Pengaruh Budaya Organisasi dan Etos Kerja terhadap Produktivitas Kerja Melalui Motivasi Kerja Sebagai Varibel Intervening pada PT Makin Group Tbk Tebo
This study aims to analyze the description of organizational culture, work ethic, work motivation and employee work productivity at PT. Makin Group and analyze the influence of organizational culture and work ethic on employee work productivity through work motivation as an intervening variable at PT. Makin Group. This type of research uses descriptive verification research. The objects of this research are organizational culture, work ethic, work motivation and employee work productivity. This research uses the PLS analysis method. Based on data processing, Organizational Culture is in the high category. Then the work ethic shows a fairly high category. Furthermore, work motivation shows in the High category. Meanwhile, work productivity shows a fairly high category. Based on the research results, organizational culture does not have a significant effect on employee work motivation. Work ethic has a significant and positive effect on employee work motivation. Organizational culture does not have a significant and negative effect on employee work productivity. Work ethic has a positive and significant effect on employee work productivity. Work motivation has a positive and significant effect on work productivity. Organizational culture has no significant effect on work productivity with work motivation as an employee intervening variable and work ethic has a significant and positive effect on work productivity with work motivation as an employee intervening variable
Analisis Inflation Targeting di Indonesia
Inflation targeting is a policy strategy in which inflation is set as the primary objective of monetary policy implementation. Indonesia began adopting this policy framework in 2005. Various economic factors can influence the success of achieving inflation in line with the targets set by the government. Coordination among economic institutions, particularly in the monetary and fiscal sectors, plays a significant role in supporting the achievement of these inflation targets. This study aims to analyze the influence of monetary variables namely the BI-7 Day Reverse Repo Rate, previous period inflation, and the exchange rate as well as fiscal variables, including economic growth, population size, and government expenditure, on the achievement of inflation targets in Indonesia from 2005 to 2021. The method used in this research is multiple linear regression analysis. The results show that monetary and fiscal variables such as the BI-7 Day Reverse Repo Rate, previous period inflation, and population size have a negative effect on inflation targeting. In contrast, the exchange rate and government expenditure positively influence inflation targeting. However, economic growth in Indonesia during the 2005–2021 period does not have a significant effect on inflation targeting
Pengaruh Pemberian Reward dan Punishment terhadap Kinerja Karyawan pada PT. Rukun Mitra Sejati Jambi
This study aims to determine the effect of reward and performance punishment on employees at PT. Jambi True Partner Pillars.The types of data used in this study are primary data and secondary data which are descriptive and quantitative regarding Reward, Punishment and Employee Performance. the data in this study were obtained from PT. Jambi True Partner Pillars.The sample of this research is a company employee engaged in the distribution of food goods. By using the method of interviews, observation and questionnaires. All employees must meet the requirements as a research sample with a total of 42 employees. The analytical tool used in this study is multiple linear regression analysis.The results of this study indicate that: Reward has a significant effect on Employee Performance, Punishment has a significant effect on Employee Performance, Reward and Punishment have a significant effect on Employee Performance.Based on the research results, it can be concluded that performance reward and punishment for employees simultaneously have a significant effect where Fcountgreater than Ftable (34.765 > 3.24). And partially the reward (X1) is 0.299, where the value of tcount is greater than ttable (3.453 > 2.024). with a significance value of 0.001 2.024) with a significance value of 0.000 <0.05. And a constant of 2,174, the performance of employees at PT. The Rukun Mitra Sejati Jambi experienced an increase of 2,174. So, Reward and Punishment have a significant effect on Employee Performance
Pengaruh Citra Merek terhadap Niat Beli Produk Perawatan Kulit Cosrx Konsumen Muslim
The paradigm shift in skincare has undergone a significant transformation—not merely as a functional necessity but also as an expression of identity and cultural pride. Amid globalization and the rise of social media that intensify awareness of personal appearance, the Muslim community has increasingly contributed to shaping beauty trends aligned with their values. This study aims to examine the influence of brand image on the purchase intention of “Cosrx” Korean skincare products among Muslim consumers. A quantitative approach was employed using a survey as the primary data collection method. The results reveal that the brand image of Cosrx significantly and positively affects consumers' purchase intentions. An increase in positive perceptions of the Cosrx brand image is directly correlated with a stronger intention to purchase the product. This finding underscores the importance of strengthening brand image as a strategic effort to enhance consumer interest, particularly within the Muslim market segment. The study offers insights for cosmetic brands seeking to expand their presence in religiously conscious markets by aligning brand values with consumer beliefs and preferences
