The result of this research is an Android-based Scheduler Mobile document archiving application that has been made based on the steps in the prototype method. Testing using Black Box and Flutter DevTools is done to find out the results of the application that has been made. Black Box and Flutter DevTools testing results show that the application can run as expected

PERFORMANCE OF THE YOLOV5 ALGORITHM TO DETECT HUMANS IN THE REAR EXCAVATOR AREA

    No full text
Work involving excavators carries a high risk of accidents that can result in fatalities, making Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) critically important. Most excavator accidents are caused by blind spots at the rear, where the operator's limited field of view increases the risk of hitting nearby objects or workers. Despite safety features such as reverse alarms and rear cameras, these technologies only display real-time video without automatically detecting workers, thus still posing a significant risk. This study aims to develop a human detection system for the rear area of excavators using the YOLOv5 algorithm based on image processing. The system's main features include real-time human detection, distance estimation, and audible warnings if a human is detected within a high-risk distance. The system was tested using three video recordings depicting human objects behind the excavator in different scenarios. Despite the limited number of video samples, the human objects provided sufficient complexity to evaluate the system's effectiveness. The test results showed an average accuracy of 80.5% and an F1-score of 87.78%. These findings indicate that the YOLOv5-based detection system performs well in various video conditions and shows potential effectiveness in real operational situations. Consequently, this system is expected to reduce the risk of work accidents with excavators caused by rear blind spots and improve on-site worker safety. This research contributes to the field of occupational safety by integrating image processing algorithms into the development of heavy equipment safety technology, thereby enhancing worker protection

Bening Water Depo involves in selling mineral water and refill water and trading with partner entities in the water sector. In the activities of inventory management and storage as well as recording of sales, problems are found because the management of inventory recording and recording of sales made in stores often experiences data loss caused by inventory recording still in paper form or you can say it is still doing manual recording, which has the possibility of collecting lost, damaged paper, or the recorded data cannot be read clearly. The urgency is to track expenses and income if the activity in the store is too crowded and records are still in paper form. The Extreme Programming method is used in this study. Steps of the extreme programming methodology cover the application planning phase, the application design phase, the application coding phase, and finally the application testing phase by doing blackbox testing to test the functional of the system. Results of this study are a website-based inventory application with several types of features including incoming and outgoing data management, then recording goods data, customer recording, recording incoming goods transactions, outgoing transaction reports, incoming goods reports, commodity data reports, customer data reporting, as well as book reports that include sales transaction reports, reseller sales reports, and purchase or restock reports. Implementing an inventory application in a gallon drinking water business can increase operational efficiency, improve customer service, and help in making better decisions for sustainable business growth

PERFORMANCE OF ROBUST SUPPORT VECTOR MACHINE CLASSIFICATION MODEL ON BALANCED, IMBALANCED AND OUTLIERS DATASETS

    No full text
In the realm of machine learning, classification models are important for identifying patterns and grouping data. Support Vector Machine (SVM) and Robust SVM are two types of models that are often used. SVM works by finding an optimal hyperplane to separate data classes, while Robust SVM is designed to deal with uncertainty and noise in the data, making it more resistant to outliers. However, SVM has limitations in dealing with class imbalance and outliers in the dataset. Class imbalance makes the model tend to predict the majority class, and outliers can interfere with model formation. This research compares the performance of SVM and Robust SVM on normal, unbalanced and outlier datasets. The software uses Python and Scikit-learn for implementation and comparison of the two models. Key features include automatic data preprocessing, model training, and evaluation with metrics such as accuracy, precision, recall, and F1 score. The results show that Robust SVM is superior in accuracy on normal datasets and is very effective in dealing with class imbalance, achieving a maximum accuracy of 100%. On datasets with outliers, Robust SVM maintains stable accuracy, demonstrating its robustness to outliers. This research contributes to correspondence management by providing more reliable classification models, improving data processing accuracy, and supporting more informed decision making in software developmen
