PENINGKATAN MOTORIK ANAK MELALUI MOTIF BATIK CAP PADA GORDEN DI PAUD DARUL MUKMININ JOGLO

Perkembangan motorik adalah proses perkembangan kemampuan gerak seorang anak. Perkembangan ini sejalan dengan kematangan saraf dan otot anak. Setiap gerakan merupakan hasil pola interaksi yang kompleks dari sistem dalam tubuh yang dikontrol oleh otak. Kegiatan pengembangan motoric halus anak PAUD bertujuan untuk melatih perkembangan koordinasi antara mata dan tangan. Hal tersebut penting karena pengembangan motorik halus akan berpengaruh terhadap kesiapan anak dalam menulis dan melatih koodinasi mata yang akan berpengaruh pada persiapan membaca awal pada anak. Pelatihan ini menggunakan metode demonstrasi, ceramah dan diskusi. Dalam pengabdian ini, penulis merancang 50 desain cap batik sederhana menggunakan material yang aman untuk ana-anak. Material tersebut adalah kertas daur ulang dengan ketebalan 0,3 cm, dilapisi kain flannel, dan Styrofoam. Pada tahap awal kegiatan, anak diminta untuk memilih lima desain cap motif yang akan diaplikasikan pada kain. Anak harus bersosialisasi mandiri dengan teman sekelasnya apabila ingin menggunakan lebih dari 5 jenis motif. Hal tersebut untuk melatih perkembangan motorik halus dan koordinasi gerak, merangsang rasa percaya diri dalam melakukan aktivitas. Pemilihan dan Teknik pencampuran warna merangsang daya imazinasi dan eksploratif anak. Hasil karya disusun berupa gorden yang estetik. Setelah karya selesai, masing-masing anak mempresentasikan hasil karyanya, kemudian mendisplay karya dibantu oleh instruktur. Kegiatan ini telah berhasil 95%, anak-anak begitu antusias dalam berkarya dari awal sampai akhir dengan menghasilkan karya yang luar biasa

POTENSI HOBI MENJADI KONTEN KREATIF SAAT PANDEMI COVID-19

Kondisi saat pandemi Covid-19, penggunaan internet tentu menjadi kebutuhan yang cukup tinggi. Terjadi pergeseran menikmati hiburan konten digital melalui sosial media, terutama bagi anak muda. Banyak orang menggunakan media sosial untuk berkomunikasi, rata-rata waktu yang dihabiskan masyarakat Indonesia untuk mengakses sosial media berdurasi lebih dari tiga jam per hari. Disisi lain,saat pandemi, banyak yang melakukan kegiatan hobi yang dilakukan kerapkali diunggah di media sosial. Namun masih minimnya kesadaran bahwa hobi yang sedang ditekuni bukan sekedar berbagi hasil foto saja, dengan tampilan tidak berkonsep menjadikan konten kurang menarik dan kurang informatif. Situasi ini kontradiksi dengan jumlah kegiatan hobi yang telah dilakukan para remaja dan salah satu dari kegiatan ini adalah memberi pemahaman yang terbentuk diharapkan bisa menjadi bahan bagi penggiat hobi menjadi konten kreator yang dapat menularkan aura positif bagi orang lain secara virtual disaat pandemi Covid-19. Terkait temuan tersebut, Fakultas Desain dan Seni Kreatif dan Unit Pengabdian Masyarakat dari Universitas Mercu Buana telah melaksanakan Program Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat pada tanggal 25 Februari 2021 dalam bentuk kegiatan yang dilakukan secara daring berupa kegiatan webinar dengan tema “New Normal, New Live (be) Creative” untuk siswa SMK YMIK Joglo, Jakarta Barat. Program Pengabdian Masyarakat, telah diberikan dalam bentuk materi webinar yang disajikan dalam bentuk Video Presentasi (VT) berdurasi tiga menit dan sesi tanya jawab. Kegiatan ini mendapat apresiasi yang baik dari SMK YMIK. Kini, siswa dapat memahami potensi diri melalui hobi yang mereka miliki untuk mengisi waktu selama pandemi Covid-19 dapat mereka bagikan di sosial media dengan konsep yang kreatif