Optimalisasi Peran Peer-To-Peer Lending Syariah dalam Meningkatkan Kesejahteraan UMKM di Kabupaten Probolinggo: Pendekatan Inklusif di Era Digital
The development of Islamic financial technology has opened new opportunities to support the growth of Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in Indonesia, particularly in Probolinggo Regency. One rapidly growing instrument is Sharia Peer-to-Peer (P2P) Lending, which offers interest-free financing access through digital platforms. This study aims to analyze the role, challenges, and optimization strategies of Sharia P2P Lending in improving MSME welfare through an inclusive approach in the digital era. The approach used is qualitative descriptive-explorative, with data collection techniques including in-depth interviews, observations, and documentation. Informants consist of MSME actors, Sharia P2P lending platform managers, the Office of Cooperatives and MSMEs, and Islamic financial institutions in Probolinggo Regency. The research findings show that Sharia P2P Lending plays a significant role in expanding financing access, especially in terms of contract flexibility, simplified procedures, and compliance with sharia principles. However, its implementation still faces challenges such as low financial and digital literacy, limited outreach, and inadequate technological infrastructure. Optimal implementation has proven to enhance the production capacity, marketing, and economic welfare of MSME actors. This study offers strategic contributions through proposals to strengthen digital literacy and regulatory support as a foundation for inclusive and sustainable growth of Sharia P2P Lending. Future research is recommended to explore risk mitigation models in Sharia P2P Lending and the role of local institutions and communities in expanding its impact on MSME economic empowerment
Pengaruh Pengembangan Karir dan Kepuasan Kerja terhadap Kinerja Karyawan Pada PT. Korea Tomorrow & Global Kota Jambi
The importance of human resource management to get employees withgood performance, companies must try to meet the needs of their employees. This can be done through career deveploment and employee job satisfaction. This research aims to: 1) To describe career deveploment, job satisfaction, and employee performance at PT. Korea Tomorrow & Global Jambi City; 2) To determine and analyze the influence of career deveploment and job saticfaction on employee performance at PT. Korea Tomorrow & Global Jambi City partially; 3) To determine and analyze the influence of career deveploment and job saticfaction on employee performance at PT. Korea Tomorrow & Global Jambi City simultaneously. The method used in this research is a descriptive quantitative method with research sample using the cencus method, namely the entire population is sampled as 44 peoples at PT. Korea Tomorrow & Global Jambi City. The data collected was in the form of a questionnaire using a likert scale. To answer the research objectives, researchers used descriptive analysis and multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the research show that the career deveploment variable with a t count > t table (2,428 > 2,01954) and the job satisfaction variable with a t count > t table (3,273 > 2,01954). The multiple linear regression value is Y=4,683+0,428X1+0,395X2+e and the Coefficient of Determination () value is 26,7%, while 73,e% can be explained by other variables not examined in this study. Therefore, Career Deveploment and Job Satisfaction partially have a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance at PT. Korea Tomorrow & Global Jambi City. Career Deveploment and Job Satisfaction simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance at PT. Korea Tomorrow & Global Jambi City
Pengaruh Kepemimpinan dan Lingkungan Kerja Fisik terhadap Kinerja pegawai Dinas PUPR Provinsi Jambi
The title of this study is the influence of Leadership and Physical Work Environment on the Performance of Employees of the PUPR Service of Jambi Province. The purpose of this study is to determine and analyze the influence of Leadership and Physical Work Environment on the Performance of Employees of the PUPR Service of Jambi Province. This research is included in descriptive analysis research using quantitative methods to test the hypothesis, the sample of this research amounted to 72 people using the Slovin method to determine the size or number of samples needed with the condition of a relatively large population. Department of Pekerjaan Umum dan Penataan Ruang (PUPR). Implementation of government affairs and public services in the field of public works and public housing which functions as guidance and implementation of spatial planning, irrigation, construction, housing and residential areas. Multiple linear regression model with results Y = 77.743 + 0.396 X1 +0.354 X2 Leadership (X1) of 0.396 and Physical Work Environment (X2) of 0.354. The conclusion of this study shows that Leadership and Physical Work Environment have a positive and significant effect. So it can be interpreted that Leadership and Physical Work Environment affect employee performance by 44.2% and the rest is influenced by other variables
Analisis Komparasi Harga Saham Syariah pada Perusahaan Makanan dan Minuman yang Terdaftar Di ISSI/JII Periode Sebelum Covid, Saat Covid, dan Sesudah Covid (2018-2023)
