PENGARUH DIGITAL MARKETING DAN KUALITAS PRODUK TERHADAP NIAT BELI AKSESORIS WANITA MELALUI AKUN SHOPEE
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji dan menganalisis pengaruh pemasaran digital dan kualitas produk terhadap niat aksessoris wanita. Objek penelitian dalam tulisan ini adalah siswa SMK Negeri 1 Turen. Teknik pengambilan sampel pada penelitian ini menggunakan non-probability sampling dengan metode pengumpulan data purposive sampling dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 100 responden. Metode pengumpulan data primer menggunakan metode kuesioner. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah asumsi klasik, uji instrumen, regresi linier berganda. Uji penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: Digital marketing berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap niat beli, Kualitas produk berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap niat beli
ANALISIS TUTUPAN LAHAN MENGGUNAKAN GEE DENGAN METODE SUPERVISED CLASSIFICATION (STUDI KASUS BENDUNGAN KARANGKATES KAB. MALANG)
Perubahan lahan merupakan fenomena yang berdampak signifikan terhadap lingkungan di berbagai wilayah dan kelestarian ekosistem. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui dampak lingkungan yang ditimbulkan dari penataan lahan di sekitar Bendungan Karangkates, Kabupaten Malang, Jawa Timur periode 2021-2022. Penelitian ini dilakukan melalui pendekatan analisis kuantitatif deskriptif melalui interpretasi citra satelit Landsat 8 dengan memanfaatkan metode supervised classification dengan algoritma CART. Hasil dari proses interpretasi citra Landsat 8 teridentifikasi 5 jenis penggunaan lahan dengan luas tertinggi, yaitu: Vegetasi seluas 15.026 KM, Badan Air dengan luas 10.559 KM, Sawah mencapai 9.981 KM, Tanah terbuka seluas 7.347 KM, dan Lahan terbangun mencapai 5.313 KM. Tingkat akurasi dari hasil klasifikasi tersebut memiliki nilai overall accuracy 95% mencapai dan indeks kappa mencapai 0.94. Tingginya jumlah pemanfaatan lahan untuk jenis vegetasi di wilayah Bendungan Karangkates Malang perlu diimbangi dengan penerapan sistem pertanian berkelanjutan dengan menerapkan kaidah konservasi tanah dan air untuk menopang keberlanjutan ketersediaan air di wilayah bendungan tersebut
Korelasi Antara Gaya Koping dan Perilaku Asertif Pada Siswa
The aim of this research is to determine the correlation between coping styles and assertive behavior in students and the comparison based on gender and to plan coping skills training to increase assertive behavior in students. This research uses a quantitative descriptive approach with a correlational design to reveal the correlation regarding coping styles and assertive behavior in students. The measuring instruments used are an inventory of assertive behavior and an inventory of coping styles. Participants in this research were 220 students. Sampling uses random sampling techniques, that is, all members of the population have the same opportunity to be sampled. The data analysis technique uses the Pearson correlation method to determine the relationship between coping styles and assertive behavior in students. The F-Test technique is used to compare differences in coping styles based on gender. The research results show that men's assertive behavior is higher than women's. There is no difference in adaptive and maladaptive coping styles between men and women
Strategi Warga Negara dalam Upaya Pencegahan Bencana Banjir di Desa Tawangrejeni, Turen, Kabupaten Malang
Bencana banjir merupakan fenomena alam yang terjadi secara alamiah dan menjadi permasalahan di Desa Tawangrejani. Banyak sampah yang berserakan sebagai penyebab terjadinya banjir. Menurut BPBD (Badan Penanggulangan Bencana Daerah) Kabupaten Malang dalam berita harian Kompas menuliskan banjir besar di Desa Tawangrejani Kecamatan Malang rata-rata biasa terjadi empat sampai lima kali pertahun. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui dan memahami bagaimana masyarakat pluralis di Desa Tawangrejani Kecamatan malang tetap menjaga solidaritas sosial mereka dalam menangani bencana banjir yang terjadi meskipun mereka berasal dari ras/etnis yang berbeda-beda. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode deskriptif. Sumber data primer di peroleh dari lapangan, baik dari hasil observasi maupun wawancara dengan informan yang diambil dari pihak-pihak terkait, yaitu aparatur desa Tawangrejani Kecamatan Turen dan warga pluralis setempat. Hasil penelitian menemukan bahwa Strategi warga negara dengan demikian ini berupaya mencegah terjadinya bencana banjir di desa Tawang rejeni dengan cara terjun langsung untuk membantu memaksimalkan kegiatan gotong royong sebagai wujud solidaritas sosial
Analisis Pendekatan Konseling Narrative Therapy

approach is the most dominant narrative depiction of the council so that it is able to express the problems
they encounter. The method used in this research is a library study with moreview 20 articles on narrative
therapy counseling approaches that have been published and have been nationally accredited. The result of
this research is that the approach of Narrative Therapy has been proven to be able to influence the solution
of the problems that are being experienced
Analisis Validitas Instrument Self-Efficacy Belajar Siswa Pada Sekolah Terbuka Atlet Dengan Menggunakan Model Rasch
