INDICATING THE VALUE OF ISLAMIC EDUCATION THROUGH SILAT BEKSI IN YOUTH IN THE VILLAGE OF SILAT PETUKANGAN UTARA, SOUTH JAKARTA
This research aims to analyze the role of Silat Beksi in strengthening character education for teenagers in Kampung Silat Petukangan Utara, South Jakarta. Silat Beksi is an Indonesian cultural heritage that contains high moral and ethical values. This research uses a qualitative approach by collecting data through interviews, observation, and document analysis. The research results show that Silat Beksi has great potential for shaping the character of teenagers. Through the practice of Silat Beksi, teenagers can develop values such as discipline, a sense of responsibility, hard work, and appreciation for local cultural values and traditions. Apart from that, Silat Beksi also promotes a sense of solidarity and leadership, which are important in developing the character of teenagers. This study emphasizes the importance of supporting and expanding the Silat Beksi program in the North Petukangan Silat Village environment as an integral part of youth character education. This involves collaboration between the school, the Silat Beksi community, and the local government to ensure that the values and skills taught by Silat Beksi continue to be applied in the daily lives of teenagers
REVAMPING TRADITION WITH TECH: GUIDING INNOVATION IN ZAKAT FOR SOCIAL GOOD
As a pillar of Islam, zakat holds profound meaning and socioeconomic significance. However, oversight deficiencies have constrained its capacity for poverty alleviation. This paper explores emerging technologies - including blockchain, artificial intelligence, and mobile platforms - to strengthen zakat management. Through a qualitative literature review, we examine the digital transformation of zakat systems. We argue for cautious technology adoption to enhance transparency, efficiency, and inclusivity while aligning with Islamic ethics. Guiding principles grounded in maqasid al-shariah are offered, emphasizing human discretion and oversight. While risks around exclusion, security, and algorithmic bias necessitate vigilance, thoughtfully implemented technology can optimize zakat distribution and amplify impact. By leveraging innovation to uphold foundational values, zakat can fulfil its noble obligations of uplifting communities and promoting social justice
PENGARUH KOMITMEN ORGANISASI DAN MOTIVASI KERJA TERHADAP KINERJA PEGAWAI PADA PUSKESMAS SUKAMANTRI KECAMATAN TANJUNGKERTA KABUPATEN SUMEDANG
Inti dari penelitian ini adalah bagaimana pengaruh komitmen organisasi dan motivasi kerja pegawai menjadi faktor pendorong dalam meningktkan kinerja pegawai di Puskesmas Sukamantri Kecamatan Tanjungkerja Kabupaten Sumedang. Perlunya komitmen organisasi yang secaara konsisten dilaksanakan dan motivasi kerja yang rendah sebagai dampak dari penerapan Badan Layanan Umum Daerah di Puskesmas Sukamantri berdampak terhadap tuntutan profesionalisme pegawai, kinerja pegawai yang masih rendah, tidak adanya pelayanan gratis di Puskesmas berdampak terhadap kualitas pelayanan kesehatan yang belum optimal. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana pengaturh komitmen organisasi dan motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai di Puskesmas Sukamantri Kecamatan Tanjungkerta Kabupaten Sumedang baik secara parsial maupun simultan. Metode penelitian dalam penelitian ini adalah metode penelitian survei dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 34 responden yaitu pegawa di Puskesmas Sukamantri. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa besarnya pengaruh komitmen organisasi terhadap kinerja pegawai secara langsung yaitu sebesar 0,809 atau 80,9% sedangkan secara tidak langsung yaitu sebesar 0,857 atau 85,6%. Besarnya pengaruh motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai sebesar 0,165 atau 16,5% dan pengaruh tidak langsung sebesar 0,541 atau sebesar 54,1%. Komitmen organisasi dan motivasi kerja pegawai secara simultan terhadap kinerja pegawai yaitu sebesar 0,871 atau 87,1%. saran dari penelitian ini yaitu komitmen organsiasi agar di dorong melalui penambahan anggaran kegiatan, dan motivasi kerja pegawai di dorong melalui penambahan insentif bagi para pegawai di Puskesmas Sukamantri Kecamatan Tanjungkerja Kabupaten Sumedang
DAMPAK LINGKUNGAN KERJA PADA PENGARUH STRES KERJA TERHADAP TURNOVER INTENTION DENGAN PENDEKATAN MODERATED REGRESSION ANALYSIS
This study aims to analyze the effect of work stress on turnover intention and analyze the role of the work environment in moderating the effect of work stress on turnover intention. The research was conducted on employees of PT. Emblem Asia with a sample of 73 respondents. Data analysis was carried out using a moderated regression analysis method with a Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA) approach. The results of this study prove that work stress has a positive and significant effect on turnover intention. Meanwhile, the work environment can act as a quasi-moderator variable. The work environment can affect turnover intention but can also interact with work stress to strengthen/weaken the effect of work stress on turnover intention
DAMPAK BERBAGI PENGETAHUAN DAN KEPEMIMPINAN WIRAUSAHA TERHADAP KREATIVITAS KARYAWAN MELALUI TEKNOLOGI INFORMASI
