Damage Analysis In SMP (S Mode Processing) And Installation Of RMM (Radar Maintenance Monitoring) Radar MSSR Mode S

As the technology grows rapidly, the aviation keep developing in its servent. On Perum LPPNPI Palembang, equipped with Flight Surveillance Facility MSSR Mode S Radar which works to detect the airplane position arounds by sending the interrogation pulse to gain distance information, velocity, altitude, and airplane identity after the transponder sending the reply pulse. The S Mode Processing (SMP) and the Radar Maintenance Monitoring (RMM) is used by the radar to process the reply pulse form the transponder. This study focuses on the alarm SMP indicator in the RCMS and the PC monitor data radar viewer which not operating. This study was designed with analysis method and checking method. The data was gained from the analysis of voltage value on each part of the PC. Problem solving conducted suitable with the valid SOP on Perum LPPNPI Palembang. The study result is replacing the battered motherboard on SMP PCU and reconfigurating the motherboard to operate as RMM PCU suitable with the procedure on Manual Book Radar MSSR Mode S Eldis

Being Awareness Ecology Citizenship Through Waste Bank Management (Study In Community Enzyme Indonesian Service)

This study about form awareness ecology citizenship through waste bank management in the Community Enzyme Indonesian Service. The goal study is For understand how is the waste bank in the Community Enzyme Bakti Indonesia contributes to awareness ecology citizens as well How its management influence perception and behavior they to environment. Method used is qualitative studies case. Data collection was carried out with  interview in-depth, observation participatory, and documentation. Data is collected from waste bank members and stakeholders interest related. Analysis qualitative show that the waste bank in the Community Enzyme Bakti Indonesia does not only role as means management trash, but also as receptacle For build awareness ecology citizenship. Through participation in activity management rubbish in the Community Enzyme Bakti Indonesia, member of the waste bank develop more understanding in about importance guard environment. They also experience it change behavior, such as practice cycle repetition and subtraction rubbish plastic. : In pursuit of bolstering environmental consciousness, the integration of Eco-linguistic themes into English for Specific Purposes (ESP) classes emerges as a crucial pedagogical strategy. This study aims to explore the potential merits of embedding ESP within environmental education curricula, particularly in Higher Schools of Technology (HST), with a specific focus on augmenting students' comprehension of intricate ecological concepts and nurturing a new cadre of environmentally aware professionals. Given the imperative for effective interdisciplinary communication in tackling environmental issues, ESP, tailored to the language needs of environmental science, policy, and conservation, offers promise in furnishing students with the specialized language proficiency essential for precise communication within the field. The research endeavors to assess the extent to which ESP aids HST students in grasping complex ecological concepts that often necessitate technical terminology and nuanced language usage. Employing a mixed-methods approach, the study combines qualitative scrutiny of curriculum design and instructional methodologies with quantitative evaluation of students' language proficiency and comprehension of ecological principles. Educational institutions integrating ESP into their environmental education programs will be chosen as case studies. Interviews with educators and students, coupled with language assessment data, will furnish insights into the efficacy of ESP in enhancing language skills and fostering deeper comprehension of environmental content. Anticipated outcomes encompass a deeper understanding of ESP's impact on students' language proficiency and ecological acumen, as well as the identification of effective strategies for integrating ESP into environmental education. The Phenomenon Of Community Diseases (Beggars) On The Seafront Of Padang Beach

Community ills such as beggars on the waterfront (seaside) in Padang are a social issue that requires special attention.  This research aims to determine the factors that cause the presence of beggars on Padang beaches, the factors that cause beggars to quit their profession, the life patterns of beggars on Padang beaches, and the impact that beggars have on visitors to Padang beaches.  The research method used is a qualitative approach using observation, interview and documentation study techniques.  The socio-economic impact that arises is the emergence of social inequality, decreased community productivity, and an increase in the government's burden in dealing with these social problems.  Comprehensive efforts are needed from the government and community to overcome the phenomenon of begging on the Padang seafront, such as empowering the community's economy, increasing access to education and skills training, as well as strict law enforcement

PENGARUH PENDIDIKAN KEWIRAUSAHAAN, SELF EFFICACY, LOCUS OF CONTROL, INOVASI, LITERASI DIGITAL DAN LINGKUNGAN KELUARGA TERHADAP MINAT BERWIRAUSAHA PENDUDUK KOTA PADANG