Self-Efficacy is an individual's belief in his own ability and competence to carry out his duties or activities which is demonstrated by the individual's way of acting and overcoming existing obstacles to succeed in achieving various goals. This research aims to test the validity and reliability of students' learning self-efficacy instruments using the Rasch model. The subjects of this research were students who took part in the athlete's open school program. The method used is a cross-sectional survey with a quantitative approach. The number of participants used was 69 students at one of the State High Schools in Bandung City, West Java, Indonesia with an age range of 15-17 years. Data analysis using the Rasch model in the WinStep 3.73 application. The results of the analysis show that the respondent's interaction with the items is in the good category. The respondent's reliability value, which shows the respondent's consistency in filling out the instrument, is included in the sufficient category. The reliability of the instrument shows that it is in the very good category. The unidimensional value is included in the sufficient category. Apart from that, there are three items that are not appropriate. It is hoped that with the results of this research, instruments for measuring students' learning self-efficacy can be evaluated and developed so that an accurate instrument can be obtained in measuring students' learning self-efficac
Implementation of the MBKM program: Meeting the needs and expectation of stakeholders
This research aims to gain an overview and constructive, pedagogical, and applicable feedbacks from stakeholders, both internal and external, of the Merdeka Belajar Kampus Merdeka (MBKM) program that has been implemented so far in every study program within the Faculty of Language and Literature (FLL) of a private university in Malang. The results of this study would be used as a basis for policy formulation and improvement of the quality of MBKM implementation in the future. The study applied a descriptive quantitative method with questionnaires as the data collection technique. Respondents include students (N=150), lecturers (N=25), academic staff within the faculty (N=7), non-university partners (N=15), and university partners (N=4). The results show that the MBKM program implemented at the FLL was relevant to what was expected by all the stakeholders, with a total score of 3.38 on the scale between 1 (very unsatisfactory) and 4 (very satisfactory), which means that the satisfaction level of the MBKM implementation at the FLL was satisfactory. Several obstacles were also identified concerning the MBKM program implementation as feedback for quality improvement in the future.

Inflectional forms in students’ writing: A point of view from morphological analysis
The objective of this study was to determine the most difficult and dominant inflectional form in students' writing as well as the variables that affect how difficult it is for students to comprehend the function of inflectional forms. This study examined inflectional markings in regular and irregular forms of content words. The design of this study was quantitative descriptive with a population taken from the 3rd-semester students of the English Education Study Program of Tadulako University who have enrolled Grammar subject. The sample of this study was 154 students of the 3rd-semester students by using a simple random sampling technique. The instruments to collect the data were a test and a questionnaire. The results of the data analysis show that: (1) the most difficult form of inflectional forms used by the students was suffix -est as superlative degree, (2) the most dominant form of inflectional forms used by the students was the suffix -ing as progressive marker, (3) there were two factors influencing the students’ difficulty in using the function of inflectional forms which were internal factors. The test results indicate that students lack sufficient knowledge of tenses, as they are unable to apply the present, past, or past participle tenses
Canva's efficacy in improving student writing skills
More and more studies on language education are currently considering the use of technology in writing training. Furthermore, the importance of using visual media in EFL lessons has been highlighted by the current study, which aims to help students improve their writing skills. The current study aims to investigate the impact of Canva on students' writing skills. This was accomplished by randomly assigning forty-four Indonesian EFL students—known as the experimental and control groups—to two writing classes. Prior to starting treatment, both groups completed a pre-test. Throughout the sessions, the Communicative Language Teaching (CLT) approach was used to instruct both classes. To help them explore their writing ideas, students in the experimental group were instructed to utilize Canva as a writing medium. After the treatment, a post-test was administered to both groups. The results of the pre-test and post-test were then processed using SPSS with the t test. The results of this test showed that the experimental group that was given treatment got better scores than the control group. After that, interviews were carried out to obtain qualitative data. As a result, each student had positive and negative perceptions
Analisis Tahapan Konseling Pastoral dengan Pendekatan Mindfulness terhadap Remaja Dengan Gangguan Kecemasan
Abstract
Anxiety problems are common and can be felt by every individual. However, when a person experiences anxiety, it can have a negative impact on their survival, both for themselves and for their environment. This study aims to analyze the stages of pastoral counseling with a mindfulness approach to adolescents who often experience anxiety. This research uses the method. Action research (action research). based on the results of the study that the mindfulness approach with deep breathing techniques and visual imagery when applied in the pastoral counseling process guided by the stage of pastoral konseling is effective in minimizing or reducing feelings of anxiety and even fear, giving a sense of relaxation, calm, comfort so that the counselee is better able to control his mind and himself. As a result, adolescents who previously often experienced anxiety when they saw family situations/conditions were in conflict could be minimized by regulating their breathing. This is very important because the anxiety that often strikes can hinder the relationship/relation with the family to be not good
