seperti pendekatan religius, memberikan teladan melalui kepala sekolah, penghargaan, dan penerapan teguran serta hukuman, dapat menjadi panduan dalam mengatasi tantangan tersebut. . ANALYSIS OF M. QURAISH SHIHAB ON THE UTILIZATION OF RAINWATER FOR ENVIRONMENTAL CONSERVATION IN AL-QUR'AN
General Background: Rainwater plays a vital role in environmental preservation, supporting agriculture, water conservation, and ecosystem health. In Islamic teachings, rain is frequently discussed in the Quran as a manifestation of Allah's mercy and sustenance. Specific Background: This study explores M. Quraish Shihab's interpretation of Quranic verses on rainwater utilization for environmental preservation, primarily focusing on Tafsir al-Misbah. Knowledge Gap: While prior studies have highlighted rain's environmental benefits, limited research examines its Quranic interpretation through the lens of contemporary tafsir, particularly its implications for sustainability. Aims: The research aims to understand how Quraish Shihab's analysis links rainwater to environmental conservation, focusing on themes such as soil fertility, agriculture, and groundwater management. Results: Shihab's interpretation of Surah an-Nahl (16:65), Fussilat (41:39), al-Baqarah (2:22), and al-An’am (6:99) highlights rain's role in reviving barren land, producing fruits, and supporting plant growth, emphasizing its contribution to sustainable environmental practices. Novelty: The study contributes to the discourse on Islamic environmental ethics by integrating Quranic exegesis with modern sustainability concepts. It reveals the Quran's relevance in promoting eco-friendly practices, such as reducing soil erosion, conserving water, and enhancing air quality. Implications: This research underscores the Quranic foundation for environmental stewardship, promoting rainwater utilization in various sectors as a divine mandate, offering valuable insights for policymakers, environmentalists, and Islamic scholars seeking to align ecological conservation with religious teachings
THE DEVELOPMENT OF TPACK FOR ELEMENTARY SCHOOL TEACHERS IN USING CANVA APPLICATION
The purpose of this study was to determine the development of TPACK competencies in elementary school teachers in using Canva application. To achieve this goal, this study used a library research method by studying and analyzing various scientific articles, especially those related to TPACK competencies in elementary school teachers using the Canva application. All cited scientific articles were retrieved from Mendeley and Google Scholar. This study found that the development of TPACK competencies in elementary school teachers through the use of Canva can have a positive impact in creating a more dynamic, innovative learning environment that supports the optimal development of students in this digital era and can meet students' learning needs visually
RECENT MOTIVATIONAL TRENDS IN IMPROVING THE HUMAN RESOURCE MANAGEMENT OF EDUCATIONAL INSTITUTIONS: TREN MOTIVASI TERKINI DALAM PENINGKATAN MANAJEMEN SDM LEMBAGA PENDIDIKAN
Recent motivational trends in human resource management (HRM) of educational institutions and their implementation strategies. The focus on work flexibility, continuous career development, work-life balance, and employee engagement and participation are highlighted. The implementation of hybrid work models, use of technology to enhance flexibility, holistic career development programs, learning approaches that support career growth, focus on employee well-being, and implementation of work-life balance policies are explained in depth. Employee engagement mechanisms through collective decisions and the development of participation in the decision-making process are also detailed. The research method uses a library research approach to analyze current motivational trends in human resource management (HRM) of educational institutions. This research method is based on literature study and analysis of relevant documents from sources such as scientific journals, books, and related research reports. The research concludes that a holistic approach to HR management can create an adaptive, motivating and growth-oriented work environment, bringing significant benefits to employees and the educational institution as a whole
PRINCIPALS' TRANSFORMATIONAL LEADERSHIP ON THE IMPLEMENTATION OF THE INDEPENDENT CURRICULUM IN ELEMENTARY SCHOOLS
Abstract
In building the growth of a nation, education is very important. As a school principal, it is the principal's responsibility to ensure that students learn well so that the country can achieve its goals and advance its culture. Principals do not only function as administrative officials who sign off on policies, but also play an important role in building the ethos of the institution and planning its future direction. The purpose of this study is to provide school principals with some ideas and insights into the different types of leadership and communication patterns they can use to achieve their set learning goals in order to adapt to the current state of education, taking into account all the points from the description given above. This investigation utilized a literature review methodology, which falls under the category of qualitative research. Based on the discussion given, it can be concluded that a principal's social communication skills have a significant effect on leadership effectiveness and problem solving in the classroom.

