The effect of sharia compliance and islamic corporate governance on fraud with internal control as moderating variable
The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of Sharia Compliance (IsIR, PSR, IIR, ZPR, EDR) and Islamic Corporate Governance on Fraud with Internal Control as Moderating Variable in Islamic commercial Bank. The sample used in this study was 13 banks with the sampling technique using purpose sampling. The informated used are 65 annual reports received the documentation method. This study use panel data regression and use moderated regression analysis. The result show that the variable IsIR, ZPR and ICG has a negative and significant effect on Fraud. PSR, IIR and EDR has no effect on Fraud. Internal Control can moderate the effect of ICG on Fraud, but cannot moderate the effect of IsIR, PSR, IIR, ZPR and EDR on fraud.Keywords: sharia compliance, islamic corporate governance, fraud, internal contro
Analysis of factors influencing non-Muslims to become customers of Islamic banks
The growth of Islamic banking has begun to infiltrate many sectors of society, attracting the desire of non-Muslim communities to become customers of Islamic banks. The purpose of this study to determine what factors can influence the decisions and interests of non-Muslim communities to become customers in Islamic banks. The sample used in this study amounted to 75 non-Muslim respondents in the Ungaran area with a random sampling technique. The method used is Moderated Regression Analysis. The results show that products and promotions harm decisions, word of mouth and interest have a significant positive effect on non-Muslim community decisions, products and promotions have a positive effect on interest for non-Muslim communities, word of mouth negatively affects interest, interest can mediate products with decisions, interest cannot mediate promotion and word of mouth on decisions
Socio-demographic correlation to zakat participation during the Covid-19 pandemic in Indonesia
The Covid-19 pandemic that has occurred in various countries including Indonesia is a concern for various parties. It seems that it is starting to be felt in various professional backgrounds including in the economy. One of the Islamic financial instruments that can help improve current economic conditions is zakat. This study aims to determine various socio-demographic variables (zone, domicile, age, gender, occupation, latest education, income per month, average expenditure per month). This research was conducted with a descriptive quantitative approach with a total sample size of 396 people with techniques and data through an electronic questionnaire within a period of 1 month. Further data were analyzed by cross tabulation and correlation Pearson (r value). Based on the results of the study, it is known that there are 3 variables, namely: domicile, occupation, and income per month with the frequency of giving zakat during the Covid-19 pandemic
THE EFFECT OF SOCIAL MEDIA MARKETING AND BRAND IMAGE ON LOYALTY WITH TRUST AS A MEDIATION VARIABLE
This study aims to examine the effect of social media marketing and brand image on loyalty with trust as a mediating variable. This research used quantitative research. This study used primary data by distributing questionnaires using google forms which were distributed at BRI Syariah KCP Magelang. The data were analyzed using SPSS tools. The population in this study were BRI Syariah KCP Magelang customers and 100 customers were used as the sample. The results of this study show that social media marketing, brand image, and trust affect loyalty. Trust can mediate social media marketing on loyalty and trust can mediate brand image on loyalty.
Determinant of Qard: Evidence from Indonesian Islamic Rural Banks
This study was conducted to offer an assessment of the qard factors, concerning Indonesian Islamic Rural Banks. To conduct this analysis, data from Indonesian Rural Banks and macroeconomic panels were used. In addition, an approximated generalized method of the moment was also used to report qard determinants from 2012-2022. The results showed that Return on Assets (ROA), Bank Operational Costs to Operating Income (BOPO), and inflation negatively impacted the distribution of qard, while Non-Performing Financing (NPF) variable indicated a positive and significant impact. Valuable recommendations were formulated by comprehending the interplay between profitability ratios and macroeconomic conditions. These recommendations informed the development of products within the context of BPRS and Sharia banking, contributing to rural economic growth through qard financing. This study developed BPRS and Sharia banking products to increase rural economic growth. Qard financing served as an essential resource for individuals who did not meet the eligibility criteria of conventional banks. The adoption and expansion also promoted financial inclusion for marginalized communities
Analisis Kualitas Website terhadap User Experience pada Website Library Garden UPT Pusat Perpustakaan UIN Raden Mas Said Surakarta berdasarkan Teori Shedroff dan Teori Miller
The following research aims to find out the quality analysis carried out on the Library Garden Website on the user experience when using it. In the following research, a qualitative method is used, where the author collects data sourced from interviews, observations, and documentation. The data were then analyzed through the process of data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. Furthermore, the data was tested for validity using the credibility test with the triangulation technique method. The analysis process is carried out using two theories, namely Shedroff Theory and Miller Theory. Website quality can be determined in terms of: content, information design, performance, compatibility, visual design, and interaction design which are summarized in Shedroff Theory. Meanwhile, Miller Theory is used to represent a more specific analysis related to visual design, which consists of parts: header, feature area, body, sidebar, footer, and background. The results of the research show that the Library Garden website has a fairly suboptimal quality in presenting user experience. This is indicated by the many factors that do not match the results of the analysis of the twelve concepts according to Shedroff Theory and Miller Theory; which of course greatly affects the process of searching and disseminating information related to UPT Pusat Perpustakaan UIN Raden Mas Said Surakarta. The results of this study are expected to provide reference advice / input to the UPT Pusat Library UIN Raden Mas Said Surakarta in maximizing management strategies, development, and better utilization of the Library Garden Website in the future