Selection lead logistics provider in consumer goods using AHP – TOPSIS approach

Vendor selection is a strategic activity in order to support the achievement of the company`s success and competitiveness. Significantly, the company has some specific standards in the selection. Therefore, evaluation is needed to see which vendors match the company's criteria. The purpose of this study was to evaluate and select the proposed vendor in a decision support system using the AHP and TOPSIS approaches. The AHP method is used to determine the importance of the criteria, while the TOPSIS method is used to rank alternatives. The results show that Provider 1 has the highest score compared to other alternatives with a value of 0.852. Sensitivity analysis shows that the proposed AHP and TOPSIS methods are robust, suitable for this problem, and have a low rate of change

Researchers will make it within the scope of the PoC Lab (Proof of Concept) so that later the results from this PoC can show the expected results, namely being able to improve the security of connections between branches and the results achieved by devices between branches whose connections are successful using SD-WAN with traffic and data that already encrypted with IPSEC and also other features by the Cisco SDWA

AN OVERVIEW OF PSYCHOLOGICAL WELL-BEING ON WOMEN SURVIVORS OF DOMESTIC VIOLENCE

Abstract Domestic violence has a negative impact on women, especially for the elderly whoexperience it for the longest period. This study aims to find out the overview of PWB fromwomen survivors of domestic violence. This study used a qualitative method with aphenomenological approach. In-depth interview was used for obtaining the data, and involvedthree informants who were in late adulthood. The results of this study indicate that the threeinformants went through the PTG period: they have a growth mindset, want to seek help frompeople, realize the importance of social support, develop spirituality, and deepen theirrelationship with God. All of those are adapted and led the informants to great PWB wherethey were able to accept themselves and forgive the past. They also have positiverelationships with people; able to live autonomously; able to control the environment, all oftheir life goals had achieved, and they have been satisfied with life; they always want todevelop to be better for themselves, God, and others.There are also protective and riskfactors that influence PWB. The three informants who are survivors of domestic violencehave a good, safe, and happy life, which is far from the negative effects of domestic violencesuch as PTSD, depression, unable to live independently, or chronic health problems.Keywords: Psychological well-being, domestic violence, Post-Traumatic Growt

PENGARUH CURRENT RATIO, DEBT TO EQUITY RATIO, RETURN ON EQUITY, DAN TOTAL ASSETS TURNOVER TERHADAP PRICE BOOK VALUE (Studi Pada Sub Sektor Makanan dan Minuman yang Tercatat di Bursa Efek Indonesia Periode 2016-2020)

This study aims to determine the effect of the current ratio, debt to equity ratio, return on equity, and total assets turnover on price book value. The pollution in this study is the food and beverage sub-sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2016-2020 totaling 22 companies according to the characteristics determined by the researchers. Selection of the sample using purposive sampling method and obtained 22 companies. The data collection method uses data triangulation, using the company's annual financial report data obtained from the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) website and each company's website. The research method is causality research using panel data regression. The research analysis used panel data regression with the selected model approach, namely the Fixed Effect Model. The results of the study show that the current ratio, total assets turnover has no effect on price book value. Meanwhile, for the variable debt to equity ratio, return on equity has a positive and significant effect on price book value

PELATIHAN MEMINIMALISIR PEMBERITAAN HOAX MEDIA SOSIAL DAN PENERAPAN INTERNET SEHAT

At this time, the progress of science and technology is very rapid, making it easier for people to access everything, one of which is the information needed. Along with its development, technological advances not only have a positive impact but also have a negative impact. In accessing information at this time, the delivery of information will be very easy and fast. Where someone very easily produces information and shares it via social media such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Google, Youtube or handheld messages such as WhatsApp, LINE, BBM (Blackberry Messenger) and so on which cannot be filtered properly. Information that has been read can affect emotions, feelings, thoughts and even actions of both individuals and groups. It is very unfortunate if social media is used to obtain and provide inaccurate information, especially to the point of making social media a tool for spreading fake news (hoaxes) using very provocative titles to direct readers to negative public opinion. A fake report is different from, for example, a magic show, in that it is fake news, the listener/audience is not aware that they are being lied to, whereas in a magic show, the audience actually expects to be deceived. Fake news (hoaxes) need to get serious attention at this time because hoaxes themselves are "an act of communication carried out by an individual or group in the form of provocation, incitement, or insult to other individuals or groups to make things disorderly and trigger fights, debates and divisions for a person, group or nation and state. Impact Of Work Family Conflict, Workload And Transformational Leadership On Student Burnout, University Of Mercu Buana Jakarta

