ANALISIS PENYUSUNAN ANGGARAN PENJUALAN PADA PT. INDOFOOD TBK.

A company's sales budget is a tool to measure the size of the budget that the company has set from year to year. This research aims to determine the effectiveness of the budget set by the company using the top down method and recommend companies use the right method with appropriate budget estimates. The research object is PT. Indofood Tbk which operates in the processed food sector. This research uses quantitative descriptive analysis methods. The type of data used by the author in this research is primary data in the form of financial reports and secondary data in the form of processed food sales data per year. The data collection technique used in this research is observation. The research results show that PT. Indofood still uses the top down method in determining its sales budget from year to year and will try to use the sales budget estimation method for the future. The analysis of sales budget preparation that the author uses in analyzing the budget is using the straight line trend analysis method because using this method does not produce too many differences

PENYUSUNAN ANGGARAN KOMPREHENSIF SEBAGAI ALAT PERENCANAAN DAN PENGENDALIAN LABA PADA PT SHINDO TIARA TUNGGAL

This research was conducted at PT. Shindo Tiara Tunggal is a company engaged in thesnack food industry. The purpose of conducting this research is to find out and analyze thepreparation of the sales budget as a means of planning and controlling profits.The data usedwill be analyzed using qualitative methods, namely this research begins with data collection,observation and analysis of documents related to the object of research and ends with drawingconclusions. The data collection technique used is by interviewing and observing the company'sactivities.Based on the research conducted at the company, a problem was found, namely that itcould be seen that the control carried out by PT. Shindo Tiara Tunggal related to theoperational activity of selling snacks is not optimal, this is because the company does not yethave work standards or work targets which are manifested in the form of plans to prepare asales budget and costs related to operational sales of the company's products

GREEN ACCOUNTING DAN FAKTOR YANG MEMPENGARUHINYA

This study aims to determine the capital structure and corporate value of green accounting disclosures. The sample used in this study is a company listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange by issuing annual financial reports for the 2020 – 2022 period, samples taken by 12 companies. The independent variable of this research is capital structure which is measured by Debt to Equity Ratio while company value is measured by price to book value. The dependent variable of this research is disclosure of green accounting which is measured by the Global Reporting Initiative (GRI) index value. The results show that capital structure has no significant effect on green accounting disclosures and firm value has a significant effect on green accounting disclosures

THE CONTRIBUTION OF QUR'ANIC PSYCHOLOGY TO THE CONCEPT OF MODERN EDUCATIONAL PSYCHOLOGY ISLAMIC EDUCATION PERSPECTIVES

The Qur'an is the main source of religious and social sciences in Islam. The Qur'an was agreed upon by the Islamic scholars, not only discussing the issues of religion and morality, but also giving information and cues about science and science to humans. Among the sciences is the science of psychology, especially the psychology of human development. The purpose of this research is to explore and introduce the concept of developmental psychology in the Qur'an and As-Sunnah in order to be referenced by people who struggle in this field, including educators. The method used in this research is qualitative method with library research approach and descriptive analysis of the findings obtained from the library data. PENGARUH PENGETAHUAN RELIGIUSITAS DAN BRAND IMAGE TERHADAP KEPUTUSAN ANGGOTA LDK UIN JAKARTA MENABUNG DI BANK SYARIAH

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh pengetahuan, religiusitas dan brand image terhadap keputusan anggota LDK UIN Jakarta menabung di Bank Syariah. Penelitian ini menggunakan 25 butir pertanyaan. Penelitian menggunakan data primer yang dikumpulkan dengan penyebaran kuisioner melalui google-form kepada anggota LDK UIN Jakarta yang sudah menabung di Bank Syariah sebanyak 100 sampel yang ditentukan dengan metode non-probability sampling. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah Partial Least Square dengan software SmartPLS 3.2. Hasil yang diperoleh adalah pengetahuan tidak berpengaruh pada keputusan menabung, religiusitas dan brand image berpengaruh pada  keputusan menabung serta secara simultan pengetahuan, religiusitas dan brand image berpengaruh pada keputusan menabung. Saran dari peneliti untuk bank syariah ialah meningkatkan branding dan mengadakan edukasi literasi untuk masyarakat. Saran untuk peneliti selanjutnya ialah dengan menggunakan data dan teori yang lebih baik serta menambahkan variabel penelitian yang masih berhubungan dengan penelitian ini

PENGARUH KEPEMIMPINAN DAN PELATIHAN TERHADAP KINERJA KARYAWAN PT. KIMIA FARMA TBK. PLANT JAKARTA ( Studi Kasus Divisi Supporting )

