    This study aims to describe and analyse the implementation of marketing program management at SMA IT Ar Raihan Bandar Lampung. This research approach is qualitative with case study method. this research was conducted at SMA IT Ar Raihan Bandar Lampung in the odd semester of the 2023/2024 school year. The primary source of this research is the principal and education personnel in the marketing department. While secondary sources in this study are books, documents, and scientific articles related to research. Data collection techniques used observation interviews and documentation. Test the validity of the data using data triangulation. And data analysis using Miles and Huberman analysis techniques, namely by codifying data, presenting data, and drawing conclusions. The results prove that the marketing strategy signed by potential schools in Bandar Lampung has had a significant positive impact on increasing new student enrolment. Furthermore, marketing strategies through social media advertising also have a positive impact on increasing awareness and new student enrolment. Marketing strategies by collaborating with tutoring also have a positive impact on increasing new student enrolment. Marketing strategies based on active participation of alumni can also build a positive reputation, attract the attention of prospective students, and increase the number of new student applicants. So it can be concluded that the four strategies are very effective in supporting marketing programme management at SMA IT Raihan Bandar Lampung

    This research was motivated by a problem identified in class V of SDN Brawijaya, Sukabumi City, namely the low critical thinking skills of students in this learning process. This research aims to improve students\u27 critical thinking skills and describe students\u27 responses to the differentiation learning approach. The subjects of this research were 30 class V students at SDN Brawijaya, Sukabumi City in the even semester of the 2023/2024 academic year. This research was carried out in 2 cycles and the material taught was Harmony in Ecosystems. Data on students\u27 critical thinking skills is collected using critical thinking skills tests. This research is said to be successful if the average classical critical thinking skills of students are at least in the good category and classical completeness is at least 80%. Student responses were collected using a response questionnaire. The success criteria for student responses is that they are at least in the positive category. Based on the results of the descriptive analysis, it shows that, firstly, there was an increase in students\u27 critical thinking skills which can be seen from the average score of cycle I of 77.20 (fair category) and the average score of cycle II of 85 (good category). Second, students\u27 responses to the implementation of the differentiated learning approach were classified as good with a score of 80% of students stating they were positive

    This research aims to describe students\u27 difficulties in solving HOTS questions in social studies class V at SDN 1 Gapuk. This research use desciptive qualitative approach. The subjects in this research were 29 class V students at SDN 1 Gapuk. Data collection techniques use documentations and interviews. The test instrument given was 8 questions describing HOTS-based social studies content. The data analysis used in this research is data analysis from Miles and Huberman which consists of data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results of the research show that there are difficulties experienced by students in solving HOTS questions, including students having difficulty understanding questions, difficulty analyzing questions, difficulty considering, and difficulty concentrating. To overcome students\u27 difficulties in understanding questions, students are required to study actively, to overcome difficulties in analyzing story problems, namely to foster students\u27 interest in questions that use story illustrations, to overcome students\u27 difficulties in choosing the right answer, namely to train students to interpret and connect what is said. know from the questions, or what is instructed in the questions, and in overcoming students\u27 difficulties in concentrating when working on questions by providing a break when they have finished studying and working on the questions

    Limited involvement of stakeholders, lack of action plans that are appropriate to the situation and conditions, lack of evaluation and monitoring. This has an impact on the unclear direction and goals of the school. The problem to be researched focuses on the application of educational management standards in planning the school\u27s vision, mission and goals at Al-Madani IT Middle School. The goal that is expected to be achieved in this research is to overcome the above problems in achieving educational management standards at SMP IT Al-Madani Gunung Pati, Semarang City. In this research, the author used qualitative research methods. The research method uses qualitative methods and a descriptive approach. The formulation of the Vision and Mission has not been implemented properly. This is of course a lesson for all parties, especially the leadership of the Foundation Institution, because what was conveyed by the Principal of the School has not been supported or committed between stakeholders so that the information obtained is not in sync between the Foundation Institution and the school, a situation like this cannot continue continuously and it is necessary to planning for more mature management standards is carried out

