The Effect of Intellectual Humility on Curiosity in Adolescents
Curiosity makes teenagers' minds active, curiosity is also the key to fostering creativity and innovation. Students with this character value tend to think critically, have a tendency to look for alternative solutions, and develop new ideas. Lack of curiosity in the learning process can be caused by factors such as a lack of intellectual humility, namely where a person is aware that he still has limitations regarding various information that might help him develop his potential and cognition, and is willing to explore various ideas, even though they conflict with his views. their personality. This research is research with an ex-post facto design. Because in this study data was obtained from events that had already taken place, without any treatment being given. The questionnaire used to measure intellectual humility was adapted from the Comprehensive Intellectual Humility Scale (CIHS) questionnaire. Meanwhile, the questionnaire used to measure curriosity was adapted from the Five-Dimensional Curiosity Scale Revised (5DCR) questionnaire. Data analysis uses simple linear regression statistical analysis. The results of the simple linear regression test show that the calculated F value = 22.584 with a significance level of 0.000 0.05, so the regression model can be used to predict the intellectual humility variable. The correlation value obtained is a coefficient of determination (R Square) of 0.320 which implies that intellectual humility influences curiosity in teenagers, amounting to 32% while the remaining 68% is influenced by other factors
Edukasi mengenalkan pemantauan perkembangan anak dengan Kuesioner Pra Skrining Perkembangan (KPSP) pada kader posyandu
The existence of a child development disorder is an important reason for monitoring child development as early as possible. In the preliminary survey, it was found that children with speech/language delays reached 0.02%. Early detection of developmental disorders in children has an important role in the welfare of children and families. And the fact states that early detection of developmental disorders must be available in primary child health services. Monitoring of children's development can be done using the Developmental Pre-screening Questionnaire. Kader posyandu as part of primary service personnel need to be given training in monitoring child development with this questionnaire so that it can be applied to Posyandu activities for toddlers. The problem in this activity is that the kader posyandu in Desa Talang Jawa wilayah kerja Puskesmas Tanjung Agung, Kecamatan Baturaja Barat, have never received information and have not had the ability to use this Pre-screening Development Questionnaire. This educational activity aims to increase knowledge and skills about monitoring children's development using the Developmental Pre-screening Questionnaire. From this activity, it was found that the level of knowledge of participants before education was 7.4% enough, 92.6% less, and after being given education was Good 63 %, 25.9% enough and 11.1% less. The ability of participants after being given education increased by 100%. It was concluded that after the education introduced the monitoring of children's development with the Developmental Pre-screening Questionnaire, there was an increase in the knowledge and ability of kader posyand

Defeatist Beliefs and Schizotypy in Adolescents and Emerging Adults
Defeatist beliefs involved overgeneralized negative beliefs regarding the ability to successfully perform tasks and accomplish goals. These cognitive errors have been shown to affect one’s ability to accurately assess and react in social situations and serve as hallmarks of many mood disorders. These negative beliefs also exist at high rates in adults with schizophrenia spectrum diagnoses. There is evidence for these beliefs existing during prodromal periods in young adults at-risk for psychosis, especially if they exhibit motivational or interpersonal difficulties (negative symptoms). However, there is little known about when these beliefs first emerge and whether they predate clinical disorder during earlier life stages where only subclinical presentations of risk (schizotypy) may be present. To address this research gap and help to inform cognitive-behavioral interventions targeting defeatist belief structures, we investigated the relations between defeatist beliefs and schizotypy in a sample of adolescents and emerging adults. Participants were 86 high school students (ages 14-17) and 270 college students (ages 18-22). Participants completed a 30-minute, self-report survey on defeatist beliefs and schizotypy. Our analyses found little difference in mean or standard deviation in defeatist beliefs or schizotypy between our two samples, with a robust positive association (r=0.46) when the samples where aggregated. These findings suggests that defeatist beliefs correspond with subclinical risk more-or-less on a continuum during this wider period of life potentially helping to understand variability in symptom severity. Future research is needed to clarify the nature of this relationship and to inform future interventions. Our finding suggests that cognitive behavioral approaches, which are well suited to target and modify defeatist beliefs, could serve a preventative role in the risk for future psychosis in at-risk adolescents and emerging adults

Hubungan Pengetahuan dan Sikap Ibu dalam Pemberian Gizi Seimbang dengan Kejadian Stunting pada Balita
Cases of stunting under five currently have the highest number when compared to other forms of malnutrition. Parents have an important role in fulfilling the nutrition of toddlers, especially the role of a mother as someone who is often with toddlers. If a mother has good knowledge, of course it will also affect a good attitude in fulfilling toddler nutrition. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between knowledge and attitudes of mothers in providing balanced nutrition with the incidence of stunting in toddlers at the Cisungsang Community Health Center, Lebak Regency in 2023. The research design used a correlational method with a cross-sectional approach with data collection tools using questionnaires and analyzed univariately and bivariately. The sample in this study amounted to 60 respondents. The results showed that almost all 49 toddlers (81.7%) did not experience stunting, most of the respondents 39 (65.0%) had good knowledge and most of the respondents 37 (61.7%) had a positive attitude. The statistical test results showed that there was a relationship between knowledge in providing balanced nutrition and the incidence of stunting in toddlers with a value (p-value = 0.001) and there was a relationship between the mother's attitude in providing balanced nutrition with the incidence of stunting in toddlers with a value (p-value = 0.002). It is hoped that health workers will be able to provide education to the public about the nutritious food needed so that the incidence of stunting can be reduced with promotive, preventive and curative efforts from health workers

Handedness and religiosity, a two-nation study: Evidence that hemispheric functioning may influence religious beliefs
Prior research has reported that so-called consistent-handers are more religious than non-consistent-handers. This study analyzed data bearing on this possibility using large samples of college students from two different countries; Malaysia and the United States. When samples from both countries were separated by sex, no significant support for this prior research was found. However, when we analyzed our data with handedness dichotomized between right-handers and non-right-handers, some significant relationships were found. Among females in both countries, left- and mixed-handers expressed lower degrees of certainty about the existence of God and life-after-death. Also, right-handedness and religious service attendance were positively and significantly associated among Malaysian males. Among US males, however, belief in God was actually significantly stronger among right-handers than among left and mixed-handers. Assuming that right handedness is a rough proxy for left hemispheric dominance, our findings provide some support for the hypothesis that right hemispheric dominance is associated with orthodox religiosity at least among females
