Analysis of Food Manners Episode Using Text Mining and Relationship between Frequency of Communal Dining

The relationship between “me time” and “mental health” among mothers ～ Comparison of primiparas and multiparas ～

application/pdfBased on the results of a survey conducted in 2022, this study clarified the characteristics of “time-for-self” and “mental health” in primipara and multipara mothers of infants.　A total of 153 women (valid response rate: 19.7%) were included in the analysis (77 [50.3%] primipara, 76 [49.7%] multipara). For primipara, the average time-for-self was 2.7 ± 1.6 hours on weekdays and 3.3 ± 2.1 hours on weekends. For multipara, the average time-for-self was 2.1 ± 1.6 hours on weekdays and 1.6 ± 1.5 hours on weekends. Satisfaction rates for time-for-self “( I am satisfied”) were 64% and 43% for primipara and multipara, respectively. The mentally healthy groups were 63% and 59% for primipara and multipara. These results indicate that although childrearing and childcare burdens are numerous for multipara women, concrete methods enabling them to secure“ time-for-self” must be proposed and recommended.2022年に実施した調査結果をもとに、乳児期の子どもをもつ初産婦と経産婦の母親では、「自分の時間」と「精神的健康」にどのような特徴があるのか、明らかにすることを目的とした。初産婦は77人（50.3％）、経産婦は76人（49.7％）であった。初産婦の自分の時間の平均値は、平日2.7±1.63時間、休日3.3±2.13時間であった。経産婦の自分の時間の平均値は、平日2.1±1.61時間、休日1.6±1.56時間であった。自分の時間の満足度は、初産婦の満足群64％、不満足群35％、経産婦の満足群43％、不満足群55％であった。精神的健康群は、初産婦63％、経産婦59％であった。以上より、経産婦は子育てや育児負担が多いことから、「自分の時間」を確保できる具体的な方法の提案などが必要である。journal articl