Penelitian ini berusaha menguji pengaruh kemampuan berbagi pengetahuan dan gaya kepemimpinan kewirausahaan terhadap kreativitas karyawan dengan menambahkan mediasi yaitu teknologi informasi. Dalam memecahkan hipotesis diatas, kami menggunakan metode penelitian kuantitatif. Untuk data kami menggunakan data primer yang peroleh dari kuesioner yang didistribusikan secara langsung kepada pelaku usaha mikro kecil dan menengah bidang kuliner di kabupaten kendal. Penentuan jumlah sampel menggunakan metode purposive sampling sehingga ditemukan sejumlah 78 responden. Hasil penelitian ini dapat membuktikan bahwa untuk meningkatkan kreativitas karyawan, perusahaan atau organisasi dapat memaksimalkan peran entrepreneurial leadership, dan knowledge sharing. Karena kedua variable tersebut secara perhitungan statistika terbukti memiliki hubungan yang positif dan signifikan terhadap variable employee creativity. Namun pada penelitian ini, tidak ditemukan hubungan antara variabel information technology terhadap variabel employee creativity. Selain itu, information technology juga tidak mampu memediasi hubungan variabel entrepreneurial leadership terhadap variabel employee creativity
STUDI LITERATUR: PENGARUH KOMPETENSI, PENGALAMAN, DAN INDEPENDEN AUDITOR TERHADAP EFEKTIVITAS PELAKSANAAN PROSEDUR AUDIT INVESTIGATIF
This research aims to conduct a literature review of previous studies and by documenting various references on topics and related to the effectiveness of the implementation of investigative audit procedures. This research method uses a qualitative approach or can be called a literature study. The data used in this study are secondary data in the form of previous research journals. The results showed that there are three factors that influence the effectiveness of the implementation of investigative audit procedures, namely auditor ability, auditor experience, and auditor independence. Auditor ability, both in communication, analysis, and understanding of fraud detection techniques, has a significant influence on the results of investigative audits
AN EXAMINATION OF SOCIO-RELIGIOUS PRACTICES OF SUFI ADHERENTS IN BIDA, NIGER STATE
Socio-religious concept is a term that was derived from a compound word of “social and religion” meaning different activities of people in communities which some historians suggested to be part and parcel of religions especially Islam. The paper seeks to encapsulate Bida in Nupe land, economic situation and locations where Nupe people are located in Nigeria, including their early religious worship such as Kuti (idol) which exist among people up to the time of introduction of Islam by some agents like Wangarawa Muslim scholars from Mali and Malam Muhammadu Bagana popularly known by Nupe people as “Manko” and others. The emergence of Sufism was assessed rightly from the time of Qadiriyyah Sufi practice and some scholars that were known with it like Sheikh Abdulrahman Muhammad bn Sharif and Sheikh Muhammad Wazir (1882-1945) called “Waziri Mamma” before the emergence of Tijjaniyyah Sufi order during the reign of 2nd Etsu Nupe Muhammadu Saba (1859-1873) known as “Ma’asaba” by Nupe people through a scholar Man-Haruna, alias “Man-yisa Naku” in Banwuya among people in Bida. The paper provides an overview of some socio-religious practices of Sufis in Bida, Niger State with the way and manner they are practice in accordance with the teachings of Islam. The paper examines the effects of training on adherents among Sufis in Bida, Niger State. In this paper, exploratory design method would be used for obtaining data from relevant areas of primary and secondary sources

ISLAM, WESTERNIZATION AND THE ROOTS OF MODERNISM IN MUSLIM LAND
This paper Islam, westernization and the roots of modernism in Muslim land is aim at providing the need insight and the causes of the negative effects of the western modernism among Muslims. The paper discussed the western and Islamic modernization and how both of the civilization contributed to the progress of humanity and how the western modernization has negatively affected the Muslim Ummah around the world. It was discovered that Muslim elites has contributed to the infiltration of the western world into Muslim land either due their quest for power in their various countries. It is also revealed that imitators of the western life styles by Muslims most especially those who have traveled to study in either Europe and America only returned to imitate and spread such tendencies in their societies. It was discovered that Islam follows the wind of change once it is not against the true teachings of Islam and moral values as of Islam. The researchers employed desk review method as a mode of data and information for this research where major literary work was utilised. The paper concluded that, Islam accepted any change that comes it way in as far as it does not go social, economic, political and moral system of Islam as taught in the Qur’an and Sunnah of the Prophet (may peace and blessings of Allah be upon him)
Mediasi Return On Equity Pengaruh Struktur Modal Terhadap Harga Saham
Harga saham perubahannya ditentukan oleh ROE (Return on Equity), sedangkan ROE itu sendiri naik turunnya ditentukan oleh struktur modal, maka tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengevaluasi pengaruh Struktur Modal terhadap Harga Saham dengan mediasi ROE (Return on Equity). Sampel sebanyak 16 saham yang dipilih dari 27 saham Sub Sektor Perdagangan Eceren yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) periode tahun 2015-2020 dengan metode purposive sampling. Metode analisis digunakan dengan regresi data panel random effect dengan Path Analysis. Hasil penelitian menunjukan Struktur Modal berpengaruh negatif signifikan terhadap Harga Saham, Struktur Modal berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap Harga Saham dengan mediasi ROE. Penelitian ini merupakan pengembangan yang mengeksplorasi analisis yang melibatkan variabel mediasi ROE untuk melihat pengaruh struktur modal dengan harga saham dalam lingkup Sub Sektor Perdagangan Eceran di Bursa Efek Indonesia, sehingga dapat memberikan tambahan referensi secara akademis. Secara praktis, hasil penelitian ini dapat memberikan manfaat bagi investor yang berinvestasi di pasar modal
