Using a qualitative research approach, the study employs textual analysis, case studies, and expert interviews to examine how cultural leaders can draw insights from Rao’s artistic and philosophical contributions. Findings indicate that Rao’s leadership model offers a sustainable approach for cultural institutions, fostering innovation while maintaining historical authenticity. His philosophy underscores the importance of long-term vision, adaptability, and intellectual perseverance in leadership roles. The study contributes to the growing discourse on non-Western leadership models, demonstrating that cultural management is not solely an administrative practice but an extension of artistic legacy preservation. Future research should explore comparative leadership models, empirical validation through quantitative methods, and applications in digital cultural management strategies. This study reaffirms the significance of artistic disciplines in leadership frameworks, highlighting their role in developing sustainable cultural institutions in a rapidly evolving global landscape

    Get PDF
This study examines the impact of Leadership Style on Employee Green Behavior and the mediating role of Employee Over-Qualification Perception. The findings reveal that Transformational Leadership significantly enhances Employee Green Behavior, while leadership support reduces Employee Over-Qualification Perception, thereby promoting pro-environmental actions. It is recommended that organizations focus on developing leadership capabilities and creating supportive environments to encourage Employee Green Behavior. The effect of leadership style is more pronounced for employees with high self-efficacy, indicating that companies should design incentive programs tailored to individual employee characteristics. The study also identifies that the influence of leadership style on pro-environmental behavior varies by company size, with larger enterprises needing to adjust strategies to effectively promote green behavior. Continuous training and cultural development are essential for building sustainable green organizations. Companies should establish dynamic evaluation systems to regularly update strategies and ensure the sustainability of pro-environmental behavior. Leaders should act as role models for green behavior, enhancing employees’ sense of belonging and fostering a culture of environmental participation across the organization. Evaluation systems should include multiple indicators to ensure the effectiveness and specificity of strategies. Through diversified training and cultural initiatives, companies can strengthen environmental awareness, maintain the continuity and stability of green behavior, and ultimately achieve harmony between corporate development and environmental sustainability

    Get PDF
In 2023, Banyumas' poverty rate rose, with Banyumas Regency, Central Java Province ranking eighth among all regions in terms of poverty in Indonesia. Other factors, such as social, cultural, and political factors, remain in this cycle of poverty. Low levels of education are the first step toward being unable to use and develop natural resources. After that, a poor work ethic eliminates the low production. In Banyumas district's, Central Java Province impoverished neighborhood, the study was carried out. The first year will involve selecting 200 impoverished people from four subdistricts in Banyumas Regency: Cilongok, Pekuncen, Wangon, Kedungbanteng, and Rawalo. This will allow for the identification of factors that affect the area's poverty level. The multinomial logit regression approach is an analytical tool used to address the study objectives. The findings of this study demonstrate that, in the instance of the Banyumas district region covered in this article, socioeconomic determinants do not necessarily have the same impact on multidimensional poverty or monetary poverty. The significance of formal employment status is limited to financial destitution. Multidimensional poverty alone is strongly influenced by regional geography. Only monetary poverty is impacted by informal credit, and that influence is favorable. Contribution. This research can provide a comprehensive entrepreneurship concept that can accelerate poverty reduction in Banyumas Regency

Impact of COVID-19 on the Operational Efficiency and Competitiveness of Financial Holding Companies in Taiwan: A DEA and GRA Analysis

    Get PDF
This study analyzes the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic on the competitiveness of financial holding companies (FHCs) in Taiwan and uses Data Envelopment Analysis (DEA) to assess their operational efficiency from 2019 to 2022. Furthermore, the study applies the Grey Relational Analysis (GRA) model to deeply analyze the input factors affecting operational efficiency. The findings show that both Technical Efficiency (TE) and Pure Technical Efficiency (PTE) values exceeded 0.9, indicating that the increase in production factors had limited impact on total output. Scale Efficiency (SE) values consistently exceeded 0.95, emphasizing the importance of capital and labor inputs. In 2021, operational efficiency declined by 4% due to the pandemic; however, by 2022, FHCs regained competitiveness and achieved a 6% growth. Key factors influencing efficiency include total assets, workforce size, and operating costs. The study suggests that FHCs should focus on resource allocation, human resource management, and cost control to enhance operational effectiveness in the post-pandemic era