BLOCKCHAIN IMPLEMENTATION TRENDS IN DIGITAL ARCHIVES: BIBLIOMETRIC ANALYSIS
The increasing development of digital archives requires an optimal solution to face challenges in its security aspects. These challenges can be overcome by using blockchain as an encryption that keeps the archive reliable and trustworthy. This study aims to determine the development of scientific article publications that identify the relationship between blockchain and archives. Data was obtained from the database published by Web of Science (WoS) from 2015-2023. The keywords used to obtain appropriate results are “Blockchain” and “Archive” based on topics. Then 106 documents were obtained, namely articles and proceedings papers. The search results were exported in BibTex format and analyzed bibliometrically using the biblioshiny web interface from R Studio software. The results of the analysis show that blockchain-related publications in digital archives are still not very developed. This is because publications have only started since 2015, which is the beginning of innovation in the application of blockchain in digital archives. In addition, it is supported by treemap and wordcloud analysis which did not find the word archive
Pengaruh Religiusitas, Pemahaman Akuntansi Syariah, dan Pertimbangan Pasar Kerja Terhadap Minat Mahasiswa Akuntansi Syariah UIN Salatiga Berkarir Di Lembaga Keuangan Syariah
The purpose of this study was to determine how the influence of religiosity, understanding of sharia accounting and job market considerations on the interest of sharia accounting students at IAIN Salatiga in a career in Islamic financial institutions. This study uses a quantitative descriptive analysis method with a research instrument questionnaire distributed online with the help of Google form. A total of 70 students majoring in Islamic accounting, class 2018 IAIN Salatiga. The data technique in this study uses Multiple Linear Regression analysis. The results of the analysis show that religiosity does not have a significant effect on the interest of sharia accounting students for careers in Islamic financial institutions. while understanding of sharia accounting and labor market considerations have a significant influence on the interest of sharia accounting students in a career in Islamic financial institutions.Keywords: religiosity, understanding accounting sharia, job market considerations, islamic financial institution
KUALITAS LAYANAN ISLAM (CARTER), KEPERCAYAAN DAN CUSTOMER RELATIONSHIP MANAGEMENT TERHADAP LOYALITAS NASABAH DENGAN KEPUASAN SEBAGAI VARIABEL INTERVENING
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kualitas layanan islam (CARTER), kepercayaan dan customer relationship management terhadap loyalitas nasabah dengan kepuasan sebagai variabel intervening. Dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode koantitatif dan primer yang diolah melalui penyebaran kuesioner terhadap nasabah bank BTN Syariah KC Solo. Sampel yang diambil sebanyak 100 responden dengan titik purposive sampling. Kemudian hasil yang diperoleh diolah dengan spss versi 21. Analisis yang digunakan meliputi uji instrumen, uji statistik, uji asumsi klasik dan path analysis (analisis jalur).Berdasarkan hasil pengujian menunjukkan: kualitas layanan islam (CARTER) berpengaruh tidak signifikan terhadap loyalitas nasabah, kepercayaan berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap loyalitas nasabah, customer relationship management berpengaruh tidak signifikan, kepuasan berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap loyalitas nasabah, kualitas layanan islam (carter) berpengaruh positif tidak signifikan terhadap kepuasan, kepercayaan berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kepuasan, customer relationship management berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kepuasan, kepuasan tidak mampu memediasi pengaruh kualitas layanan islam (CARTER) terahadap loyalitas nasabah, kepuasan tidak mampu memediasi pengaruh kepercayaan terhadap loyalitas nasabah, kepuasan mampu memediasi pengaruh customer relationship management terhadap loyalitas nasabah
Dampak Rasio Likuiditas Terhadap Tingkat Profitabilitas Pada Bank Umum Syariah (BUS) Periode 2016-2020
Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis rasio likuiditas terhadap tingkat profabilitas pada Bank Umum Syariah (BUS). Jenis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data sekunder, dimana data sekunder ini menggunakan laporan tahunan periode 2016-2020. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah laporan Bank Umum Syariah, sampel yang digunakan dilihat dari laporan keuangan periode 2016 - 2020 berjumlah 23 laporan keuangan tahunan. Teknik penentuan sampel menggunakan sampel random sederhana (simple random sampling). Variable dalam penelitian ini adalah rasio likuiditas terdiri dari Financial Debet Ratio (FDR), Ratio of Liquis Asset to Total Assets (LTA), Ratio of Liquid Assets to Deposits (LAD) sebagai variable independent dan tingkat profitabilitas ( ROA ) sebagai variable dependent. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa FDR tidak memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap profitabilitas Bank Umum Syariah, LTA dan LAD memiliki pengaruh yang positif dan tidak signifikan terhadap profitabilitas pada Bank Umum Syaria
