    Penetapan Kadar Ekstrak etanol Bunga Pinang (Areca catechu L) dengan Metode Spektrofotometer Uv-Vis

    ABSTRAK Antioksidan merupakan suatu senyawa yang dapat menetralkan efek buruk dari radikal bebas didalam tubuh. Bunga Pinang diketahui memiliki antioksida yang sangat kuat. Kandungan yang terdapat pada bunga pinang positif mengandung senyawa alkaloid, flavonoid, steroid, tannin, dan saponin. Flavonoid adalah metabolit sekunder dari polifenol, ditemukan secara luas pada tanaman serta makanan dan memiliki berbagai efek bioaktif termasuk anti virus, anti-inflamasi, penetapan kadar flavonoid dengan menggunakan metode spektrofotometer UV-Vis. Tujuan untuk mengetahau kadar flavonoid dari ekstrak etanol pada bunga pinang (Areca catrchu L)  dengan menggunakan metode spektrofotometer Uv-Vis Metode pada penelitian ini ekstraksi menggunakan metode ekstrak maserasi menggunakan pelaruyt etanol 96%. Hasil ekstrak dikentalkan menggunakan rotary evaporator  lalu dilakukan prenggujian kadar flavonoid menggunakan spektrofotometer Uv-Vis. hasil hasil penelitian pada penentuan jumlah kadar pada ekstrak etanol bunga pinang (Areca catechu L) menggunakan spektrofotometer Uv-Vis diperoleh hasil kadar flavonoid sampel sebesar 4,71 mg QE/g. 4,71%. Dan simpulan: Berdasarkan hasil penentuan kadar flavonoid bunga pinang (Areca catechu L) positif mengandung senyawa flavonoid dengan penetapan kadar spektrofotometer Uv-Vis sebesar 4,71mg QE/g. Areca is known to have very strong antioxidants. The ingredients contained in areca flowers positively contain alkaloids, flavonoids, steroids, tannins, and saponins. Flavonoids are secondary metabolites of polyphenols, found widely in plants and foods and have various bioactive effects including anti-viral, anti-inflammatory, using the UV-Vis objective: determine the levels of flavonoids from the ethanol extract of areca flower (Areca cetechu L.) using the UV-Vis spectrophotometer method methods In this study using the maceration extract method using 96% ethanol solvent. The extract results were thickened using a rotary evaporator, then the flavonoid levels were tested usinga Uv-Vis Spectrophotometer  results the results of the research on determining the total concentration of areca flower (Areca catechu L.) ethanol extract using UV-Vis spectrophotometry showed that the sample flavonoid contet was 4,71 mg QE/g 4,71% conclusion based on the result of determining the levels of areca flower (Areca catechu L.) of 4,71 mg QE/g.     Influenza virus is a common respiratory tract infection with mild to severe clinical manifestations. Influenza and COVID-19 produce similar clinical symptoms and affect the same groups, namely age, gender and high-risk groups. Influenza vaccine effectiveness varies by group by about 40-60%. Individuals who get the influenza vaccine receive protection against COVID-19. The method used for sampling in the population is a simple random sampling method. The total number of respondents is 61 employees of the High Court of Central Kalimantan Province in 2020 and 2021 who have met the inclusion and exclusion criteria. The conclusion of this study is that there is a significant relationship between the administration of the influenza vaccine and the severity of the COVID-19 disease.Influenza virus is a common respiratory tract infection with mild to severe clinical manifestations.     Currently, the use of regular BOS funds during the pandemic makes schools have to allocate a special budget to meet the facilities and infrastructure in schools. With the emergence of Covid-19, it poses a threat to all sectors in the world. In the world of education, one of them, this is very influential in the implementation of education in Indonesia. The Government of Indonesia issued a Joint Circular Letter of the Minister of Home Affairs and the Minister of Education and Culture Number 907/6479/SJ Number 7 of 2021 concerning the Integration of Information Systems for the Management of School Operational Assistance Funds that in the context of controlling development planning, implementation, evaluation and control of national development as mandated by Presidential Regulation Number 39 of 2019 concerning One Indonesian Data and taking into account the Regulation of the Minister of Home Affairs Number 24 of 2020 concerning the Management of School Operational Assistance Funds. This study aims to describe the Management of School Operational Assistance Funds (BOS) at SMA Negeri 4 Palangka Raya during the pandemic period of the 2021 academic year. The management in question includes: (1) Planning of BOS Funds at SMA Negeri 4 Palangka Raya, (2) Implementation of the Use of Funds BOS at SMA Negeri 4 Palangka Raya, and (3) Supervision of BOS funds at SMA Negeri 4 Palangka Raya. Related to the BOS technical guidelines the principles of effectiveness, flexibility and transparency. This research is a qualitative descriptive study. The location of this research is SMA Negeri 4 Palangka Raya, Jalan Sisingamangaraja Palangkaraya, Central Kalimantan. The research subjects included school principals, treasurers, and school committee members. Data collection techniques used are through observation, interviews and documentation. The data analysis technique used is descriptive data analysis.     This study aims to examine the effect of original local government revenue on capital expenditure in 34 provinces in Indonesia. This type of reaserch is quantitative using secondary data on the SIKD djpk.kemenkeu.go.id as portal website. The size of sample is 34 provinces in Indonesia with an observation period in 2022. The analysis method in this study used simple linear regression analysis with SPSS 26 program. Research results show that original local government revenue has a positive effect on capital expenditure.     This study aims to analyze the effect, capital, land area, labor on the income of modern farmers (Hydroponics) in Palangkaraya City. The research method used in this study is a quantitative approach method and uses primary data sourced from hydroponic farmers in the research location obtained by interviewing respondents, Palangkaraya City. Data were analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis methods. The results of this study indicate that capital and land area have a positive and significant effect on the income of modern farmers (Hydroponics) in Palangkaraya City, labor has a positive and insignificant effect on the income of modern farmers (Hydroponics) in Palangkaraya City. From the results of this analysis, it can be suggested that the Palangkaraya City government helps hydroponic farmers who want to start modern hydroponic agriculture in Palangkaraya City by lending capital to farmers who want to start hydroponic farming but lack capital, for small land areas, farmers can plant hydroponic crops in stages so that the harvest yields more, workers should use the family so that income does not decreas