This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of work-family conflict, workload and transformational leadership on student burnout at Mercu Buana University Jakarta. The background of the research is that due to the Covid-19 pandemic, many people have to be patient to stay at home and work from home or Work from Home (WFH), the extended large-scale social restriction (PSBB) policy and the homecoming ban have resulted in companies extending WFH for their employees. In this study, the authors took 33,496 students from Mercu Buana University Jakarta and the number of samples to be taken using slovin calculations was 100 respondents. Data collection techniques in this study by conducting a survey directly on the object of research, namely the University of Mercu Buana Jakarta. The data analysis method used in this research is the Component or Variance Based Structural Equation Model. The data processing uses the Partial Least Square (Smart-PLS) version 3.0 PLS program. PLS (Partial Least Square) is an alternative model of covariance-based SEM. PLS can be used to confirm the theory; besides that, it can be used to explain whether or not there is a relationship between latent variables. The desired results develop concepts and models that are more integrated and can find unequivocal and consistent results and contradictions. This study found that work-family conflict and workload had a positive and significant effect on burnout. Meanwhile, transformational leadership was found to have a negative and significant impact on burnout. The results of this study can contribute to practical and academic fields

The healing process in treatment is strongly influenced by adherence and accuracy in the use of drugs. In the community, both at school and in the family, understanding of information and drug use for parents, students, and teachers. The purpose of community service that has been carried out is to provide socialization and understanding of information and how to use drugs for teachers and parents of students. The method of implementing the activity is through socialization in the form of counseling about drug information. The organizers of the activity are lecturers and students of the Faculty of Pharmacy, Bakti Tunas Husada University, while the service participants are teachers and parents of kindergarten students of Nurul Iman. From the activities carried out, it can be concluded that the activities can run smoothly and can provide an understanding of information and how to use drugs for community service participants

Juri Lomba Membuat Poster Digital Kejar Mimpi Jakarta Pemanfaatan Energi Terbarukan dalam Kehidupan Sehari-Hari

Artikel pengabdian masyarakat ini membahas tentang proses kegiatan lomba membuat poster yang diadakan secara daring oleh kejar mimpi Jakarta PT Bank CIMB Niaga Tbk. Perlombaan yang mempunyai tema pemanfaatan energi terbarukan dalam kehidupan sehari-hari ini diikuti oleh para pelajar dan juga mahasiswa dengan dua kategori sesuai dengan latar belakang peserta. Adapun metode perlombaan yakni dimana peserta lomba mendaftarkan perlombaan yang akan diikuti dan diberi tugas sesuai dengan lomba yang dipilih, untuk pemilihan juara lomba panitia melibatkan tenaga juri seni professional, sesuai dengan system  perlombaan merupakan  kesepakatan  dari  pihak  penyelenggara  yakni  kejar mimpi Jakarta  dan  Dewan  juri. Unsur – unsur yang dinilai dalam lomba mewarnai adalah orisinalitas karya, isi dan desain, administratif, kualitas dan deskripsi karya. Selain dari unsur-unsur nilai tersebut para peserta juga diminta untuk mempresentasikan karya mereka dan menjelaskan bagaimana karya diciptakan. Dari unsur tersebut didapatkan pemenang lomba untuk kategori pelajar dengan total nilai sebesar delapan empat untuk juara satu, sedangkan untuk juara dua dengan total nilai tujuh puluh, untuk kategori mahasiswa didapatkan juara satu dengan nilai delapan enam dan untuk juara dua dengan total nilai delapan lima. Dengan diadakannya lomba ini sangat bermanfaat baik dari sisi peserta yang memiliki pengalaman baru, dan dapat memotivasi peserta agar dapat mengembangkan bakat dan minatnya.