Procurement Risk Management to Improve Supply Chain Performance

    Get PDF
This research aims to analyze the impact of logistics integration and procurement risk management on supply chain performance in goods distribution for fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) companies. The SEM method uses Smart-PLS software version 3.3. The respondents are 202 companies from the economic sector, logistics centers, and transportation service providers. The study results show that information sharing and supplier integration have a significant positive impact on supply chain performance through sharing information about plans, volumes, key performance indicators (KPIs), on-schedule delivery status, and transportation management systems. The novelty of this study is that it shows that procurement risk management is proven to moderate the impact of information sharing on supply chain performance. However, procurement risk management does not reduce the impact of long-term supplier relationships and integration on supply chain performance. It was clear that deliveries were not going well, as deliveries were made in response to demand via the spot market due to truck availability and high prices. Long-term relationships do not have a significant positive impact on supply chain performance

The 2024 election serves as a pivotal moment to evaluate the electability and characteristics of ideal leadership candidates. This study aims to: (1) assess the electability of prospective leaders, (2) analyze public preferences for leadership candidates in the 2024 election, and (3) identify leaders who embody the principles of justice and wisdom. These principles are essential in realizing the sovereignty of the people as outlined in Article 1, paragraph (2) of the 1945 Constitution. Employing a qualitative approach, this research delves into public perceptions of elections and leadership criteria. Data were collected through a comprehensive review of relevant literature, including articles, books, and academic writings addressing justice- and wisdom-centered leadership. This method provides a nuanced understanding of societal expectations regarding ideal leaders in a democratic context. The findings reveal that leaders who uphold justice and wisdom significantly contribute to democratic consolidation, enhanced civic engagement, and sustainable development. Public preferences underscore the importance of integrity, fairness, and strategic vision in leadership. Moreover, the study highlights a pressing need for political education to improve public awareness of the critical criteria for electing leaders who align with these principles. This research offers novel insights by connecting leadership management with the foundational principles of justice and wisdom in the context of Indonesia's constitutional framework. The implications underscore the necessity of informed electoral participation to ensure leadership that not only reflects the people's aspirations but also fosters equitable and sustainable governance. By bridging theoretical ideals and practical expectations, this study contributes to the broader discourse on leadership and democracy in Indonesia

Evaluating the Predictive Validity of Employee Engagement: A Meta-Analytic Comparison with Job Attitudes in Forecasting Employee Performance

    Get PDF
The present research employs “meta-analytic estimates” to investigate if the “employee engagement (EE) construct” exhibits additional reliability in forecasting “employee performance”, which encompasses a wide range of behaviour related to performance, beyond “other job attitudes” including “job satisfaction”, “job involvement”, and “organizational commitment”. The data were obtained from 53 empirical studies conducted focusing on the correlation of the above-mentioned variables, which included a sample size of 4,421 individuals. The approximations obtained were integrated with previously published meta-analytic approximations concerning the association between “employee performance” and indicators of “job attitudes”, resulting in a meta-matrix that encompasses 1,082 distinct correlations. By utilizing the meta-matrix, it was found: (1) The additional reliability of “employee engagement” is low to moderate in comparison to “individual job attitudes”, and (2) The additional reliability of “employee engagement” is low in comparison to a “higher-order job attitude construct” that represents the amalgamation of “other job attitudes” in forecasting a “higher-order employee performance construct”. The findings indicate that due to the limited scope of prevalent “employee engagement” assessments, it may be more appropriate to view “employee engagement” as a more comprehensive “job attitude” measure that can efficiently forecast “employee performance”
