Eksplorasi Hadis dan Al-Qur’an Qs. Al-Isra' Ayat 82 Tentang Manfaat Kesehatan dalam Perspektif Hijamah
Hijamah, or wet cupping therapy, is a well-known medical practice deeply rooted in Islamic tradition, with profound historical origins in the hadiths of Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him). Research on hijamah often integrates both medical and spiritual aspects, and in this context, the exploration of hadith plays a crucial role in understanding the practice's foundation and legitimacy. This study aims to explore the hadiths and the Qur'an related to hijamah, and to analyze their relevance and application in the context of modern medicine. The hadiths discussing hijamah include recommendations and praise for this practice, as reported in various hadith collections such as Sahih al-Bukhari and Sahih Muslim. This research employs a qualitative approach using thematic hadith analysis and grounded theory. The analysis results indicate that hijamah receives significant recognition in Islamic tradition as a recommended therapeutic practice, with many hadiths reflecting its blessings and efficacy. This study concludes that while there is a strong basis for hijamah in Islamic tradition, further research is needed to assess the suitability of this practice within the context of modern medicine. The exploration of hadith and the Qur'an provides important insights into the historical and spiritual perspectives of hijamah, but integration with objective medical research is key to scientifically validating its benefits. The findings of this study are expected to provide insights into how Islam utilizes this cupping therapy and how a Muslim should approach it. The research findings can serve as a moral guide and teach the importance of balance, cleanliness, and commitment to religious teachings, all of which contribute to achieving a social status aligned with Islamic values
Kepercayaan Pamali dalam Konteks Tindakan Sosial: Studi Living Hadis di Desa Singarajan Kecamatan Pontang
The This study aims to understand and analyze the belief in Pamali in the social actions of the Pontang community in Singarajan Village. The approach used is qualitative research with social science methods where data is obtained through interviews with the Pontang community in Singarajan Village, research and documentation. The data collected consisted of primary and secondary data sources. The results showed that Pamali plays an important role in the life of the Singarajan Village community as a tradition passed down from generation to generation. These beliefs influence daily behavior as they are considered capable of preventing disasters and bringing good luck based on strong cultural, ancestral and spiritual beliefs. Examples of Pamali that are still followed, such as the prohibition of cutting nails at night, reflect the diversity of people's beliefs in the supernatural. Although education and socialization have been conducted to reduce blind adherence to Pamali, these beliefs remain difficult to eliminate because they are embedded in the culture of the Pontang community. Social factors, intercultural interactions, and religious perspectives also influence views on Pamali. This phenomenon, such as the prohibition of singing in front of the stove, illustrates the beliefs that are still strongly held by the community. Although it has positive effects, such as increasing caution and respect for ancestral culture, Pamali also has a negative side, namely restricting mindsets, limiting development, and hindering the progress of Pontang society in the era of modernization and globalization

Konsep Sehat Mental Dalam Al-Quran Menurut Hukum Negara Dan Pandangan Ulama Tafsir
Mental health is an integral part of overall health, encompassing biological, psychological, social, and spiritual aspects. The Qur'an, as the primary source of Islamic teachings, contains principles for inner healing and spiritual cleanliness, as reflected in Surah Yunus verse 57, which describes the Qur'an as an admonition (mau‘izhah), a healing (shifā’), a guidance (hudā), and a mercy (rahmah) for those who believe. This study aims to explore the meaning of mental health from the perspective of the Qur'an and its relevance to state regulations, particularly the Law of the Republic of Indonesia Number 18 of 2014 concerning Mental Health. The approach used is the maudhu’i (thematic) interpretation method along with a juridical review of national legal products. The results of the study show that the principles of spiritual healing in the Qur'an align with the principles of mental health services under Indonesian law, namely being holistic, non-discriminatory, and based on human rights. The integration of Qur'anic values into mental health services not only strengthens individual psychological resilience but also supports the national legal system in realizing a society that is healthy in both body and soul.