The finding shows that creative writing is an innovative writing style that emphasizes narrative, character development, opinions, and non-formal language styles. It involves expressing ideas and imagination in various forms of fiction and nonfiction and requires the ability to build the reader\u27s imagination and research skills such as poetry, short stories, novels, epics, short stories, fairy tales, drama scripts, film scenarios, song lyrics, television scripts, advertising scripts, popular articles, opinions, news, etc. It also attracts attention and entertains readers, requiring the author\u27s ability to build the reader\u27s imagination. Creative writing in English is a rewarding activity that increases students’ creativity, trains their imagination, and improves their English skills. To improve creative writing skills, students should read diverse literary works, practice regular writing, explore different language styles, use writing prompts, and accept feedback from friends or teachers. Mastering these skills in English can lead to self-expression, imagination, language and vocabulary improvement, and effectively conveying messages.     The objective of this study is to examine the impact of fuel costs, interest rates, and exchange rates on both inflation and economic growth in the province of Central Kalimantan. The research use path analysis as the methodology. Path analysis is a technique employed to ascertain the direct and indirect association between the independent factors and the dependent variable while considering the presence of a mediating variable. The data utilized in this investigation is classified as secondary data. The data are sourced from publications by the Central Statistics Agency (BPS), Bank Indonesia (BI), and Pertamina. The research employed the Path Analysis methodology. The findings of this study suggest that fuel prices exert a direct, positive, and statistically significant impact on inflation. Interest rates exert a direct and substantial impact on inflation. The Exchange Rate has a direct and negligible impact on Inflation. Fuel prices exert a direct and substantial impact on economic growth. Interest rates exert a direct and negligible impact on economic growth. The Exchange Rate exerts a direct and substantial adverse impact on Economic Growth. Inflation exerts a direct and substantial adverse impact on economic growth.     Kecelakaan lalu lintas merupakan kejadian yang sulit untuk diprediksi kapan dan dimana akan terjadi. Kasus kecelakaan lalu lintas di Indonesia merupakan terbilang cukup besar. Jika dilihat berdasarkan data dari Badan Pusat Statistik selama tahun 2019 sampai dengan 2021 rata-rata kecelakaan lalu lintas mencapai seratus ribu kasus setiap tahunnya. Khususnya di Kota Samarinda yang merupakan Ibukota Provinsi Kalimantan Timur menempati urutan tertinggi pada tahun 2020 dibandingkan beberapa kabupaten/kota lainnya yang berada di Provinsi Kalimantan Timur. Berdasarkan fakta tersebut kasus kecelakaan lalu lintas perlu untuk ditangani sehingga dapat meminimalisir korban kecelakaan. Salah satu teknik data mining yang digunakan untuk melihat pola kecelakaan lalu lintas yaitu dengan menggunakan metode klasifikasi berbasis pohon keputusan. Salah satu metode klasifikasi berbasis pohon keputusan adalah algoritma QUEST. Algoritma QUEST (Quick, Unbiased, Efficient, and Statistical Tree) sebagai metode berbasis pohon keputusan dapat digunakan untuk mengklasifikasikan status korban kecelakaan lalu lintas. Berdasarkan analisis data diperoleh hasil akurasi terbaik dari proporsi data 70:30 dalam mengklasifikasikan status korban kecelakaan lalu lintas yaitu sebesar 54,54% dengan nilai F1-Score sebesar 42,86%