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui (1) pengaruh Pendidikan kewirausahaan terhadap minat bewrirausaha penduduk Kota Padang (2) pengaruh self efficacy terhadap Minat Berwirausaha penduduk Kota Padang (3) pengaruh locus of control terhadap minat berwirausaha penduduk Kota Padang (4) pengaruh inovasi terhadp minat berwirausaha penduduk Kota Padang (5) pengaruh literasi digital terhadap minat berwirausaha penduduk Kota Padang (6) pengaruh lingkungan keluarga terhadap minat berwirausaha penduduk Kota Padang. Waktu penelitian ini adalah pada bulan Februari 2024. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian asosiatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah penduduk Kota Padang. Sampel berjumlah 90 orang dengan teknik pengambilan sampel berupa Cluster Random Sampling. Instrumen penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kuesioner (angket) tertutup dengan pengujian analisis regresi linear berganda. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah teknik analisis deskriptif dan induktif, dengan bantuan program Eviews 10 dan SPSS versi 25.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa : (1) pendidikan kewirausahaan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap minat berwirausaha. Nilai koefisien tertinggi terdapat pada kelompok sampel umur menengah sebesar 0,721 dengan diperoleh nilai thitung 7,131 > ttabel 1,66196 dengan nilai signifikan 0,000 ttabel 1,66196 dengan nilai signifikan 0,000 ttabel 1,66196 dengan nilai signifikan 0,000 ttabel 1,66196 nilai signifikan 0,000 0,05. STUDENTS’ PERCEPTION ON THE USE OF AI IN ENGLISH LANGUAGE LEARNING

This research paper aims to investigate students' perceptions regarding the integration of Artificial Intelligence (AI) in English language learning. With the increasing prevalence of AI technology in educational settings, understanding how students perceive its role in enhancing language acquisition is of paramount importance. This study employed a qualitative approach with narrative inquiry method, to explore students' attitudes, beliefs, and experiences related to AI integration in their English learning journey. The participants of this study were 20 students from Accounting, Management and Islamic Economic from Faculty of Economic and Business Universitas Muhammadiyah Lamongan. The findings from this research shed light on the benefits, challenges, and potential areas of improvement in utilizing AI for English language learning. The result shows that this study reflect a generally positive attitude toward the integration of AI in English language learning. Participants recognized the potential benefits of AI, such as personalized learning pathways, instant feedback, and enhanced practice opportunities. The activities carried out by KWT aim to improve members' skills which can increase family income. The activity that has been underway is cultivating secondary crops. The palalawi harvest has been marketed to members and communities around the KWT location. Even though KWT has produced agricultural products in the form of cassava leaves, kale, spinach, etc., the results obtained have not been able to improve the family's economy significantly. For this reason, it is necessary to try other activities that can increase the family income of KWT members. One of the businesses planned to be carried out is an agricultural business. The planned business development into the agricultural sector is the manufacture of eco-enzymes. Making eco-enzymes can be done with not too much capital because it only uses organic household waste. For this reason, the service team provides KWT guidance in making eco-enzymes. This is in accordance with KWT Bunda Atirah's needs in developing business innovation towards agriculture. Planning of Guidance and Counseling Service Programs to Improve the Achievement of Student Development Tasks in State Senior High School 1 Kinali

This research is motivated by students who lack independence in following the learning process, limited interaction during face-to-face learning, and some students who have difficulty accepting their own physical condition. The objectives of this study are to describe 1) The achievement of student development tasks at State Senior High School 1 Kinali, and 2) The planning of guidance and counseling programs to enhance the achievement of student development tasks at State Senior High School 1 Kinali. This research was conducted using a research and development method with a population of 302 students, and the sample consisted of 31 students from class XI Phase F 9. The instrument used was the Inventory of Developmental Tasks. Data analysis was performed using Developmental Task Analysis Software. The research results are as follows: 1) The achievement of student developmental tasks (Study in class XI Phase F 9) is generally in the category of self-awareness development level. 2) The planning of guidance and counseling programs to enhance the achievement of student developmental tasks at State Senior High School 1 Kinali includes services such as information services, group counseling services, collaborative services, and bibliotherapy services. Based on the results of the research, recommendations can be made for students to identify unfulfilled developmental tasks and use this research as a guide for improvement