The COVID-19 pandemic has disrupted global economic stability, including the capital market sector. This study aims to analyze the differences in sharia stock prices of food and beverage companies listed on ISSI and JII across three periods: before the pandemic (2018–2019), during the pandemic (2020–2021), and after the pandemic (2022–2023), as well as to evaluate their recovery patterns. A quantitative approach with descriptive-comparative analysis was employed. Data were obtained from the Indonesia Stock Exchange reports and company financial statements. Data analysis began with a normality test using the Shapiro-Wilk method and a homogeneity of variance test using Levene’s Test. Based on the assumption tests, One-Way ANOVA was used to examine the differences in average stock prices across the periods. The results show significant differences in sharia stock prices among the three periods, particularly between during and after the pandemic. These findings indicate that the food and beverage sector demonstrated relatively strong resilience during the crisis and experienced positive recovery post-pandemic. The study recommends this sector as a stable sharia investment alternative in times of economic uncertainty and encourages companies to continue innovating and adapting to changing consumption patterns
Pengaruh Inflasi, Kurs, Ekspor, Impor dan Investasi terhadap Pertumbuhan Ekonomi Indonesia Periode 2010-2023
Economic Growth is an important phenomenon for a nation, the problem of economic growth can be viewed as a long-term problem. Economic growth is the goal of the nation so that it can also increase National Development which can improve the quality of Indonesian people and society which is carried out sustainably based on national capabilities. Economic growth is an important indicator in measuring the level of community welfare. Economic growth as a measure of the economic activity of the community in generating additional income in a certain period. The purpose of this study is to test Inflation, Exchange Rates and Import Export Values and Investment on Indonesia's Economic Growth in the Period 2010-2022 simultaneously and partially. This research technique uses a quantitative descriptive approach, and the Multiple Linear Regression analysis tool is useful in determining the relationship between independent variables and dependent variables. And SPSS version 25 is a tool used to analyze research data. The tests carried out are the F test for the hypothesis, the t test for the hypothesis, and the coefficient of determination (R2). Judging from its geographical location, Indonesia is located between two continents (the Australian Continent and the Asian Continent) and between two oceans (the Indian and Pacific). Indonesia is one of the largest archipelagic countries, in addition, Indonesia's land area consists of tropical rainforests, although currently Indonesia's forest area has decreased, the total area is 1,904,569 km2, with a comparison of land area of 1,811,569 km2 and water area of 93,000 km2. Based on the results of this study, simultaneously based on the F test, it is known that Inflation, Exchange Rates and Import Export Values and Investment have a significant effect on Indonesia's Economic Growth. Because the calculated F value is greater than the F table (5.217> 3.69). And partially based on the t-test, exports, imports and investment have a significant effect on economic growth because the calculated t is greater than the t table. The R Square value of 0.762 explains that the X variables exports, imports and investment affect the Y variable (economic growth) by 0.599 or 76.20%

The purpose of this study is to know and describe the picture of work skills, work environment and work productivity of employees at PT. Wahana Lestari Makmur Success. To determine and analyze the effect of work skills and work environment on employee work productivity partially at PT. Wahana Lestari Makmur Success. To determine and analyze the effect of work skills and work environment on employee work productivity simultaneously at PT. Wahana Lestari Makmur Success. The research methodology used is qualitative descriptive analysis method and quantitative, the type of data used is primary data with questionnaire questionnaires. The analysis method used multiple linear regression analysis. This study used a population of 50 respondents. Hypothesis testing was performed using statistical f test and statistical t test. PT. Wahana Lestari Makmur Sukses was established in 2009 which has a business license for the utilization of timber forest products in industrial plantation forests that have a land area of 14,010 hectares in Musi Banyuasin Regency, South Sumatra Province. The company's production is to produce the largest and leading acacia tree in Indonesia. Based on the results of the study, the average answer score of 215.8 means that work skills are valued very high by employees, the average score of respondents' answers is 215.5 means that the work environment is rated very high by employees. The average score of respondents' answers of 209.8 means that work productivity is rated high by employees. The conclusion in this study is that work skills and work environment together have a significant effect on employee work productivity at PT. Wahana Lestari Makmur. Work skills have a positive effect on employee productivity at PT. Wahana Lestari Makmur, and the work environment positively affect the work productivity of employees at PT. Wahana Lestari Makmur. Employee work productivity was able to explain the variables of work skills and work environment by 66.80%, and the remaining 33.20% was explained by other variables outside the study