    Culture and mathematics are closely related. Ethnomathematics is the study of how mathematics is used and understood in various cultures. This study aims to develop a PBL-based traditional Joglo house puzzle media in mathematics learning in grade V of elementary school. This study uses a modification of the ADDIE development model which uses three stages, namely: 1) Analysis, 2) Design and 3) Development. This stage was modified into three stages because the researcher only wanted to focus on product development planning in order to produce a feasible product. Data collection in this study used the interview stage and distributed questionnaires. Based on the analysis of data obtained through the validation process from several reviewers, namely two media experts and teacher responses. The results of the validation test obtained from media expert I got a score of 3.81 with the Good category, then from media expert II got a score of 4.54 with the Very Good category and the last from the teacher\u27s response got a score of 4.6 with the Very Good category. In accordance with the three values ​​obtained, the average result obtained was 4.31 with the Very Good category. Therefore, based on the values ​​obtained from the validation results, it can be concluded that the development of PBL-based Joglo traditional house puzzle media in geometry learning for grade V of elementary school is feasible to use

The method used in this research is a literature study with data sources coming from reference books, journals, archives, documents, as well as previous research that is relevant to the topic being discussed. The results of this research are that the basic concept of education management must pay attention to various things, starting from the objectives and functions of management, objects in management, elements of management, as well as the scope of management of the educational unit itself. Education unit management has a broad scope, where management occurs from inside to outside the school. So it can be concluded that the management of educational units must pay attention to all these aspects so that management can run effectively, efficiently, and achieve the goals of education

    The research conducted focused on the development of video learning media based on Powtoon for the content of Civics Education for grade IV elementary schools, especially the material on rights and obligations in theme 2: Always Saving Energy. The implementation of this research used the R&D development research method with the ADDIE model. In the ADDIE model there are five stages, namely Analyze, Design, Develop, Implement, and Evaluate. However, in this study, the researchers only conducted to the point of Develop because this study aimed to develop appropriate learning media based on the assessment of the validator. The results of the validation of learning media by media experts, material experts, and linguists obtained a score of 84% which was included in the very eligible or very good category because the percentage of validation results was in the range of 81-100%. Thus, based on video learning media Powtoon for Civics was very feasible to be used for the learning process. Based on video learning media Powtoon can increase the use of technology, and it also makes students enthusiastic in participating in the learning process

    The research aims to analyze the implementation of Pancasila students\u27 critical reasoning in science learning in class IV elementary school. The method used is qualitative with a descriptive model. Research subjects Principal, class IV teacher, class IV students at SD Daarul Quran Tangerang. Data collection uses observation, interviews and document study. The data validation process uses triangulation techniques. Data analysis uses interactive analysis consisting of data collection, reduction, data display, and conclusions. The research results show that the implementation of critical reasoning from the Pancasila Student Profile in science and science learning in class IV elementary schools shows positive results. Application of Critical Reasoning in Natural Sciences Learning through learning strategies, use of learning media, active role of teachers as facilitators and feedback, thereby creating enthusiasm and participation in students developing critical thinking skills. There are obstacles including limited time and variations in student abilities. The implications of this research provide valuable insights for educators and policy makers to continue developing and implementing critical reasoning elements from the Pancasila Student Profile in the basic education curriculum

    This research aims to identify and understand students\u27 learning difficulties in learning mathematics in multiplication material at SD Negeri 40 Palembang. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative, which aims to provide an in-depth description of the phenomenon being studied. Data collection techniques in this research include direct observation, in-depth interviews with students and teachers, as well as documentation of various learning materials and other relevant records. Data analysis was carried out through the stages of data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results of the research show that difficulties in learning mathematics in multiplication material at SD Negeri 40 Palembang are caused by various factors which can be recommended as internal and external factors. Internal factors of learning difficulties include students\u27 low interest in mathematics, low strong learning motivation, and students\u27 inability to understand and focus during the learning process. Meanwhile, external factors that influence learning difficulties are a lack of variation in the teaching media used by teachers, the influence of a family environment that does not support student learning activities, and a social environment with school friends that is not conducive

    This research aims to explore the implementation of learning the science of tajwid and Al-Qur\u27an recitations at MTS Islamiyah Medan for class VII students. Using a qualitative approach, this research involves direct observation, interviews with education stakeholders, and document analysis. The results show that with careful planning, effective teaching strategies, and comprehensive evaluation, the learning succeeded in improving the quality of students\u27 reading of the Koran. Students\u27 enthusiasm and active involvement in learning reflects the success of this learning approach. The comprehensive evaluation also showed an increase in students\u27 attitudes, knowledge and skills in reading the Koran. In conclusion, the implementation of learning the science of tajwid and Al-Qur\u27an recitations at MTS Islamiyah Medan has had a significant impact in improving the quality of Al-Qur\u27an reading for class VII students