Penyempurnaan Penulisan Al-Qur’an Pasca Khulafa’ Al-Rasyidin: Suatu Tinjauan Historis
This research aims to analyze the writing of Al-Qur'an manuscripts after the era of the Khulafa al-Rasyidin as part of the historical development of the Qur'an. The study employs a descriptive qualitative approach based on literature analysis, drawing from linguistic books, academic journals, and other scholarly sources using a historical framework. The primary objective is to explore the early refinements in Qur'anic writing and the different forms of script that emerged after the Khulafa al-Rasyidin. The results of the analysis show that 1) The introduction of diacritical marks and vowelization in the Qur'an after the Khulafa al-Rasyidin was driven by the increasing number of non-Arab Muslims and the expansion of Islamic territories. Additionally, the directive from Governor Ziyad bin Abihi to Abu al-Aswad al-Du'ali played a crucial role in initiating the addition of vowels and dots to the Qur'anic script to prevent mispronunciations. 2) There were two primary developments in the writing of the Qur'an after the Khulafa al-Rasyidin. The first was the introduction of vowel markings (Nuqath al-I'rab) by Abu al-Aswad al-Du'ali, which was later refined by al-Khalil bin Ahmad al-Farahidi (d. 170 AH) by modifying the shape of the vowel marks. The second was the introduction of diacritical dots (Nuqath al-I'jam), with Nahsr bin 'Ashim and Yahya bin Ya'mar being credited for reviving this tradition to differentiate letters with similar shapes. This process led to the development of the al-Ihmal and al-I'jam methods.
Paradigma Hermeneutika Feminis Amina Wadud
Starting from the background of gender issues in the study of modern interpretation, verses that are understood as textual give rise to gender bias and trigger a long debate between patriarchs and feminists. This paper aims to unravel Amina Wadud's interpretation in terms of her thoughts and interpretation methodology used to understand the messages in the Qur'an. By using a qualitative research type with a descriptive approach method, this study reveals a deeper meaning that patriarchal bias must be abolished and replaced with the concept of gender equality where women also have the same rights as men. The results of the study show that Amina Wadud does not only carry out textual interpretation of verses, but assesses several views from classical interpretation, including, first, QS. Al-Baqarah 228, the explicit content of this verse is equality that is built on mutual agreement by considering the principles of mas'uliyah. Second, QS. Al Nisa: 36, regarding polygamy which includes three contexts, namely: economic context, reproductive context, and biological context. Then QS. An-Nisa: 34, that men and women are equal in all respects according to their respective portions
Telaah Filosofis, Yuridis, dan Sosiologis dalam Konteks Hukum Islam Kontemporer terhadap Syariah dan Qanun
Islamic law plays a central role as the foundation in shaping the social life of Muslim communities. As time progresses and social dynamics evolve, the understanding of Islamic law has also undergone significant development. The term "Islamic law" is no longer confined to its classical interpretation but has expanded into two major concepts frequently discussed in Islamic legal literature: Sharia and Fiqh. This evolution has sparked debates and critical questions, particularly whether Islamic law is essentially the core of Sharia itself. In this study, Sharia and Qanun are viewed as closely related concepts, both rooted in the principles of Islamic law. Qanun can be understood as the practical manifestation of Sharia, formulated into regulations aimed at ensuring public welfare and societal well-being. Sharia is a set of divine norms that govern the vertical relationship between humans and Allah SWT, as well as the horizontal relationships among humans in social life. Meanwhile, Qanun refers to the legal provisions enacted by state authorities to regulate and direct public behavior toward a just and orderly society. In this context, Sharia and Qanun are not contradictory entities, but rather complementary components of a comprehensive Islamic legal system. This study employs a normative juridical method, which relies on literature review and analysis of Islamic legal sources, both primary and secondary. The normative approach aims to examine the theoretical concepts of Islamic law, Sharia, and Qanun, and to explore the interrelation between Sharia-based norms and the formulation of positive law within Muslim societies. The results of the study indicate that Islamic law constitutes the core of Sharia, while Qanun serves as the applied form of Sharia values within the context of positive law. Both elements work together to establish a legal system that is not only in harmony with religious values but also relevant to social and national life