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk meneliti mengenai  “Pengaruh Kepemimpinan Dan Pelatihan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan Divisi Supporting PT. Kimia Farma Tbk. Plant Jakarta”. Populasi penelitian ini karyawan divisi Supporting PT. Kimia Farma Tbk. Plant Jakarta. Sampel penelitian ini menggunakan sampel jenuh. Jumlah responden sebanyak 45 responden. Metode analisis menggunakan: uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, uji normalitas, uji multikolinearitas, uji heteroskedastisitas, analisis regresi linear berganda, korelasi berganda, uji uji F, koefisien determinasi dan uji t. Berdasarkan hasil uji t kepemimpinan sebesar thitung 3,332 > ttabel 1,682 , taraf signifikasi sebesar 0,002 < 0,05, dapat disimpulkan bahwa kepemimpinan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Hasil uji t untuk pelatihan sebesar thitung   2,253 > ttabel 1,682 dan taraf  signifikasi sebesar 0,03 < 0,05, dapat disimpulkan bahwa pelatihan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Berdasarkan hasil uji korelasi berganda (R) sebesar 0,692 menunjukkan adanya hubungan korelasi yang kuat dan positif antara kepemimpinan dan pelatihan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Berdasarkan hasil koefisien determinasi (R2) sebesar 0,454 menunjukkan kepemimpinan dan pelatihan mampu menjelaskan kinerja karyawan sebesar 45,4% sedangkan sisanya 54,6% dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain

PUBLIC INFORMATION CAMPAIGN MANAGEMENT BY BAZNAS PROVINSI SUMATERA BARAT

In carrying out the task of managing zakat, BAZNAS Provinsi Sumatera Barat conducts Public Information Campaign activities in this research in the form of socialization. However, after the socialization activities were carried out the response from the target did not match what was expected. Response that is not in line with expectations can indicate that there is a problem in the activity process. This study aims to explain the management of the Public Information Campaign by using the theory of Planning and Managing Public Relations Campaign by Anne Gregory that apply in BAZNAS Provinsi Sumatera Barat. This research was conducted using a qualitative method. The results of the study indicate that the management activities of the Public Information Campaign by BAZNAS of West Sumatra Province have been running quite well. The form of the campaign carried out is still face to face and has not utilized mass media or new technology

RANCANG BANGUN APLIKASI WEB DIAGNOSA PENYAKIT GIGI MENGGUNAKAN METODE NAÏVE BAYES DAN K-NEAREST NEIGHBOR

Minimnya pengetahuan kesehatan gigi yang ada di Indonesia menyebabkan rendahnya kesadaran masyarakat terhadap kesehatan gigi mereka. Kondisi ini membuat sebagian masyarakat mengesampingkan upaya mencegah dan mengobati penyakit gigi. Oleh sebab itu penelitian ini membuat aplikasi berbasis web untuk diagnosa awal penyakit gigi, sehingga dapat membantu masyarakat untuk mengetahui tentang penyakit gigi yang sedang di deritanya, serta dapat mengatasi permasalahan kelangkahan gigi. Metode inferensi yang digunakan adalah Naïve Bayes dan K- Nearest Neighbor. Platform yang digunakan adalahWeb. Jenis penyakit yang bisa di diagnosa oleh sistem ini berjumlah 7 penyakit. Hasil uji akan menunjukkan fitur-fitur sistem yang dibuat berjalan dengan tingkat keberasilan 100%. Hasil unit test menunjukkan bahwa sistem telah berhasil melakukan inferensi dengan benar. Hasil user acceptance test menunjukan tingkat penerimaan pengguna adalah sangat baik yaitu 93.03%. Berdasarkan hasil uji-uji tersebut dapat disimpulkan bahwa aplikasi yang telah dibuat dapat direkomendasikan untuk masyarakat sebagai alat bantu untuk diagnosa awalpenyakit gigi. Kondisi ini membuat sebagian orang mengesampingkan upaya untuk mencegah dan mengobati penyakit gigi. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini membuat aplikasi berbasis web untuk diagnosis dini penyakit gigi, sehingga dapat membantu masyarakat untuk mengetahui tentang penyakit gigi yang sedang diderita. Berdasarkan hasil tes tersebut dapat disimpulkan bahwa aplikasi yang telah dibuat dapat direkomendasikan untuk digunakan oleh masyarakat sebagai alat diagnosis dini penyakit gigi
