Key Industrial Sectors In The Sulampua Area As A Result Of Nusantara Capital City Development
This study aims to determine the sectors that need to be developed in the non-golden triangle area of the SULAMPUA region as a result of the Nusantara Capital City (NCC) development. Descriptive research is being conducted utilizing secondary data from Statistics Indonesia’s 2016 IRIO (Inter-Regional Input-Output) table. The IRIO model is used in data analysis for 20 secondary sub-sectors. The SULAMPUA region comprises 10 provinces, with the Golden Triangle region comprising South Sulawesi, Central Sulawesi, and West Sulawesi. The study results show that to take advantage of opportunities for the development of NCC, several key industries need to be developed for non-golden triangle areas, namely the food industry (I-13), non-metallic mineral goods industry (I-21); other processing industries, machinery and equipment repair and installation services (I-27); and the wood industry, goods from wood and cork, and woven goods from bamboo, rattan, and the like (I-17). Maluku, Papua, and West Papua provinces have relatively little opportunity to develop the industrial sector and benefit from moving NCC. Because the sectors connected directly or indirectly and the key sectors of these three provinces are capital-intensive industries, MSMEs have more significant barriers to entry. This research can be a reference for local governments in exploring potential industrial sectors to be developed to achieve NCC development opportunities

Islamic Bank Performance Assessment Using SATF Value
This study aims to evaluate the performance of Islamic banks based on the shidiq, amanah, tabligh, and fathona (SATF value) approach. The type of research is descriptive quantitative using secondary data. The research population is all Islamic Commercial Banks (ICB) operating in Indonesia for 2018-2022. The sampling technique uses saturated samples. The data combines ICB annual financial reports issued by the Financial Services Authority (FSA) and literature studies. The data analysis technique uses simple additive weighting (SAW). The research results show that Shidiq's performance shows high public confidence in Islamic bank savings products. Amanah's performance shows that the distribution of financing and carrying out responsibilities to bring benefits still need to be higher. Tabligh's performance shows that the level of Islamic compliance carried out by banking operations is Islamic. Fathona's performance shows that Islamic banking still needs to be optimal in increasing human resources (HR) capability or quality. Overall, the results of evaluating the performance of Islamic banking in Indonesia using the SATF value model during 2018-2022 are entirely satisfactory, with the SATF performance value increasing from year to year. The results of this research can be a reference for future research and provide valuable guidance for maintaining and improving Islamic banking performance while actively correcting any identified weaknesses or deficiencies

MSME Lending And Bank Efficiency: Comparison Between Indonesia And Malaysia
MSMEs are one of the pillars of the country's economy; banking has a role in facilitating financing for MSMEs so that they can proliferate. On the other hand, banks must consider the cost efficiency they produce, considering that MSMEs are one of the sectors with high credit risk. This study aims to prove that financing for MSMEs can increase bank efficiency and that there are differences between banking in Indonesia and Malaysia. This study uses quantitative with an associative and comparative approach. The population of this study is banks listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange and Bursa Malaysia in the 2020-2023 period. The Indonesian sample technique uses the purposive sampling method, and Malaysia uses the saturated sample method. The analysis technique uses stochastic frontier analysis (SFA), multiple linear regression, and difference tests with the help of statistical tools like Stata 17. The findings of the study show that financing for MSMEs affects bank efficiency. There is no difference between bank efficiency in Malaysia and Indonesia, but there is a significant difference between MSME financing in Malaysia and Indonesia. The theoretical implications of this study complement the theory regarding the relationship between MSME financing and bank efficiency. The practical implications of this research can provide recommendations to regulators in Indonesia to boost banking by increasing the financing ratio to MSMEs
The Role Of Profitability In Mediating Determinants Of Firm Value
This study aims to analyze the role of profitability in mediating the relationship between liquidity, leverage, and firm size on firm value. The data used in this study are secondary data obtained from the Indonesia Stock Exchange websites. The population comprises 71 companies listed in the LQ45 index for 2018-2022. The study sample includes 18 non-bank companies within the LQ45 index, selected through purposive sampling, yielding 90 observations over five years. Data analysis was conducted using panel data with EViews 13 software. Model selection was carried out through the Chow, Hausman, and Lagrange Multiplier tests. The study results show that liquidity does not affect profitability, while leverage negatively affects profitability, but company size positively affects profitability. Furthermore, leverage negatively affects firm value, liquidity, and company size do not affect firm value, but profitability positively affects firm value. Profitability cannot mediate the effect of liquidity and firm size on firm value, but profitability can mediate the effect of leverage on firm value. Theoretically, this research complements previous theories and serves as a reference for future studies. Practically, investors can utilize this information to exercise caution when assessing companies with high leverage levels but low profitability
Revealing The Impact Of Regional Government Function Budget Patterns On Achievements SDG 11 In Indonesia
This study aims to analyze the influence and effectiveness of local government budget allocations on nine main functions in achieving SDG 11 in Indonesia, focusing on decent and affordable housing. This study uses a quantitative method with 1,424 observations from 356 provinces/districts/cities during 2019–2023 through propositional sampling techniques, and it was analyzed using individual regression. The study results indicate variations in the influence of budget allocations on achieving SDG 11. The budget for public services, housing and public facilities, tourism, and culture negatively affect SDG 11. In contrast, the budget for the environment and education positively affects SDG 11, while the budget for the economy, health, and social protection does not show an effect. Control variables, such as government age and status, positively affect, while geographical location has no effect. The theoretical implications of this study strengthen the theory that appropriate budget allocation can improve access to decent housing, clean water, and sanitation. Practically, this study guides local governments in formulating more effective budget allocation policies to support social development and the achievement of SDG 11 in a sustainable manner
Sharia Compliance And Intellectual Capital Toward Protability Of Islamic Commercial Banks In Indonesia
This study aims to analyze the effect of sharia compliance (SC) proxied by profit sharing ratio (PSR), zakat performance ratio (ZPR), Islamic income ratio (IsIR), directors-employees welfare ratio (DEWR), and intellectual capital (IC) on profitability (return on assets-ROA) of Islamic commercial banks (ICB) in Indonesia. The population of this study was 13 Islamic commercial banks in Indonesia registered with the Financial Services Authority (FSA). The sample was selected using purposive sampling, so 8 ICB were obtained for the study. The data source used is secondary data from each ICB in Indonesia's annual report for 2019-2023. Data analysis uses panel data regression with an analysis tool in the form of Eviews Version 12.0. The results of the study show that PSR positively affects ROA. ZPR and DEWR negatively affect ROA. However, IsIR and IC do not affect ROA. The implications of this study can complement existing theories and be a reference for further research. In practice, this research can be used as reference material for Islamic banking in optimizing performance, evaluating banking to create competitive advantage values, and identifying assessments in decision-making for the community