FAKTOR-FAKTOR YANG MEMPENGARUHI KINERJA GURU: LITERATURE REVIEW
This study aims to obtain a theoretical basis that can support solving the problem being studied on the effect of motivation and work stress on teacher performance. The theory obtainer is the first step so that researchers can better understand the problemed being researched correctly according to a scientific framework. The method used in this research is a literature review. Researchers select the feasibility of research articles based on the background of the article, research methods, discussed results, discussion and conclusions. In this study, the data source used is secondary data sources. An article search was carried out via the lens.org website to conduct a literature search with the keywords "motivation" "stress" and "teacher performance" in the range of 2020 to 2023. As a result, there were 61 article findings. Then the researcher used the keyword "work motivation" there were 10,386 articles. Then the keyword "work stress" has 2,498 articles. And the keyword "teacher performance" contains 5,206 articles. The next step, analyzing the Literature Review method on five articles that match the keywords. The results obtained, namely, the variables of motivation and stress have a positive and significant effect on teacher performance directly. This is based on previous research findings in several educational institutions in Indonesia. Teacher performance is influenced by motivation and work stress. Variables of motivation and work stress cannot act independently. Reviewing the research that has been done, the findings obtained regarding the description of the influence of motivation and work stress on teachers in Indonesia are considered not to be able to walk alone. Many other factors affect the level of teacher performance in educational institutions. INCREASING LEARNING ACTIVENESS AND STUDENT LEARNING OUTCOMES USING PROBLEM-BASED LEARNING MODELS: PENINGKATAN KEAKTIFAN BELAJAR DAN HASIL BELAJAR PESERTA DIDIK MENGGUNAKAN MODEL PROBLEM BASED LEARNING
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan keaktifan belajar dan hasil belajar peserta didik menggunakan model problem based learning. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan yaitu penelitian tindakan kelas dengan dua siklus. Masing-masing siklus terdiri dari empat tahapan yaitu, planning, action, observation dan reflection. Subyek penelitian ini adalah peserta didik kelas IV UPTD SDN 2 Rajabasa Baru yang terdiri dari 26 peserta didik. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi, wawancara, tes dan dokumentasi. Analisis data dimulai dari tahapan reduksi data, penyajian data dan penarikan kesimpulan. Keaktifan peserta didik dinilai berdasarkan partisipasi dalam diskusi, kemampuan berpikir kritis, dan kerjasama dalam kelompok. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan pada tahap prasiklus persentase keaktifan sebesar 46,15%, siklus I sebesar 73,08% dan pada siklus II sebesar 88,46%. Hasil belajar diukur menggunakan tes tertulis. Pada tahap prasiklus persentase hasil belajar sebesar 42,30%, siklus I sebesar 65,38% dan siklus II sebesar 84,62%. Hasil tersebut menunjukkan tercapainya indikator keberhasilan dengan kategori sangat baik. Simpulannya yaitu penggunaan model problem based learning dapat meningkatkan keaktifan dan hasil belajar IPAS peserta didik
Pengaruh Model Pembelajaran Kooperatif Tipe STAD Berbantuan Media Big Book Terhadap Hasil Belajar IPA Kelas IV SD
Learning is an activity carried out by educators in a programmed manner which can create a process of interaction between students and other students, educators and students and students and learning resources. In this study, researchers used Probability Sampling with a simple random sampling type, which means it is the simplest sample determining technique with a sample of 30 students. Data collection techniques use pretest and posttest test methods. The type of design used is One Group Pretest – Posttest Design and uses a quantitative approach. The population used was 30 students in class IV at SD Negeri Candiharjo. In the N-Gain test, the average result from the pretest was 46.667, while the posttest mean was 81.967 with a total of N or samples of 30, 16 male students and 14 female students. Based on the test data for the validity of the question items, normal data was also obtained with a total of 0.158, then entered into the Eta Square Test formula to get a final calculation result of 0.875, which indicates an increase in the use of the STAD type cooperative learning model assisted by Big Book media. It can be concluded that the use of the STAD type cooperative learning model assisted by Big Book media at Candiharjo State Elementary School has a great influence on students' learning outcomes

The purpose of this research is to answer the causes of the problems felt by Madrasahs as Islamic educational institutions that feel the sweetness of the challenges of education from time to time. Madrasahs have always been an Islamic educational institution that occupies a position that is not the main or domesticated in the world of national education. Always imaging Madrasah is an educational institution that is organized as it is, the important thing is that there is a Madrasah, there are teachers who teach in class and learning activities take place in accordance with policies regulated by National Education. Another crucial problem is the readiness of Madrasahs to face changes in the era of digital information technology, which is currently something that is symptomatic in all aspects of life. Madrasahs are Islamic educational institutions that are responsible for producing future generations for the Nation and State. The current situation must really be responded actively, positively by Madrasahs in order to be able to symbiosis with the challenges that occur. This type of research is literary research, which is reference-based research that provides scientific information about the existence of Madrasahs and their challenges in the present and future. Pengaruh Kompensasi Terhadap Kinerja Guru : Systematic Literature Review (SLR)
Guru memegang peranan penting dalam dunia pendidikan, di antara tugas-tugasnya yaitu mendidik dan mencerdaskan anak bangsa untuk menjadi generasi yang unggul dalam menghadapi tantangan hidup di masa depannya nanti. Dalam menjalankan tugas-tugasnya sebagai guru tersebut, sudah selayaknya para guru mendapatkan imbalan atas jasa-jasa yang telah mereka berikan bagi dunia pendidikan. Imbalan bagi para guru ini biasanya tertuang dalam sistem kompensasi yang telah diatur oleh lembaga pendidikan baik itu kompensasi yang sifatnya material seperti gaji, tunjangan, insentif, dan sebagainya maupun yang bersifat non material seperti asuransi kesehatan, lingkungan kerja yang kondusif, fasilitas kerja yang menunjang, dan sebagainya. Hal ini dilakukan dengan maksud agar para guru tersebut mendapatkan imbalan yang layak dan dapat mencukupi kebutuhan hidupnya. Pemberian kompensasi yang sesuai ini diharapkan mampu menunjang kinerja guru pada lembaga pendidikan tempat mereka bernaung. Adapun penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengkaji pengaruh kompensasi terhadap kinerja guru yang dilakukan dengan metode SLR (Systematic Literature Review) yaitu dengan mengidentifikasi, mengkaji, mengevaluasi, serta menafsirkan semua penelitian terdahulu yang berkaitan erat dengan kompensasi dan kinerja guru