    . Chilli sauce is a food additive that is served by many food vendors. Chili sauce could be contaminated by microbial contamination. To know food safety according to Peraturan Badan Pengawas Obat dan Makanan Nomor 13 Tahun 2019 Tentang Batas Maksimal Cemaran Mikroba Dalam Pangan Olahan a test has been conducted a Plate Count Test (PCA) and identyfying the existence of bacteria Salmonella typhi. The study is to find out the food safety microbiological bye measuring microbial contaminatio using PCA method and identification of Salmonella typhi. Using PCA method and identyfying the the existence of bacteria Salmonella typhi with selective media Salmonella Sgigella Agar (SSA) and gram staining. Identified 2 from 7 chilli sauce samples which are not qualified for quality standard of Peraturan Badan Pengawas Obat dan Makanan Nomor 13 Tahun 2019 Tentang Batas Maksimal Cemaran Mikroba Dalam Pangan Olahan and Salmonella typhi has not been found. Microbial contamination has been found on 2 samples which exceed the maximum limit and the existance of Salmonella typhi has not been discovered according to Peraturan Badan Pengawas Obat dan Makanan Nomor 13 Tahun 2019 Tentang Batas Maksimal Cemaran Mikroba Dalam Pangan Olahan.  Saus cabai adalah salah satu bahan tambahan pangan yang banyak disajikan pedagang jajanan. Saus cabai dapat terkontaminasi cemaran mikroba. Untuk mengetahui keamanan pangan sesuai Peraturan Badan Pengawas Obat dan Makanan Nomor 13 Tahun 2019 Tentang Batas Maksimal Cemaran Mikroba Dalam Pangan Olahan dilakukan pengujian cemaran Angka Lempeng Total (ALT) dan identifikasi keberadaan bakteri S. typhi menggunakan media Salmonella Shigella Agar (SSA). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui keamanan pangan secara mikrobiologis dengan mengukur cemaran mikroba menggunakan metode ALT dan identifikasi bakteri Salmonella typhi. menggunakan metode Angka Lempeng Total (ALT) dan identifikasi keberadaan bakteri S. typhi dengan media selektif Salmonella Shigella Agar (SSA) dan pewarnaan gram. Ditemukan 2 dari 7 sampel saus cabai yang tidak memenuhi syarat mutu Peraturan Badan Pengawas Obat dan Makanan Nomor 13 Tahun 2019 Tentang Batas Maksimal Cemaran Mikroba Dalam Pangan Olahan dan tidak ditemukan adanya Salmonella typhi. Ditemukan cemaran mikroba pada 2 sampel yang melebihi batas maksimum dan tidak ditemukan keberadaan Salmonella typhi sesuai Peraturan Badan Pengawas Obat dan Makanan Nomor 13 Tahun 2019 Tentang Batas Maksimal Cemaran Mikroba Dalam Pangan Olahan

    PENGGUNAAN ALGORITMA HEBB DALAM POLA PENGENALAN HURUF

    Dalam ilmu komputer, Jaringan Syaraf Tiruan (JST) adalah pendekatan populer yang bertujuan untuk menyelesaikan berbagai permasalahan, seperti pengenalan pola atau klasifikasi, melalui pembelajaran. Penelitian ini mengeksplorasi penggunaan algoritma Hebb Rule dalam konteks pengenalan pola huruf menggunakan jaringan syaraf tiruan. Jaringan syaraf tiruan adalah model pemrosesan informasi yang terinspirasi oleh struktur jaringan syaraf biologis manusia. Algoritma Hebb Rule digunakan untuk melatih jaringan agar dapat mengidentifikasi dan membentuk asosiasi antara pola input dan output. Penelitian ini fokus pada penggunaan algoritma Hebb Rule dalam mengenali pola huruf “T” dan “U” dalam format matriks 5x5 dengan representasi data bipolar, di mana “X” diwakili sebagai -1 dan “O” diwakili sebagai 1. Metodologi penelitian mencakup identifikasi masalah, tujuan penelitian, pengenalan pola huruf, penerapan algoritma Hebb Rule, dan hasil pola. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pola pada huruf “T” dan “U” dapat diidentifikasi menggunakan algoritma Hebb dengan nilai bersih 32 dan -32, masing-masing. Penelitian ini juga mencakup perubahan bobot dan bias pada jaringan Hebb melalui serangkaian iterasi, serta perhitungan nilai aktivasi jaringan untuk menentukan keberhasilan pengenalan pola. Kesimpulannya, penelitian ini memberikan wawasan yang lebih dalam tentang penggunaan algoritma Hebb dalam pengenalan pola huruf dan potensinya dalam pengembangan aplikasi praktis
